• Musa (1/5): - Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich habe die Wohnung für einen bestimmten Termin über Booking reserviert, aber der Gastgeber hat einfach meinen Termin geändert. Das ist unprofessionell und hat meine Planung durcheinandergebracht. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

• sophie (8/5): - Il calore dell'appartamento, piccolo ma accogliente , luminoso. In casa c'era ben o male tutto quello che può servire ogni giorno. Mancava zucchero, caffè e poco altro ma eravamo in casa talmente poco che non è stato un grande problema. La posizione comoda per muoversi velocemente in città Facevo fatica a contattare la struttura prima del nostro arrivo, per avere informazioni varie. Poche prese elettriche in casa. A parte queste piccolezze nient'altro

• Rihab (6/5): - The lady is very responsive and helpful. The location is also very good, the apartment is very well equipped, you find everything you need. It is also spacious, and was comfortable in that sense. The place wasn’t as clean as it should be. Not to say it was dirty, but one expects more. The sofa needs deep cleaning, it has a lot of stains. The sofa bed was full of hair. The tables in the living room were dusty. There was random pasta package in the kitchen and a random

• JUAN (9/5): Apartamento céntrico - Ubicación perfecta. Buena calefacción. El agua caliente casi de manera instantánea. Apartamento amplio, con un salón grande y un dormitorio con tres camas y sin estrecheces. El sofá del salón era un poco incómodo. Hay que descongelar el congelador que no se puede cerrar por la escarcha.

Accès facile à pied depuis le centre, le CHUV. Quartier calme permettant de bien dormir. Le seul reproche est le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'une prise électrique fonctionnelle dans la chambre.

• Prachi (8/5): Comfortable apartment for three people with good value for money, directly in Lausanne - The accommodation was perfectly sized for three people as we visited the city. It was clean and comfortable and close to public transport. Nothing really. We didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities so I can’t comment on that.

• Gregory (8/5): Great apartment for a longer stay in order to explore Lausane and its surroundings - Central location located in a residential area. Reasonably quiet and felt safe. All the facilities in the apartment were in full working order including the kitchen and the Internet. It was unfortunate that our apartment was not quite ready when we arrived. Communications by phone was difficult due to language differences. However, via the Booking.com messaging app, communication was much better. In the end, we had to wait 2-3 hours but once we entered the apartment and for the entirety of our stay we had no further issues.

• Qiuyan (8/5): 如果房源内的设施和卫生得到进一步完善，将会更适合有小孩的家庭入住。 - 房源的性价比很高。屋内有儿童玩具。 房源介绍中有洗衣机，但我们没有找到。房东和我们说洗衣机被送走维修，但实际上屋内没有放洗衣机的位置，甚至都没有洗衣机用的进水龙头。这对我们连住五晚且有小孩的家庭来说很不方便。 屋内的设施需要维护。比如冰箱需要维修，时钟、儿童玩具等需要更换电池等。

• Suzanne (7/5): Good - It was easy to get from main station stores all around. Bed stand material would be better in wood than fabric for hygienic purposes. The coffemashine needs pods one can only find in 48's packaging...at Denner. Host didn't adjust tourist taxes even though he knew I was coming alone. Overall, nice apartment very quiet, kitchen well equipped.

• Sai (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment is clean and its good for a family When i made the reservation, i sent a message to the property owner asking if he could arrange for guest cards when we arrive. The property owner said that "its not a problem". But when we arrived, they told me that they cannot provide it. During Hot summer days, you need at least 2 fans. But they have only one in the living room and no fan at the bedroom. The property owner does not speak english and does not meet you in person. It is bit tricky to find where the key was hidden.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Fast wifi and a nice television. Some dirty utensils for cooking and not enough toilet paper for 4 people.
• Katja (8/5): Very good - Large open plan apartment with kitchen in a central location. We had trouble accessing the key. We didn't ask long in advance, and the landlord had trouble communicating in English. Once we had the key, all was very good.
