• Brett (9/5): Lovely villa in a peaceful hilltop location - We stayed at Villa Jade Moraira in February and had a really enjoyable stay overall. The villa is set on top of a hill, which gives you beautiful views from the terrace. The outdoor space is great, with a nice pool and garden area. Due to the time of year and some strong winds, we didn’t use the pool, but it was still a lovely spot to relax when the weather was calm. Inside, the villa was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was reliable, air conditioning worked well, and having private gated parking was very convenient. There’s also a small group of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was handy for essentials. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a quiet place with nice views. Just be aware of the hill and that you’ll likely need a car for regular trips to the beach and big supermarkets. There is only one toilet inside, but this wasn’t an issue for us as there’s another one just outside by the kitchen. It’s about a 25 minute stroll down to the beach, which is easy enough, but the walk back takes around 40 minutes.

• Susan van Egmond (10/5): Fijn huis in prachtig Moraira - Na een hartelijke ontvangst van de gastheer waren we blij verrast. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks dat het winter is en wij geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad en tuin zag alles er schoon en verzorgd uit. Het huis ligt op een paar minuten rijden van het centrum, supermarktje op steenworp afstand. Perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie. Bedankt Bruno! Niets

• Angela (10/5): Casa moderna y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en la zona de Moraira-Teulada - La casa muy limpia, todo muy nuevo y moderno. Una pena que hiciese frio y algo de lluvia, no pudimos disfrutar el exterior tanto como nos hubiese gustado. Una ubicacion de 10, zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de restaurantes y playas (a 10min en coche) Al hacer mal tiempo estuvimos casi todo el tiempo dentro y quizás la zona común no era demasiado grande para estar los 8 todo el tiempo.
• Charlotte (8/5): Gezellig huis, rustige ligging. - We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Alles was netjes, de bedden waren opgemaakt. De hosts waren zeer behulpzaam, ook tijdens ons verblijf. Mooi zwembad, waar we helaas geen gebruik van konden maken aangezien we er waren in de winter. Het was fijn er een versierde kerstboom te vinden tijdens deze periode. Ideaal was dat er 150m verderop een klein warenhuis was, alsook een bakker. Zeer welkom op de heuvel waar het huis gelegen was. Om er in de winter te verblijven was het misschien net iets minder ideaal. Verwarmen gaat via airco, wat op zich een minder aangename warmte geeft. De buitenunit van de airco maakt veel lawaai in 1 van de slaapkamers boven (waar net een tiener sliep). Het enige badkamertje was eerder klein voor 4 slaapkamers. Daar was ook geen verwarming voorzien. In de zomer kan wel eens gebruik gemaakt worden van de buitendouche. Misschien in de kamers wat kapstokken voorzien om gedragen kledij op te hangen.

• Louise (9/5): Really lovely views and vibe, walkable ( if fit) to centre of town/ beach. - Very clean, well equipped, pretty neighbourhood, location was good - close to a small group of shops on foot and 5 minutes by car to larger supermarkets. It wasn't a problem for us but although it is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to town/ the beach, it is up a steep hill. Which may not be ideal for those eith mobility problems. We wanted a reasonably priced villa with a pool and the neighbourhood where this is is on a hill surrounded by similar properties. Really lovely views and vibe.
• Myriam (10/5): De kids wilden blijven, we hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving! - De ligging was goed, supermarkt en bakker om de hoek dus ideaal om ‘s ochtends verse broodjes te halen. Het zwembad was heerlijk, water was koud maar het was buiten warm dus heerlijk voor een verfrissende duik. De bbq buiten was ook erg prettig. De bedden waren erg smal, kussens waren erg plat.
• Eugene (8/5): - Wat een top locatie!! Mooi zwembad en een prachtig huis met mooi uitzicht. 2 min met de auto richting het centrum, lopend ongeveer 15 min, wel een pittige steile wandeling. Alles was aanwezig in huis,, van wc papier tot taartvormen ( mocht je een taart willen bakken) De host was erg vriendelijk en stond op ons te wachten dat we aankwamen. Supermarkt op 2 min loop afstand,, 2 barretjes ook op 2 min loop afstand. Zelf niet geweest maa ze zijn er wel . Huis is mooi ingericht en werkelijk alles is aanwezig . Dank Bruno ! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier volgend jaar weer heen te kunnenn Oké als ik dan iets moet opschrijven, de bedden vonden wij iets aan de kleine kant. De bedden warren wat hard ( dit vonden wij zelf totaal geen probleem, dochterlief had hier iets meer moeite mee) En wij hadden de pech dat er een hoop wespen waren , maar goed daar kan de host niks aan doen aangezien het nest niet bij de woning lag
• Nina (9/5): Beautiful, modern villa - Immaculately clean, modern and stylish. Beautiful views and amenities 1 minute away to make life easy. Host available for any queries/problems with a quick message. Beds are VERY firm! Also, 300 euros deposit on first day had to be paid in cash. Meant we had to wait until the last day to get this back and therefore couldn't spend it on holiday!

