• GLORIA (1/5): - Nada. Muchas cucarachas, tengo mis maletas con ellas. Mucho ruido. Nunca vi un apartamento con extinguidores dos parece como un local comercial.
• Oscar (5/5): Passable - The position were it is The smelt. It smelt shett. The bathroom is open. The shower is open. For a couple is ok but for family not. We have to take a shower advicing the other not to pass in front of the shower. You do not have privacy. The smelt was terrible. After you showered all the water drained outside of the cabinet. Definitly even the owner spent a lot of money in refurnish this appartment the details that it has make the life in it impossible
• Willem (6/5): Roomy apartment with issues. - Roomy apartment on the ground floor at a good location I would never recommend anyone to stay there, but if the price is low enough I would stay again. It smells of sewage - as do many such properties in Valencia. This is a very smelly apartment. It is noisy due to the Metro, the street outside and the neighbours. I don’t really mind. It is just noisy. It is not clean, especially the floor - just don’t leave things on the floor. The owner says he charges 300 euro if you are 1 minute late out the door. The door is controlled by an app, so he/ she can see your departure. Just leave on time but it is not friendly.

• Marieke (9/5): Excellent - Very nice appartment, spacious, ground floor The metro underneath is noisy, although it stops at night.
• Sunita (5/5): Disappointed as apartment was not cheap. We would not recommend this apartment - Clean, seemed newly decorated No cups for tea/coffee- when I advised the owner, he was rude and told me that I should have checked the property listing. The property listing said ‘fully fitted kitchen’?? We drank tea using the glasses. There was a ‘gift basket’ which contained a stirrer, one milk, a teabag , a coffee pod and some serviettes. If this is a gift then I suggest the items are replenished to accommodate the number of persons. Far too much noise from the subway- trains running every 2 minutes 24/7. Apartment is on a busy road, noise from traffic. The sofa bed cushions doubled up as pillows and were rock hard and uncomfortable. Apartment is open planned so the shower cubicle is exposed as there is no bathroom door so lack of total privacy . The toilet was a bit smelly
