• thiago_2014 (8/5): Bem localizado e camas confortáveis! - O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fica a dois blocos do Relógio da Cidade Amuralhada. Os principais pontos turísticos da Cidade Amuralhada tem como fazer a pé, em uma pequena ou média caminhada. O quarto que fiquei é enorme, com duas camas kings muito confortáveis. O hotel tem academia e também um bom café da manhã. No anúncio do Booking falava que o quarto tinha frigobar, mas não tinha. Me informaram que nenhum quarto tem, na verdade. O que achei ruim. E o banheiro achei com pouca iluminação.

• Iandra (10/5): Melhor escolha para Cartagena - Localização excelente, exatamente no meio entre Getsemaní e a Cidade Amuralhada, ambas a 5 min andando do hotel. Toda a equipe do hotel foi muito solícita, extremamente educada e pro ativa para resolver qualquer situação. O café da manhã é a la carte e as opções são bem servidas. O quarto é enorme e foi recpem reformad, então tudo está novinho. Muito bom, voltaria sem pensar 2x.

Fiquei na última noite em Cartagena, fora da cidade amuralhada. Muito perto dos pontos turísticos As ruas do entorno não são muito bonitas, principalmente a noite, pois fica no centro , mas não chegou a ser um problema.

• Michael (9/5): Tolles und im Vergleich modernes Hotel zu einem sehr günstigen Preis im Herzen von Cartagena. - Lage direkt am Parque Centenario ist perfekt, um sofort im Centro Hstorico und in Getsemane zu sein. Ich hatte Lautstärke befürchtet, aber mein Zimmer zum Hinterhof war sehr leise und ich konnte gut schlafen. Ich weiß nicht, mit welchen Gästen das Hotelpersonal normalerweise rechnet. Ich hatte über booking.com mehrfach den Hinweis bekommen, dass ich keine "externen Personen" mit auf das Zimmer nehmen darf. Gleiche Nachricht direkt vom Hotel mehrfach im Vorfeld der Reise. Beim Einchecken wurde mir nochmals ein Vortrag dazu gehalten. Finde ich alles sehr unangenehm, denn dies ist bereits im Vorfeld beim Buchungsprozess bei booking.com ausdrücklich erwähnt. Alle weiteren Hinweise und Belehrungen sind überflüssig.

Para quem faz uma viagem longa e quer descansar este lugar atende. Está próximo a várias atrações podendo caminhar. Muito próximo a praça do relógio e as principais atrações da cidade.

Check-in was quite slow, and there were several things in the room that needed fixing. The room did not have a fridge, even though it was advertised. When we asked about it, we were told that none of the rooms currently have a fridge due to an issue, and we were offered to keep our beverages in the restaurant. This was not very convenient, as it required going back and forth and asking staff each time we needed something. Additionally, the bed sheets had stains and had to be replaced after we requested it. However, we appreciated that the staff agreed to offer a discount due to the missing fridge.

A localização, embora ótima porque fica entre os bairros de Getsemaní e da Cidade Amuralhada, é bem insegura para mulheres por conta do assédio verbal dos homens que ficam pela região - em geral trabalhadores.

• michel (9/5): - Un grand merci à Orlando pour son accueil en Français et son sourire. Le lit est l'un des meilleurs dans lequel nous avons dormi pendant notre voyage de 3 semaines. Nous avons aussi apprécié la douche chaude et la climatisation super silencieuse et qui ne souffle pas sur le lit. Le quartier est un peu délabré même s'il est bien situé entre la vieille ville et le quartier festif de Getsemani. Aussi des bruits parasites de fond (ronronnement des clim peut être...) des bâtiments voisins se font entendre à partir de 5/6 h du matin
• Schmidt (5/5): - Na locação dizia que teríamos frigobar com água bebidas e refeições inclusas no valor do aluguel das estadias, qdo chegamos no local não tinha nada disso, a luz dos cômodos era insuficiente, banheiro tinha um pilar dentro, ficava toda água no banheiro não saia água pelo ralo, paguei por algo que não tinha, que vai se responsabilizar e me devolver o valor do que fora prometido e não tinha. Espeto que pelo menos 30%do valor seja ressarcido em minha conta.

