• malcolm (8/5): - Exceptionally clean, well decorated and comfortable Friendly helpful staff. Well equipped communal kitchen if you wanted to use it. BBQ in the garden area, along with a nice seating area. Easy parking. All done to a good standard. Noise from the road is bearable and quietened down in the evening. Noise from neighbours didn’t, kids yelling, doors slamming, not much the motel can do about this, more people being more respectful of neighbours.

• Shay (10/5): Quirky and cool - Very cool place to stay with a lovely little pool on the edge of town. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and the housekeeping staff are lovely. There is nothing bad about the Cubana Ballina
• Brenda (9/5): A nice place to stay - I liked this place. The room was large with a comfortable 2 seater lounge, microwave and toaster, with plates and cutlery. I loved the pool area although it had been raining so all the chairs were wet. There is a lovely big grassy area outside the pool with deck chairs and a BBQ area. Apparently there is a communal kitchen, and a laundry but we didn't use either. Sadly we were only there for 1 night. It was right on the main road. I didn't notice it when in the room, only when I opened the door. So only a very small negative, and only because I like to read outside.

Great size rooms, everything perfectly clean and super well maintained (we stayed in the same room one year apart), smart TV for BYO netflix, decent size fridge, efficient AC, clean good size pool, super friendly staff!

Schoon , netjes en heeft ook de voorzieningen in de kamer voor lang verblijf, zelf een strijkijzer is aanwezig naast de standaard voorzieningen zoals, waterkoker voor de koffie en thee , ook een magnetron. Het personeels waren allemaal aardig, behulpzaam en ook zorgzaam. Ik was vroeg rond 08:30u s'morgen aangekomen en was nog dicht. Gelukkig waren er 2 lieve en aardige dames (personeel) al aanwezig. Ze hebben mij zo lief en zorgzaam ontvangen en ik mocht in de algemene ruimte zelf koffie of thee zette. Het was een super warme gastvrije ontvangst. Een Top team. Geen

Complimentary biscuits to go with the provided quality tea would have been welcome. Freezer space in the mini fridge would have been good.

The floor was soaking and I ended up putting bucket under the aircon which was made it so annoying due to the dripping sound all night.

I have stayed at this property before and will stay here again.
