• Nezhda (4/5): - Кафето! Стълбите по които се стига до хотела ( вечер неосветени и необезопасени!!!), каменните стъпала в самия хотел. Парапета на терасата се люлееше и не смятам, че е безопасен. Няма включена закуска, и менюто е твърде ограничено за нормална вечеря, което налага изкачване на около 100 стъпала няколко пъти на ден! Банята мирише. Не е удобно за престой с малки деца. По плажа има доста камъни и е неохраняем. Твърде скъпо за това, което получаваш!

Can only recommend this hotel: it has a dream location-right at the sea, very nice hosts - the family owning the hotel, beach feels very private, comfortable and cosy rooms. • Ulli (10/5): - Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das Meer war sehr sauber und klar. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
• Gabriela (5/5): Deludente - L’unica cosa bella è stata la posizione . Ma una grande delusione la scala che c’è da fare per arrivare lì . Un disastro Per i soldi pagati , mi aspettavo di più, ma comunque ho capito che questo tipo di alloggio sono tutti uguali. Cioè al antica,in più fognature puzzolenti perché l’acqua non si scarica come si deve.

Из трех ночей, два утра очень громко визжали и шумели дети одой румынской семьи,которая просыпалась раньше.Что продолжалось в течении часа,полтора.Дети не маленькие.Родители замечания не делали.Тут как повезет с соседями.

• Станева (10/5): Петранка - Много чисто и приятно място на морския бряг. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден. На три дни се сменяха кърпите и спалното бельо. Стопаните са много мили и отзивчиви хора. Прекрасно е за истинска почивка и наслада на брега на морето!

Their service was perfect. Menu is not extremely large but all the food they serve was perfect! Everything was good!

Molto buone le colazioni, stanze pulite e profumate. La frittura di alici oltre ad essere stata tanto apprezzata dai bambini, è stata apprezzata anche dai vicini a 5 stelle. L'unica nota negativa sono le scale per arrivare alla struttura.

• Lena (10/5): - Kleines gemütliches Hotel indem sehr viel Liebe der Hotelbesitzer steckt. Die Karte für Frühstück u tagsüber ist überschaubar, aber alles sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon zur Strand/Meerseite. Der Ausblick wundervoll. Das Hotel ist nur über eine lange holprige Treppe erreichbar , was aber keine Schuld der Hotelbesitzer ist, sondern durch das dahinterliegende Massenhotel verbaut werden durfte.
• Sophie (10/5): Un séjour qui a surpassé nos attentes - l'hôtel est un établissement bulgare typique très charmant. nous avions une chambre avec terrasse et hamac et surprise : un accès direct à la plage depuis notre chambre. la localisation est parfaite et permet d'avoir une vue époustouflante. vous pouvez y voir des levers de soleil sublimes et les dauphins pointent le bout de leur nez vers 05h30/06h00 du matin. les propriétaires sont adorables et parlent français, anglais mais aussi un peu d'allemand et d'espagnol. le poisson est délicieux. une petite épicerie est située à 100 mètres (boissons, snack, cigarettes disponibles) les petits bemol : 150 marches pour accéder à l'hôtel, la douche "à l'italienne" sans bac qui laisse passer l'eau dans toute la salle de bain et l'orientation (coucher de soleil merveilleux mais du coup pas de coucher de soleil) ces moins sont en réalité des plus pour les personnes en quête d'un nid tranquille où se prélasser et déconnecter

• irina (1/5): 👎👎👎nicodata nu mai calca picior de.al meu la acest hotel mai bine zis bodega🤮🤮🤮 - doar rasaritul soarelui a fost frumos mai mult nimic😠😠 acces foarte ingreunat la hotel . la plaja la fel in loc de scari au pus saci cu nisip. hotel murdar.restaurant murdar. cea mai proasta mincare din ce am mincat eu😤in mare pietre mari si valuri puternice. eu cu doi copii m.am descurajat foarte tare. din primele ore am cerut stapinei sa.mi returneze macar un procent din banii pentru cazare. a refuzat categoric. am dormit o noapte dupa care am lasat hotelul platit si am plecat in alta parte. nu imi dau seama de unde are atitea recenzii bune. este cea mai proasta alegere a mea. nicodata nu ma mai intorc aici nici macar daca mi.ar plati ei mie😫😫mincare proasta si scumpa si cazare foarte acumpa si foarte proasta. oameni buni nu mergeti la ei sint locuri in bulgaria foarte bune hotele moderne si mai ieftin decit aici. mesaj pentru stapini: sinteti niste nesimtiti 👎👎👎

• Красимира (8/5): - Мястото беше много приятно, точно на брега на морето, предлага шезлонги и чадъри. Собствениците бяха много любезни и мили. Спокойно и тихо е, за който предпочита спокойната почивка. Барът беше на една крачка от нас, жената ни обслужи много любезно. В близост има достатъчно места за хранене. Стаите са климатизирани и е близо до плаж Кабакум. Стълбите, по които се стига до хотела 😂, но това не зависи от собствениците. Но пък е добро кардио.