• Jamison (7/5): It was good, but could have been better. - The location was incredible. The bed was very comfy. The view from the balcony was great and private pool was really cool. The staff was super attentive and the breakfast which was included was tasty. Given we paid a ton for a premium room, we have some complaints. Many basic hotel features were missing such as a mini fridge and a hair dryer were missing. Our left over food spoiled given no fridge, and we could not keep liquids cold. Additionally, the bathroom sink did not drain correctly, if at all, and the bathroom faucet only let out a small trickle of water.

• CAROLINA (7/5): - El desayuno sin dudas fue lo mejor, la atención del personal que escuchó nuestras sugerencias e intentaron dar una solución, la cama cómoda y amplia, la zona pese a ser comercial y estar cerca a un mercado nos pareció segura, es un sitio para estar de paso y aprovechar las atracciones cerca, ya que queda muy cerca al barrio getsemani y a la torre del reloj El baño demasiado pequeño e incómodo, nos tocó una habitación al lado del ascensor que era muy ruidoso no pudimos dormir ya que cada que lo usaban sonaba en el cuarto, el lavamanos queda por fuera del baño y salía del sifón olores a cañeria muy desagradables, le informamos al personal para colocar nuestra sugerencia se mostraron muy atentos a querer cambiar la habitación, pero solo nuestra estadía era de una noche, a cambio nos ofrecieron pagar nuestro viaje al aeropuerto fue un buen gesto esperamos puedan solucionar los inconvenientes en las habitaciones.

Its like 2min away from the nice walled city and the nice areas of Getsemani, but the road its in is fine. 2. The elevator only goes from floors 1-5, and we were on 6, so required some stairs. 3. We requested a 2 bed room and were given a 1 bed room, but they quickly added a second bed so no issues.

O café da manhã é muito saboroso, variado e bem servido. A localização também é um grande diferencial: excelente, próxima à cidade amuralhada e aos principais pontos turísticos, o que facilita muito a programação e permite aproveitar melhor o destino. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!

• Samuel (10/5): Bonito hotel en el centro de Cartagena - El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro de Cartagena, pero alejado del ruido. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La iluminación diferente y los ladrillos del alojamiento le dan un encanto total. La cama era cómoda y bastante grande. Me encantó la parte del baño que está dentro de la habitación (la ducha y los inodoros están completamente aislados, por supuesto). Hay muchos armarios que permiten guardar las cosas, lo que te hace sentir como en casa. El desayuno es muy completo, a diferencia de algunos comentarios que leímos anteriormente. El personal habla, además de español, inglés y algunos incluso francés. Fueron geniales. La relación calidad-precio fue buena para nosotros. Ya he enviado dos o tres comentarios directamente al equipo del hotel, pero son detalles que mejoran la experiencia del cliente. Nada que pueda impedir reservar aquí. En consecuencia, puedo confirmar el buen servicio al cliente del establecimiento.
• Samuel (10/5): Hôtel bien situé dans Cartagena - L'hôtel est bien situé au cœur de Carthagène, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné du bruit. La chambre était très propre. Les différents éclairages et les briques apparentes confèrent un charme particulier au lieu. Le lit était confortable et assez grand. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la partie de la salle de bain attenante à la chambre (douche et toilettes complètement séparées, évidemment). De nombreux placards permettent de ranger ses affaires et de se sentir comme chez soi. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, contrairement à certains commentaires que nous avions pu lire. Le personnel parle espagnol, anglais et même français. Ils étaient formidables. Le rapport qualité-prix semble plus que parfait. J'ai déjà fait part de deux ou trois points à améliorer directement à l'équipe de l'hôtel, mais cela n'empêche pas de réserver à nouveau. En conséquence, je peux confirmer l'excellent service client de cet établissement.
• Samuel (10/5): Nice hotel in the center of Cartagena - The hotel is well located in the middle of Cartagena but far enough of the noisy environment. Room was very clean. The different lights, the bricks in the accommodation give a total charm to the place. Bed was confortable and large enough. I loved the part of the bathroom that is in the room (shower and toilets are completely isolated - naturally). There are plenty of closets that allows you to park your stuffs. And thus, makes you feel at home. The breakfast is very sufficient contrary to some comments we could read previously. Staff speaks, on top of Spanish, English and some even French. They were great. Value Price ratio was good for our part I have already expressed 2/3 feedbacks directly to the hotel team but it’s details to improve the customer experience. Nothing that could restrict from booking here. By consequence, I can confirm the good customer-oriented service of the establishment.

