Al estar en plena calle de Naviglio grande, es un apartamento ruidoso. Entras por un patio que hule a los restaurantes de los bajos. Para una noche, está bien

• Lin (7/5): - The apartment is perfect for access to Navigili, with canal side walk plus plenty of bars and restaurants. It's easy to reach main attractions of Milan via trams and metro. The accommodation is a bit dated, but clean. The bathroom has been modernised and the shower is good. The host met us at the apartment and provide keys and access information. The central location, overlooking the canal, is above a restaurant, and is surrounded by bars which is very noisy. We expected some noise but both nights people were shouting and singing outside until after 2am.. We visited in April, so imagine this might be worse during the summer season when the area is busier.. The only natural light in the apartment is from the bedroom window, which overlooks the canal, so the kitchen, lounge and bathroom all require artificial light at all times. This is possibly typical of italian courtyard apartments.

Avoir du thé et du café à l arrivée seraient un plus. Avoir les consignes d arrivée avant afin d eviter d appeler pour connaître les consignes .

• Flavia (10/5): - The apartment is very large and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom has just been renovated. Its location is optimal, close to the metro station. There are a lot of restaurants, pubs, and bars close by.
• Laurence (6/5): - Direkte Lage am Kanal, Schlaf- und Badezimmer gut eingerichtet. Dass ich das Datum ändern konnte, ist klar positiv. Da man direkt an der Partymeile ist, wird es auch nachts ziemlich laut. Der Wohnbereich ist fensterlos und wenig einladend. Kein WLAN.

Located on the main canal and all the restaurants and bars etc. Right in the middle of the heart of the area and there is some street noise. But the vibe of the area is what it's all about. Suited our stay perfectly.

• Simonj84 (9/5): Posto bellissimo e molto comodo!! - La ragazza è stata disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione è bellissima, apri le finestre e sei sul naviglio. Temperatura..si stava benissimo!!! L'unica cosa il letto "matrimoniale": erano due materassi singoli che si separavano in continuazione; ma per una notte non è un problema.

• Elisa (8/5): Comunque ci tornerò se avrò occasione di andare a Milano, mi sono trovata bene - La disponibilità dell'host al telefono e per risolvere un contrattempo; la posizione in una zona vivace del centro e vicinissima alla metro per andare ad un concerto all'Unipol Forum di Assago . La dotazione della cucina minimale, non adatta a soggiorni più lunghi e a cucinare a casa. A parte la camera da letto qualche arredo e infisso rovinato e non ben funzionante.

• Simon (8/5): Great location and perfect for stopover - This appartment is in a great location near the metro and right in the middle of restaurants and cafes. For a one night stopover it was perfect and it was clean which is important. The flat is a little in need of a face lift as fittings, decor etc. are a little old.

• Jessica (10/5): Casetta sui Navigli - La casa è molto comoda, una posizione perfetta sui navigli, con la metro vicina e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La sera i Navigli sono rumorosi, a noi personalmente il rumore non ha dato fastidio durante la notte ma la foto che mostra la visuale sui Navigli è fatta dalla camera da letto che si trova proprio sopra il viale, quindi ovviamente con tutti i locali sotto c'è confusione. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e se ricapiterà torneremo. Ho dovuto chiamare più volte la ragazza (credo sia un'agenzia) che aveva le chiavi poiché proprio mentre eravamo in metro non mi rispondevano. Ci hanno rilasciato le informazioni che eravamo proprio sulla porta, per fortuna non abbiamo dovuto aspettare tanto, magari sarebbe meglio mandare le istruzioni almeno una mezz'ora prima dell'orario del check-in. Non è stato un grande problema, è un consiglio solo per migliorare l'esperienza.

• Rocio (8/5): Great location. Place was clean and comfortable. However, I couldn’t sleep very well because of all the traffic going on - Location location location Not sound proof. I was up around 5-6am with people moving stuff around downstairs

• Christina (9/5): Perfect location and accommodation - Perfect location on the canal, in the heart of nightlife with lots of restaurants and bars around. The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary equipment. The host was very helpful with directions and suggestions around. The metro and tram station very next to the apartment make it super easy to go all around Milan with direct lines to the popular stations. It can be a bit noisy at night but you already know that when you book at this location. Also, some small improvements and additions in the apartment could upgrade the whole experience (e.g. there are no spoons or napkins, place for toothbrushes etc).

Right above the Navigli, obviously will get some noise from the streets around but if you stay up late and get a drink around there, they will all be in bed by the time you get home as well. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, stove took a while to figure out but the host was very helpful.

Shower needs a fix, the head is loose. No coffee cups in the kitchen. Place needs a little upgrading, style is old and needs a little updating.

Sent a lot of video instructions, which were helpful. The bed was comfortable It was not clean enough, especially the bathroom. You will find only the basics, basic kitchen equipment. It's fine for 1-2 nights, but that's the max I would stay here