• Radosław (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, przy samej plaży. Jednak trudno znaleźć obiekt na miejscu, ponieważ wokoło wybudował się potężny kompleks hotelowy. Dostępne leżaki oraz bar zaraz obok. Gospodarze bardzo mili i uprzejmi. Warto, jeśli ktoś chce mieć plażę pod oknem.

• Berg (3/5): Ich würde dort nie wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen. Nicht mal geschenkt. - Die direkte Lage am Meer und dass es Liegen und Sonnenschirme gab. Allerdings waren die Auflagen der Liegen für Stühle gedacht und deshalb viel zu klein. Unfreundliches Personal. Die Reinigung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden in unserem Zimmer wurde meiner Meinung nach nie gewischt. Es befanden sich Flecken während des gesamten Aufenthalts darauf. Der Zahnputzbecher (nicht, dass ich ihn benutzen wollte) war schon bei der Anreise schmutzig und blieb auch so. Die Oberflächen im Zimmer wurden einmalig! einen Tag vor unserer Abreise abgewischt. Die Gläser wurden nie ausgetauscht. Einmal wurden sie ausgespült und am Waschbecken im Badezimmer stehen gelassen. Die Betten wurden nie gemacht, allerdings zweimal frisch bezogen (das gewaschene Laken hatte allerdings einen Fleck).Es gibt eine einzige nutzbare Steckdose im Zimmer auf einer Seite des Bettes. Folglich auch nur eine Nachttischlampe. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Schlechtes WLAN. Relativ teure Preise an der Strandbar. Nicht zu vergessen, die Treppen, die hier schon ausreichend erwähnt wurden. Ich habe übrigens zweimal die Mängel angesprochen. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass ich lüge.

• Chindris (9/5): Cozy - Very nice place, close to the beach! The AC works very well and you have hot water at any given time. The hotel is run by two nice people, a family business. The access to the hotel is made by a path that goes down via a set of stairs. Its not the longest but not the smalles either and can get quite exhausting. Another " - " but not rly thier fault is that the family run business, hotel, that inst the biggest is surrounded by this huge 4 star hotel that looks absolutly terrible.

• Razvan (8/5): 3-4 zile e suficient. Cazare buna, bere la halba. 25 de minute pana la plaja. - Camera a fost curata si incapatoare. Privelistea exceptionala, rasaritul se vede de pe balcon. Mancarea decenta, incercati supa crema de telina. Bere la halba. amplasarea este aproape de mare, dar plaja nu e grozava. Nu e loc de inotat, sunt stanci, iar cand am fost noi erau si multe alge la mal. Traseul de la masina la camera este o scara nu foartre mica. Poate deveni problematic pt persoanele in varsta sau supraponderale.

• Tennur (1/5): Wir haben 2 Tage sehr gelitten und die restlichen Tage waren super, das hat es als ausgleich ausgeglichen. Nicht zu empf - Nichts Es stand das es Free Wi-Fi gibt, es gibt es aber leider nur ausserhalb des Zimmer, Abends hat man nicht mal kaum Empfang um sein eigenes Internet zu benutzen, 3G zeigte es an mit meinem iPhone, Wi-Fi Verbindung gab es garnicht im Zimmer. Zudem stinkt der Flur nach Fisch, direkt unter dem Flur ist die Küche und der Abzug führt direkt irgendwie ins Flur, wenn man kaum im Hotel (Pension passt eher) bleibt und nur Unterwegs ist, wird man einen schönen Urlaub. Allein die Treppen raus aus dem Hotel und wieder zurück ist schon mühsam bei einem Wetter von 35*C, hat kein eigenes Parkplatz und das Menü ist sehr arm an Essen. Es gibt 4 verschieden Baguetes, zwei verschiedene arten von Pizzen und 2 verscheden Arten von Salaten. Kaffee mit Milch kostet 3,70 lv ( ca 2€) und ist nicht mal eine Siebträgermaschiene, sondern mit Kapseln. Habe für meine Kinder Ayran bestellt, die haben das in der Küche selbst gemacht (ungesalzen und mit Joghurt Stücken). 3 Nächte Gebucht und nach der zweiten Nacht sind wir vereist, ich habe es denen erklärt mit all den was mir nicht gepasst hat und haben sich nicht mal Entschuldigt für die Unanähmlichkeiten. Wenn man auf den Balkon geht sperrt man sich selbst aus, von aussen her kann mans nicht öffnen, wurden von der DDR Zeiten nie erneuert, alte Oma Tapeten waren dranne, welches sich das gestank eingespeichert haben und man merkt das erst wennn man von der frischen Luft wiederkam. Kommen wir zum Strand, der Strand davor ist mit Felsenbeöcken umgeben, der Sand ist sehr Hart und tut unter den Füßen weh. Überall unter dem Wasser sind sehr viel Moß welches das Baden/ schwimmen unangenehm ist unter den Füßen. Draussen am Strand wurden die Moß reste rausgenommen von den Ualruabern und die nahmen das nicht mal weg, es stinkt nach toten Tieren dort. Am ersten Tag nachdem Baden fanden wir unter den Badehosen von meinen Söhne kleine Tierchen, dachten das es mücken sind, als wir das Moß rausholten und betrachteten waren sehr vile kleine Tiere dort.

