- Silvia (1/5): - Non ho potuto sfruttare la struttura in quanto mi è stato annullato il giorno prima giustificando di essere in over booking e mettendomi in difficoltà nel reperire all' ultimo minuto un nuovo posto. La struttura mi ha pure chiamato poco fa attribuendomi una recensione che non ho fatto (una recensione dove diceva che non c'era neanche stato perché era inesistente), minacciando addirittura querela per diffamazione. Mi sono chiesta: è normale che la struttura reperisca il mio Cell, dato sensibile, solo per contestare una recensione che tra le altre cose io non ho fatto???? Booking consente questi comportamenti?? E insiste tutt' ora a scrivere e chiamare! È normale? Il comportamento della struttura

- David (6/5): Comfortable - Check in process lacks, registration was online, with my Australian ID, it would Not Accept some details and hence not accept registration. I responded online to this affect, with request I Must Register! I sat at coffee shop for Ann hour while it was sorted
- Özlem (1/5): Horrible! - Everything was horrible, we were not even able to get in because the owner of the property didn’t share link that we supposed to get in. So we have to wait for hours, he didn’t pick up, we were extremely exhausted. At the end he reached us after hours and again QR code didn’t work and in the evening, he decided to give us the codes. The day that we will check out, the cleaning lady didn’t let us to prepare ourselves more 10 mins and we waited them for hours to get in the property, they literally kicked us out. It was super rude. Moreover it says whole apartment but we have to share our bathroom with the other people. I don’t recommend to anyone.
