• Sandeep (1/5): Bad - Location Hosts were very unprofessional and gave false promises. I booked the accomodation quite well in advance and sent a message to the hosts to explain our purpose of visit and requested for pedestal fan. They immediately acknowledged it and said it will be arranged. I asked as soon as we arrived and they said they cant find one in the near shop and they will order in amazon. That will not serve our purpose. So I agreed with hosts that I will buy and keep it in the property. Are they ok to refund. They said yes. I bought it. now when I am trying to message them asking for refund, they are intentionally delaying the responses. I will raise a complaint to booking.com. However, I thought I will leave this feedback here.
• Andrew (3/5): It should have been a lot cleaner. Which would have made it much more enjoyable. - Good size. Good location. It is not on the riverside and you cannot see the river, hence the name is false advertising. The property outside is covered in rubbish. Including stinking nappies. We could not open any bedroom windows as the smell was awful. The shower floor grout is filthy and needs to be cleaned along with some of the grout in the shower which was mouldy.

• Adam (3/5): Terrible host support and communication - Excellent location close to tube station, overland trains and Uber ferry. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Issues with the online check in system and no response to messages through the booking.com platform. Finally the platform just worked but this did lead to anxiety whether we would be able to access the flat. Arrived to find the only toilet was not functioning- leaking water from the cistern which could not be fully isolated. Managed to find a phone number for host who knew about this and apologized for not telling us. He said he would send a plumber the following day. No plumber arrived and no contact from host. I understand it being New Years finding a plumber was challenging but communication was poor. Leaking got worse the next day; all the towels in the flat were soaking wet trying to contain the leak, and if we left it unattended the flat would flood. Host finally agreed to find an emergency plumber who was able to fully isolate the cistern and stop the leak. We still did not have a functioning toilet for the duration of our stay. The host said he we would receive a significant discount, but has not responded to any follow up text messages since the plumber came.
• Tanya (9/5): Superb - The location was lovely- quiet residential street right off a major high street. Very pleasant and accessible.