(KissFamily) - It was our 5th visit in the last 8 years at Morski Briag Hotel this Summer, and now the third time with a bigger family (parents, brothers, small kids) so 3 rooms were booked. We liked that everything is near the sea: breakfast/restaurant, rooms (Family rooms with 2 rooms) all with sea views, sun beds, sandy beach. Very kind owners (wife and husband) who run the Hotel, the husband also could speak and understand quite well Hungarian :) Thanks again for everything, -The food could be more diverse, maybe some French-fries potatoes with some steak(s), also more 2-3 type of spaghettis, Salads with meat., 2 types of soups (besides the cream soup), maybe chicken, etc -Maybe some more cleaning under the beds it would be also good. -And a suggestion for the hosts: maybe you can provide for the visitors some possibility to rent some strong young man to carry the bags up and down on the stairs :)... I think the majority of the guests would pay additionally for this option...

• Sergiy (7/5): - Чудовий вид на море, дикий піщаний пляж та кам'яні глиби, що стирчать із води - це чудове місце для тих, хто любить пірнати в масці. Наявність балкону, або тераси в кожному номері. Важко знайти сам готель - нема вказівника біля дороги. Небезпечний шлях від дороги до території готелю - дуже круті сходи (подекуди розбиті) та відсутність повноцінного освітлення. Стежка освітлюється тільки за рахунок навколишніх готелів та прибудинкових територій. Є місця, де дуже-дуже темно. Затхлий, неприємний запах при увімкенні кондиціонера - схоже, що кондиціонер давно не чистили (можливо декілька років). Відсутність послуги прання в готелі.

The hotel has restaurant with wonderful sea view where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner or just have a drink in a very romantic atmosphere. The access to the hotel is via stairs, public property, which are not maintained in the best possible way.

Not too many people and hotel offers free of charge sun beds and umbrellas. So many stairs. If you would to choose the hotel take very limited language!!! It is like 100 stairs to the hotel and no other way to get your staff inside. Service could be better.

Nu cred ca-mi doresc sa revin. sunt locuri mai ok in Bulgaria . - micul dejun ? pai sa va spun oferta : 1. meniu european= 2 felii de salam, o bucata branza 25g, putin unt, 25g dulceata ,1/4 rosie. iar painea =0,30 leva felia .2 omleta din 2 oua ,1/4 rosie , paine 0,30 felia. meniu 1 sau 2 costa 10 leva portia . cafeaua 3 leva (LAVAZA). Daca vrei sa mananci ceva mancare ,daca intrebi de meniu poti sa primesti o tocanita de cartofi 150-200g cartofi fierti cu ceapa si 50g piept pui...iar costul este 15 leva/portia.CHIAR bataie de joc. in rest nu gasesti ceva in meniul hotelului. NU RECOMAND. Am servit masa si la restaurantul La Mer din complexul rezidential ,unde am gasit preturi bune iar serviciile de calitate. Constructia hotelului este din materiale usoare. Lemn , placi usb, linoleum ,piatra de mare ,etc. DA este de 3 stele. Accesul la hotel este CUMPLIT ! Dupa ce treci de intrarea fastuasa la Rezidance '' LA MER'' ,pe trotuarul de la poarta la circa 35-40 m se face o intrare la dreapta .unde ai sa cobori 100 de trepte. unele din ele sunt abrupte . asa ca la coborare este cum este dar la urcare este cumplit. Recomand fara mult bagaj! Este adevarat ca frumusetea marii este unica. asa ca daca treci peste astea , sau vrei sa le incerci rezerva O experienta la acest hotel.

• Crina (10/5): Perfect - Locatia este deosebita. Hotelul situat pe plaja. Camera spațioasă, curata, cu bun gust. Se aude doar marea! Este bine de știut că accesul la hotel nu este posibil cu autoturismul. Masina se parchează pe strada principala si la hotel se ajunge pe o alee care duce spre mare , cu multe trepte. De tinut cont atunci cand faceti bagajul.
• Doris (9/5): Einzigartig am Schwarzen Meer - Wunderbarer Ort an der Schwarzmeerküste! Natürliche Atmosphäre und direkt am Meer, ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass das Hotel von einer Luxusappartmentanlage umgeben ist, sodass der Kontrast die Freude am Einfachen und Schönen der Naturbausteine noch mal verstärkt ! Schon häufiger erwähnt, das Hotel ist nur über Stufen zu erreichen, was beschwerlich sein kann. Das ist der "Preis", den das Hotel bezahlen musste, um unabhängig zu bleiben und individuellen Reisegästen eine alternative Unterkunft anzubieten und ihnen eine Hotelburg zu ersparen.

• Draskowitsch (10/5): The stay was perfect regardless off the mission to get to it ! - The location is perfect, it's hard to get there but worth the effort. Unfortunatly you can only park your car at the street above the property and walk with your luggage down the steps, but it is surddenly worth it ! The lady owner and her husband are very nice and they really do care about your wellbeing! Thank you again very much. Best regards Chris ! It should mention that you can not access the property with a car !
