• Reinhard (8/5): - Das Ein- bzw. Auschecken war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist zentral für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr klein, speziell die Küche. Die Küche befindet sich in einem Schrank, hat 2 Kochfelder eine Spüle, Kühlschrank, Microwelle und ist sehr minimalistisch ausgerüstet (2 Löffel, 2 Messer, 2 Kaffeebecher etc).

• Sue (9/5): Superb - Location: If you are looking for an accomodation near Roma Termini, this is great. It only took us less than 5 minutes on foot with our luggage to get to the train station. It makes all areas ( places of attraction) easily accessible due to this. We used the public bus a lot to the latter part as our legs were getting weary from all the walking. (Bus terminal/stop is just next to Roma Termini). Colosseum was about 20 mins of walk from here - but we enjoyed the walk as we were also exploring the streets of Monti to get there. Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica where the late pope is laid is just a stone throw away. Around this accomodation, around Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore there are lots of souvenirs shops, a range of trattoria's, nice cafes/bars/hangout spots ( there's also a nice lebanese place (shwarma) we came across near via Merulana -which was a good break from pasta/pizza) ) Facilities: Modern interior. We looked forward to returning to the apartment after our day out exploring. Comfy bed. It has everything we needed for our 4 nights stay: washing machine, microwave, big fridge, iron + board, hair dryer, spacious for your to hang your washings. Good wifi speed. There were 4 points of keyed entrance ( into main building, into small building, into apartment unit ( divided into 2 seperate unit), into your own unit). Communication: Faultless. Host was on whatsapp - we communicated prior to time our arrival for check in. Host met us at the entrance for check in. 1 flight of stairs to get to your apartment, but that is acceptable. Quite a bit of noise if you leave your window open, but once it's closed it was fine.
• Meni (9/5): The perfect place for a weekend in Rome - The apartment covered our needs for a 2nights stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. The high bed and the big ceiling lamps make you feel the space tight.

• Ruihua (9/5): A good experience in Rome, if we back to Rome will choose it again! - The location is near to Rome termini, 5 minutes walk, very friendly to whom arrive/leave Rome via plane The room’s sound-proof not well enough, sometime you can hear the voices of neighbors.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - Super central location and easy to find. Well-maintained flat with all the basic facilities needed. Pictures are accurate, but wouldn't recommend this for long stays / families, it was ideal for a solo traveler and maybe good for a couple. The host was very helpful from A to Z, it's a nice place to stay. Getting inside the apartment might seem a bit challenging but the host made it as smooth as possible, with very detailed instructions and all. The apartment itself is a bit small and might need a little refreshment in some areas, but overall not a big deal at all!

• Vladyka (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable beds. Air conditioned. Quiet place, yet excellent location. The rooms could be a little bigger so that the group could at least sit at the table in the room.
• Anton (9/5): Quiet place near railway terminal - Great location if you travel by train. Quiet street, the building itself is hidden inside the block. Smooth communication with the owner. The apartment is super compact but it has everything to host 4 people. Make you feel living as a local. We liked everything. The only exception is that there was no room for full-sized table but that was a minor issue for us really.
• Aryna (10/5): Good option in the heart of Rome - Great value for money. Very nice small appartment 5 min from Termini station and walking distance to major sites. Clean, with everything you might need, even if you decide to cook. Nice and smart relaxing interior. In this area lot's of restorants, 3 min to supermarket- great location! All was good, just take ear plugs for a good sleep, it might be noisy.
• Michael (8/5): easy location from main train terminal, very secure - only 2 very thin pillows and one bed cover also very thin. Asked the owner for addtional pillows and did not have any.
• Paul (10/5): Shorty stay in Rome, a great apartment within 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini - The property was perfect for a few days for my wife and I. It was exceptionally clean, has a small cooking area that is covered by a couple of doors, good size double bed, nice bathroom and a small balcony with a washing machine on it.

• Lydia (8/5): Peaceful home away from home - If you are coming to Rome by train this is the ideal location, you won't have to carry your luggage far or on cobblestone. Keep in mind though that this means this place isn't in the center of the usual tourist spots, it's near Monti which is great for food, but everywhere else, assume you need a 30mins walk or use transport. The room is in an inner courtyard building, so I heard no traffic during my stay, only the bells of the basilica one block over. All amenities and facilities you would need for an extended stay, including sunshine on your balcony during a morning coffee. Very secure. 4 keys for four entrances. And Alessandro who checked me in was very helpful and responsive. The unit next door, the walls are thin and you can hear water or when they're making alot of noise. I unfortunately woke up at near 2am one night from a group checking in or getting in very late. The hot water kettle was disgusting and flaking inside, I tried to boil it clean, ended up microwaving my water to make tea.

• Brooke (8/5): Very good - Clean, with washing facilities and kitchen The Apartment needs some small work done on it, including the bathroom door and shower head. It would be nice if tea, coffee and sugar would be provided with the kettle.
• Marija (10/5): Perfect place for a short stay and very close to Termini stations, would recommend! - Location is perfect, close to the Termini Station. There was a coffee maker but no coffee for us.
