Good location, our room was at the far end of the building. - The hotel is only about 350m from Munich Hauptbahnhof station, which is the hub for railways, U Bahn, S Bahn, buses and trams. Using exit 'I' took you under the main road towards the hotel. We walked with cases. Our flights changed and we arrived about 8am at the hotel - I had booked an early check-in [cost 50Euros] and was given the room straight away [other people were having to wait]. There were entrances to other 'U' & 'S bahns' at the other end of the street as well as a Lidl supermarket. It could do with an extra elevator.

• Andre (10/5): Gute Lage, nettes Personal, alle Getränke im Kphlschrank offeriert, einfach ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Empfehle das Mercu - Tolle Zusatzüberraschung mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank mit alkoholischen und nichtalkoholischen Getränken. Und dies alles vom Hotel offeriert! Einchecken bereits um 12 Uhr möglich, ohne Probleme. Sehr ruhige Zimmer an Top-Lage. 3 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Karlstor. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich komme wieder in dieses Hotel 👍👍

• Regina (9/5): Eine gute Wahl für Städtetreisende.. - Das sehr aufmerksame Personal...die grosse Auswahl an Cocktails die man abends in einer gemütlichen Ecke noch trinken konnte.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer.Da fahren wir gerne nochmal hin.

Kahvaltısı ve temizlik iyi. otelin karşısında merkezi otopark var ve pahalı. Tren istasyonu olduğu için araç kiralamanıza gerek yok.

• Daniel (9/5): Fantastic, spacious mezzanine rooms in a great location. - I travel frequently to Germany for business, typically find the rooms and hotels functional. This hotel had some of the best rooms I've had in Europe, the mezzanine rooms were large and comfortable to work in and I would specifically book this hotel again for this reason. The bar was also one of the best stocked bars I have had in a German hotel which was a nice added plus. Location is hard to beat for exploring or doing business in Munich. Small amenities such as ironing board in room etc would be a bonus and slightly better AC but overall I would come back. Missing just a few amenities such as iron in room and the AC was not particularly strong but otherwise great.
• Daniela (9/5): - Due Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer war ser sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich. Wir übernachteten nur eine Nacht, aber das Hotel ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Nichts anzumerken.

• Stella (10/5): Отель можно оценить на 10+ - Отель приятно удивил - очень продуман дизайн и услуги! Отель находится недалеко от вокзала и при этом немного в стороне - бомжей в близи не было. В душе хорошего качества шампунь и кондиционер, фен. В номере есть холодильник, чайник. Кровать удобная, подушки есть разные. Есть отдельное удобное кресло с подставкой для ног. Удобный стол. Есть небольшой балкон. В фойе бесплатная питьевая вода, есть витрина с легкими закусками и напитками. Завтраки очень качественные и разнообразные. Персонал внимательный, номера убирают хорошо.

• Irina (8/5): Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal - Die Lage ist ideal für Reisende – nah am Hauptbahnhof, der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber dennoch abseits des Trubels. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Restaurant sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen sind recht bequem, obwohl ich persönlich eine festere bevorzuge. Abendessen und Frühstück waren im Preis inbegriffen – alles war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Minibar war ebenfalls inklusive. Unser Zimmer hatte ein kleines Badezimmer, dass nicht ganz bequem war. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, aber das Personal reagierte schnell und brachte Heizgeräte.

• Suzy (1/5): Poor quality, no parking included, unsafe neighbourhood. - Nothing The hotel doesn’t offer parking contrary to the description (it is a privately owned car park next door that costs around €30, very tight corners and small spaces, lift not working). The interior was shabby and it is located in a very rough area. We felt unsafe in both the evenings and daytime. Overall, deeply upsetting .
• István (10/5): Ajánlom mindenkinek aki azért jön hogy felfedezze Münchent! - Már érkezésünkkor kedveztek nekünk hogy a 3 gyermekünknek egy számukra kényelmesebb magasabb értékű szobát adtak. Ezek mellett szálloda jól felszerelt, extra reggelivel és kiváló személyzettel. Elhelyezkedés: tökéletes a város felfedezéséhez:). Ha legközelebb Münchenbe jövünk akkor visszatérünk. A parkolás lehetne olcsóbb és zökkenőmentesebb. A környéken kellemetlenül sok a kellemetlen és sötét kinézetű alak akik nem túl bizalomgerjesztőek, ezért mi nem erőltettük a sötétedés utáni sétálást, de ez mondjuk egész Münchenre jellemző.

• Marina (8/5): Nicht das beste Hotel dieser Kette in Deutschland - Sauberes Zimmer, sehr ruhig (unser Fenster war auf der Hofseite, bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück bietet kaum etwas für Veganer, außer Champignons, Brot und Senf. Hummus / Veganer Brotaufstrich wären ein guter Anfang gewesen. Die Beleuchtung vor dem Spiegel im Badezimmer ist recht schwach.
