- Mike (8/5): Very good - Nice and spacious basement suite. Looks to be recently renovated. Perfect for our small family for 1 night in the city.The beds were simple but we found them to be comfortable. Nice little living room to sit and watch TV and relax. We would book here again but would come prepared with our own towels. Instructions were to tidy after ourselves and put garbage in a garbage bag but there were no garbage bags supplied. There were bins with no bags though- 1 under the sink in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. We were only there for 1 night, any longer and we would not have had towels for showers. (Only a few supplied so bring your own towels).Not a fully stocked kitchen. 1 coffee mug and no utensils. No coffee pot for the coffee maker but there is a kettle and instant coffee available. Stove could use a wipe down and there was a cast iron griddle inside the oven that was dirty. Did not see when booking that there is a $200.00 deposit. Not a big deal but good for others to know ahead of time.

- Rene (6/5): Not a bad place to stay, but definitely not a great one by any means. - Everything was clean and well kept, but the beds were not very comfortable, pillows were also not very comfortable. Communication with owners not the best. Needed bathroom tissue, and took many hours and many texts sent before a response was given. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or anything to have one. Would probably choose a different place for the next trip.

- Kalugina (1/5): No stay at all and waiting for my money back - My booking was cancelled by the owner in less than 24 hours before arrival, the last confirmation of cancellation received 3 hours before intended arrival. So money were withdrawn and I asked for the refund. Haven`t seen my money back yet. Booking support replied me on 14th of January that host is waiting me on 3rd (!!!) of January and thus no refund is applicable. Totally unsatisfactory customer service.