• Sofia (8/5): Fantastiskt läge och hjälpsam personal - Rummet är stort liksom sängen som dessutom är väldigt bekväm. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är dessutom väldigt bra och det är nära till både Gamla stan och Getsemani. Även om hotell är modernt är det redan slitet och upplevs slarvigt byggt. Exempelvis läcker det ut från duschen och det rinner långsamt från handfatet. Skvätt från handfatet har blivit permanenta fläckar på väggen.

• Juan (10/5): Uno de los mejores recuerdos con mis familia - Yo llegué en carro propio a la ciudad de Cartagena, por error mío, no me di cuenta que el hotel no cuenta con parqueadero propio. Sin embargo, gracias a la ayuda por parte del persona del hotel y a la excelente ubicación que tiene, pude dejar mi carro justo en frente de la entrada del hotel, donde pasó la noche sin ninguna novedad. Otra cosa que quiero resaltar es la limpieza de las habitaciones, me sentí más que cómodo en mi habitación. La cama es perfecta y las almohadas 10/10. Además, el personal quienes también están capacitados para hablar en inglés, fueron muy amables, respetuosos y atentos en toda mi estadía allí. Si estás leyendo esto, es porque estás dudando si vale la pena, te lo digo yo. SI LO VALE. Continuando con mi experiencia, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, las distancias caminando son excelentes y los cuartos muy lindos. Algo que no es culpa del hotel pero que si hay, es un poco de indigencia muy cerca del hotel, aunque no me pareció peligroso ni inseguro, puede generar algo de incomodidad para algunos huéspedes. Cualquiera parte del mundo es insegura, la inseguridad está siempre sin importar donde, mi recomendación es que no den papaya.

• Ananda (9/5): - O quarto é excelente! A piscina no quarto é ótima e a limpeza do quarto não deixou a desejar. A localização é excelente: perto da torre do relógio e perto do bairro Getsemani, fiz tudo andando. No banheiro, tem água quente (mesmo não sendo necessária pelo calor que faz em Cartagena rsrs) e é bem espaçoso. As funcionárias são extremamente atenciosas e educadas. O café da manhã deixa MUITO a desejar, infelizmente. Os funcionários da cozinha e do salão não estão preparados para um fluxo grande de pedidos, tendo erros frequentes e frequentemente faltam ingredientes reduzindo mais ainda as opções para o café da manhã que é a lá carte.

• Rachel (8/5): I'm in the Mood for Mood Matuna - Overall very good. Location is near the walled city. The biggest asset of the hotel are the dedicated employees. All were eager to make us comfortable. Our breakfasts were prepared well. Quality menu, and there a fruit and granola bar. The coffee was 5 star! On our last morning they packed breakfasts for us to go as the restaurant was still closed. Who does that? Our hearts are filled with lovely memories of Mood Matuna in the beautiful city of Cartagena. Bathrooms were very small and the vanity area needs more light.
• Chitra F (9/5): Great hotel, if I ever were to come back to Cartagena, I would definitely stay here again! - This hotel was lovely. There wasn't much of a lobby, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our first room was comfortable, then we had to move to another room because we chose to extend our stay at the last minute, and the second room was even better. The room we are in now is HUGE. have never been in such a huge hotel room. I am glad that they are repurposing the buildings that aren't obviously colonial, but still have a valuable aesthetic. I believe this building was an office building before it became this hotel, and some of that is apparent and is part of what gives it the modern "Mid-Century" feeling. The hotel was great. Outside the hotel and on the streets, I have some complaints: too much garbage and littering, and music bursting out of the bars and restaurants is too loud. It is just annoying to a person who isn't a fan of salsa music...
• daniela (9/5): - The location is perfect, super close to everything and far enough to the chaos. Close to the tower where all yours starts. At night it was very quiet. We feel safe walking in the street all time. The breakfast is small. Not much choice but is cooked at the moment and was delicious The staff was amazing, super nice and friendly .
