The room was perfect: clean, stylish, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. • Danielle (10/5): Amazing Suites,Amazing Owner, in the most beautiful city - Very clean, bed was comfortable, liked the location as it was not too far from anything, yet was away enough for it to be a bit quieter. Only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican / St Peter’s Basillica too. The room was decorated lovely and the literally the same as the pictures posted on booking.com. Fiorella the owner was amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept in contact the whole stay, and even went out of her way to source a phone charging lead for us. There was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as we were away for a 25 year anniversary. Just the small details meant a lot to us. I also liked that the location of the property was only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station meaning we could get to all the major sites. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome. Nothing it was just what we wanted

Habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas. No tenía desayuno incluido a pesar de estar publicado como B&b. Solo tenía una cafetera y hervidor.

• Alexander (10/5): Wonderful apartment for a couple’s trip to Rome! - All of the amenities were new, the apartment was decorated very beautifully, and it was very clean. The balcony was very nice to sit out and have a morning coffee, and having a safe to lock your valuables was a great perk. It was nice to have the complimentary drink bar as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower was great and having a heated towel rack was nice. It didn’t bother us too much but you can hear a little bit through the walls to the neighboring suites. It also would have been nice to have additional towel hooks in the bathroom or a shelf in the shower for toiletries, but overall, this was an amazing place to stay!!

The location is very convenient with lots of shops and it is within walking distance to the train station. We were able to get to center city with ease. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our host made sure that we had everything we needed, and addressed any questions or concerns right away. Our host was so sweet and accommodating my, the room was spotlessly cleaned with nice touches such as the drinks fridge being refilled each day, complimentary Prosecco on arrival, a huge bath and lovely balcony. We can’t express how much we enjoyed their hospitality. The host is super responsive and so nice to deal with she made everything so easy for us and even allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out as other luggage storage places were closed for the public holiday. She gave us great restaurant recs and went above and beyond in every aspect. We can’t wait to be back!

The hostess was super sweet, resourceful, and welcoming. Out of all my stays, Mavi was my favorite. Aside from the warm welcome, the room was outstandingly clean. St. Peter’s was just a short walk away, and there were great local restaurants to visit that were less touristy and true Roman cuisine. I enjoyed the property being away from the main city center—it felt more residential and homey. Now I know where I’ll stay my next visit to Rome! Nothing, all perfect

The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, which made it feel very cozy and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add some hooks for bathrobes and towels – that would make the stay even more convenient.

• Ivelina (9/5): Amazing place - The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable so it was great to relax after a day of walking. We had plenty of high quality coffee and proseco. The bathroom was clean and well organized. The host was really kind and provided us with city maps. It is close to the metro and the Vatican museums! This is the best place we’ve been in Italy ever! Almost nothing! Just keep in mind that the walls are not that thick and you can hear even snorring from the other room. Also another small recommendation to the amazing hosts is to put some rubber seal on the door because when someone else is entering the corridor, the door hits the door frame from the vaccuum moving the air. But this nothing major :)

Thank you so much! - -The place was brand new, everything was clean and had a really nice design and a perfect aesthetic -The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable -You can change your towels every day, you get slippers and bathrobes for your stay there -You have a couple of free (!) drinks in your fridge like water, orange soda, Cola and as a little surprise we had a Prosecco waiting for us at the first day :) -The cleaning lady was extremely nice and friendly the time when the cleaning lady arrived was perfect (was usually around noon or 1-2 pm). I think it’s the perfect time, since in some other places the stuff arrives too early. Here you had the possibility to sleep in after a long day of walking through Rome, so I really appreciated the cleaning time and thought it was perfect! -The place was clean which is the most important thing for me when traveling -I had the room with the beautiful bath tube and it was very nice to take baths in there -The place is located not far from a bus station and also you have a Metro close by -You find a lot of bars (coffee bars) and restaurants close by. -The place has an elevator, which is a plus -My boyfriend liked the body lotion and the shampoo a lot -They got a blow dryer, so you can leave yours at home ;) -The place had a balcony -You have a coffee machine in your place, even if we never used it, it’s nice to have! -There is also a safe for your belongings -They have a very good AC, it doesn’t face the bed directly (I always get sick when the AC faces the bed directly) so that is a plus. Also you can use the AC for heating the room up in winter. -Fiorella and Andrea, the hosts are extremely nice, it was so cool to meet them, when we arrived. They gave us a lot of recommendations and sent us some via what’s app. Also they were always available through what’s app. I liked everything! The only recommendation I would give is to place maybe a very tiny table close to the bath tube, maybe a hook for the bathrobes somewhere and maybe a little hanging shelf between the window and the balcony door so you have a little more space where you can put your belongings. But that’s only a recommendation. It was perfect already!

The room is simply gorgeous, clean and is at a great spot - you LITERALLY can see the Vatican from the balcony! The metro is just a 3min walk away.
