- Uwe (9/5): Wir haben diese Wohnung an Hand der vorliegenden Bewertungen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht, und hat es sehr gut ge - Die Lage der Wohnung im Stadtteil La Paz ist sehr gut, Parkplätze vor der Tür oder in der Nähe. Schöne große Wohnung mit Terrasse auf einer Seite und Balkon auf der anderen. Ausstattung entsprach der Anzeige, es hat alles funktioniert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man muss Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nehmen, war aber kein Problem für uns.

- Elena (10/5): Un buen lugar para alojarse. - Un apartamento espacioso.Camas muy cómodas y bien surtido de menaje. No está en el centro del Puerto de la Cruz , pero la zona es muy tranquila y muy cercana a la salida a la autopista para hacer las excursiones por la isla.

- Santiago Dominguez (9/5): Visita familiar al Puerto de la Cruz - Ubicación perfecta para lo que yo buscaba, tranquilidad, comercios cercanos, parada de bus cercana, aunque bajar es fácil y cómodo al centro del puerto de la cruz. Quizás por buscar algo, el aire acondicionado no funciona, pero la verdad no hacia falta, temperatura fresquita en el piso.