Hay todo lo necesario en la casa para cocinar, que los niños disfruten… Como observación, pondría puertas en el cercado de la piscina por una cuestión de tranquilidad con los niños.

• Rennison (10/5): Perfect Villa for a family holiday - Location, for us, was great. 5 min drive to Moraira and only a 1 min walk to a supermarket, a fab little bakery with outside seating, and a couple of bars - ones serving cooked breakfast. Bruno was a great host and met us late at night for check in and early morning for check out. He was super accommodating returning the next day to bring us an iron which was very kind. The Villas pool area is beautiful and gets the sun all day. Inside the Villa has been thoughtfully renovated, is modern and has everything you need (Oh except a cocktail shaker but we bought one and left it so it does now 😂) we will definitely return! There is nothing we did not like about Villa Jade
• Deborah (8/5): Stunning villa - we hope to be back soon! - Extremely stylish villa, totally remodelled and updated. Bruno is a helpful and accommodating host and met us on arrival and departure. Checked us out and returned our security deposit on the spot. Immaculately clean inside, fabulous outside space with very special views of hills and properties. Great spot for breakfast outside beside the pool, and a parasol for shade which will be much-needed in summer. The pool was sparkling clean after a visit from the pool man, and a huge amount of clothes and kitchen storage for a holiday home - quite exceptional and we would never have filled it all! A large utility room which was unused by us but could be helpful for a longer stay with kids. Great location for reaching Moraira quickly, so access to all the lovely restaurants and beaches is great. Very few niggles, but here they are: some of the pillows were very insubstantial, but we shuffled them around between beds until we found a way to be comfortable - but better if they are all a good standard. Only one bathroom inside the house, and it's downstairs, so be aware if you are regular midnight bathroom users as we are! No bedside lights in bedrooms, so you have to have the main light on at bedtime if you want to read - not ideal for relaxing. Maybe a dimmer would help?

• Abigail (8/5): Lovely villa, lovely holiday. - It was really nicely decorated! The beds were comfy. The villa itself is lovely, plenty of cutlery, tableware etc. The pool is great! Really deep. The host makes sure everything that you need is there at the villa, and they are very willing to compromise. A very good stay overall. It was about 25 mins to half an hour from town, and to get to the property the hill is difficult. We were there for the weekend and said we would have struggled walking to and from town if there for longer. You can’t pop home to get changed when you fancy, or to get something, because the walk is long. You can get a taxi but they charge around 10 euros for the trip and may not always be readily available. If you are younger this won’t be as big of an issue. That’s my only negative and, even then, it’s not a negative as much as a caution.

The kitchen is well equipped and the internet works flawlessly. The host was very helpful. We would love to return to Villa Jade someday. It would be nice to have a hair dryer and iron available.
• John (10/5): We loved our stay at Villa Jade, and highly recommend this villa, we will definitely be returning - Fantastic traditional villa that has been renovated and modernised beautifully, keeping the charm of the original villa, and adding a modern twist throughout. The villa was immaculately clean inside and out, the pool was amazing, and it is a perfect size that is plenty big enough to swim in, but also that the sun still keeps it at a nice temperature throughout the day. The outside sun loungers and dining area are perfect. There are fantastic play areas and toys to keep children occupied. The Spanish owners met us on our arrival to show us around, and they were the nicest people you could wish to meet! Nothing at all could be done better, everything was super!
