Sin embargo, es una zona tranquila El apartamento muy limpio y moderno Lo único malo son los mosquitos, pero es algo generalizado en Venecia

• David (10/5): An excellent 2 bedroom apartment in Venice. Close to everything. Ran by a family with heart. Glad we found it and would - Great location on the quieter side of Venice. Had fun wandering around to the locals area. Big apartment lots of sunshine and ventilation with the big windows. Really enjoyed the family members we met a definite high point. Nothing really.
• Hüttenmeyer (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch schon ruhig! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar! Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und hat Blick auf einen Garten und einen Kanal. In nur 5 min erreicht man den Markusplatz. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nos deu muitas dicas sobre Veneza como os passeios de gôndolas, bons lugares para tomar café e fazermos nossas refeições. Apartamento bem equipado, limpo, agradável e confortável. Única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco foi a Cortina do banheiro que poderia ser substituída por um blindex, facilitando assim a limpeza do ambiente.

• KLAVDIJA (10/5): Très bien, au calme le long d'un canal mais proche de tout - Très bel appartement situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, le long du canal avec une énorme chambre avec lit à baldaquin et une chambre avec 2 lits individuels. Tout est conforme à la description. Airco dans toutes les piècesAccueil avec le sourire. Accès facile depuis les Vaporettos ( San Zaccaria ). Très calme mais à 5-10 minutes de l'agitation de la Place Saint Marc ... C'est un chouette endroit pour tout visiter. C'est également très proche ( 5 à 10 minutes ) de l'arrêt Ospedale duquel partent les Vaporettos pour les Iles de Murano et Burano. Quand on réserve un appartement près d'un canal au dessus d'un jardin ... il faut savoir qu'en été, il y a des moustiques :-) Mais ça, nos hôtes n'y peuvent rien ... J'ai du nourrir une colonie entière :-) Car j'ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte sans airco.
• FLORIN (10/5): very good experience - big appartement, very well equipped (air conditioning included), in a very quite area and also very well located some minutes from piazza san marco, not easy to find but the host waited for us directly at the appartement and provided all the information (a big hanks for that because we changed several times our estimated arrival time) a small detail, the table in the kitchen was not very clean at our arrival, but the rest of the appartement was clean

Eski bir Venedik evinde kalmak, içerideki tarihi mobilyaları görmek çok güzel bir histi. Ayrıca Ksenia hanımefendinin, tatil boyunca sorduğumuz tüm soruları ayrıntılı ve hızlı bir şekilde cevaplaması büyük bir teşekkürü hak ediyor. Kendisi müthiş ilgili ve çalışkan birisi. Salondaki açılır kanepe biraz kullanışsızdı ancak bizim için çok da önemli bir problem teşkil etmedi.
• marie cecile (9/5): superbe - emplacement super proche à 10 min de la place saint marc, rialto et vaporéto. logement avec une super vue sur le canal coté chambres, tt pour cuisiner et super supermarché à 2 min du logement. clim très appréciable bref très bel endroit et le quartier super à 5 min d'une place avec patisserie super.. il manque éventuellement un 2ème canapé confortable car celui existant est en bois .
• katia (10/5): Super séjour dans l’appartement Ponte San Lorenzo - Emplacement génial: tout prêt de la place St Marc tout en étant au calme. Vu sur un canal assez large et aérée. Supermarché (Bailo ) à moins de 1 min derrière l’appartement avec un bon rayon fromage et traiteur. Appartement très agréable à vivre . Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous dans cet appartement qui ne fait pas Hotel impersonnel. Appartement également très propre bien qu’ancien ( c’est Venise !) Rien . Tout était bien .

We enjoyed the apartment, it was an easy short walk - The property was centrally located, easy short walk to San Marco. The apparent was quiet, clean and just like the photos. The host Tania was very helpful. Overall it was very nice.

• Paul (10/5): Beautiful home away from home in a quiet location close to lovely restaurants and shopping. - The apartment is bright and beautiful with lovely views and everything you need for any length of stay! We were only there 3 nights but would love to spend more time and cook in that amazing kitchen. I worked in the small but comfortable office in the morning and we walked around the maze that is Venice in the afternoon/evening. The master bedroom is very large and bright and all of the beds were very comfortable.
• Hui (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect. Tania the landlord is very nice and helpful. The apartment has everything we need. The location is convenient, close to must-go sightseeings. Wonderful place to stay in Venice. We only have 2 towels for 3 nights, but it might be a mistake.
