• Francesca (10/5): Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento che è veramente molto accogliente e centrale. Lo consiglio molto!! - Era piccola ma accogliente e poi la sua posizione è centralissima, a due passi da piazza di Spagna. Veramente molto comoda!! Forse solo il cuscino su cui ho dormito.
• Minguez (5/5): Apto caro, no está bien equipado, lo mejor que está bien ubicado, no lo repetiría. - La ubicación La casa estaba muy fría, la calefaccion no estaba puesta, la wiffi estaba desconectada, no estaba limpia, el segundo baño no tenia cortina ni mampara y se empapaba todo el baño al ducharte asi que no lo usamos, el menaje era todo diferente y un poco pobre.

• MANUEL (5/5): Decepcionante - Ubicación Casa sucia, camas incómodas, ropa de cama manchada y con pelos. El personal amable (por whatsapp), hasta que nos fuimos e intentaron echarnos la culpa de una mampara rota, cuando el baño no tenía mampara. Trato final muy desagradable

Leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation Wir haben vor ab keine Info bekommen wie wir rein in dem Haus können, kein Code, kein Schlüssel, nix passierte, nach halbe std. Check Inn haben wir erst angerufen ob überhaupt jemand kommt oder was auch immer....Nach langer hin und her rum telefonieren und schreiben, hat sie erst gemerkt das sie es verpeilt hat uns die INFO zu geben....DAs war echt Minus. Also nach ca. eine std. zittern... hat sie uns per Waths App die Info geschickt. zwei tage später kam ein Email mit Eincheck und Pin code für schlüssel..!!!!Also hätten wir nix gemacht wären wir nicht in das Appartment rein gekommen..Richtige Schlafmützen

Would definitely book again. - Beautiful building, spacious living areas, lovely private patio, two bathrooms, big dining table, nicely decorated and charming apartment with lovely architectural details. Well-stocked kitchen. Roberto was very kind and helpful - let us drop off luggage early despite last-minute booking, also helped with parking. Incredibly well-located but quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly! There was quite a bit of mold in the small bathroom; there was a strange hump in the middle of one of the beds in the loft. A couple of ants spotted in each bathroom. A little more counter space for cooking would be helpful - maybe in the corner instead of the plant?

• Rafael (10/5): It was a big apartment for just the 4 of us and you can’t beat the location. The manager of the apartment was very court - Walking distance to all major tourist points. Loved the location. Everything was good, the only thing I would’ve like was a little bit more space in the master restroom but it seems like all of them are small in Rome.
• Suzanne (9/5): Loved our 1st visit to Rome - The location. We were close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, clothing shops, gelato, and cafés. The city is walkable. Spanish Steps were around the corner. The street noise was only heard as you were leaving the building. Apartment was not cleaned by check-in, however the host let us in the apartment so we can put our luggage and get food to eat on the patio while the cleaner was cleaning.

• Katrina (4/5): Very disappointed - It was a good location The bathrooms were gross. There were no paper towels. One of the door locks was incredibly sensitive so sometimes it took 10 minutes to get it unlocked. There was no air in the loft so we had to bring a mattress downstairs so both of my daughters had a place to sleep.
