The natural sounds and the gentle rustle of nature create a true sense of peace. Breakfast is rich, fresh, and delicious, while the staff is very kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Porém, uma vez que acordamos sempre cedo não foi um problema importante para nós

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the donuts and pancakes prepared by May. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. On the check-in day, they gave us many suggestions on what to visit, which really helped us organize our holidays better. A quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend it!

• Vlad (5/5): - Чистые номера, нормальный завтрак. Мы выезжали на 2 дня раньше из за отмены нашего рейса спросили о возврате средств в отеле. Нам сказали, что booking не разрешает. Тогда мы обратились в службу поддержки booking.com они сказали на усмотрение отеля. Ну и после долгих переговоров по телефону с админом (мы так поняли, что отель управляется дистанционно) нам отказали. P.S. Найти персонал на рецепции мы за все пребывание не смогли.

• Raquel (9/5): - O hotel estava limpo e confortável. O pequeno-almoco tinha pouca variedade mas era bom e justo para o preço. As funcionárias eram muito simpáticas. A zona é calma o que é bom para dormir, e as vistas para o lago são bonitas. Mesmo quem não tem carro é possivel fazer a pé, apesar de ser no topo da colina (dá para digerir o jantar) e uma caminhada de 15/20 min até ao mar. . Tivemos um pequeno problema de uma fuga de água no quarto, mas a funcionária trocou-nos logo de quarto, pelo que não causau nenhum transtorno. Recomendava tentarem separar a sanita da banheira, pois, depois de tomar banho fica tudo molhado e é algo a ter em conta. Não é impeditivo de nada mas é um promenor a não esquecer.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location perfect (walking distance to the beach), breakfast was great and there was optionality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The young man at the reception was extremely helpful when we had a problem with our car.

• Colinda (8/5): Friendly hotel on the quiet side of Ksamil - Very friendly and helpful staff! Location quiet side of Ksamil. Which we found nice as the coastline can be overwhelming. No other houses behind the hotel which made it peaceful and rooms with a view. The hotel itself is good, everything is there, but it is not fancy. 12 min walk to the center. Enough little shops and restaurants around. The rooms bit smaller than expected, but still ok.

• Helen (10/5): Outstanding - amazing value, comfy beds - This hotel is in a perfect location because it is right at the edge of town. Meaning it is far enough away from the loud music to get a really peaceful night sleep. But only a 10 -15 minute walk to where all the action is happening. The walk to the beach is pleasant. The views for the back of the Hotel are stunning. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was local and traditional. We thought this hotel was outstanding value and highly recommend. Also if you’re unsure whether to visit this location altogether. We have travelled all round of Europle Ksamil is an excellent choice in 2025. By far cheapest resort pricewise but bougie luxury offerings everywhere. Get yourself there! Nothing our stay was perfect

• Dilson (7/5): A good stay - The hotel is nice, simple 3 stars, with nice looking rooms and facilities. The breakfast wasn't bad either The room looked better in the pictures. The bathroom is interesting with the toilet seat inside the shower area. When you shower you get all the toilet seat wet.

Breakfast selection could be a bit better. But decent.

• Joshua (9/5): Overall, nice hotel in a quiet location with modern rooms. - Friendly staff, quiet location and comfortable rooms. You have the option to rent an electric motorbikes directly from the hotel. The breakfast was good, but the exact same options every morning. Maybe it's ok for a day or two, but for a 7-day holiday, you get tired of the same food in the morning.

What makes it perfect is the very panoramic view, the lake on one side and the sea on the other. quiet place, free from noise. The hotel also has a private taxi which is much cheaper than the usual ones. I've been to some 5 star hotels which usually look nice. But what makes this hotel perfect is honestly the kindness and helpfulness.

• Mittal (10/5): The stay was amazing, there are a few places to visit areound Ksamil that I would recommend. The ancient city is not to - The location of the property is easily accessible, and the the owners are exceptionally welcoming and friendly people. I would certainly recommend a stay at Inada hotel while you are in Ksamil. Everything was perfect at the property, the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The rooms have a great view of the hills and the sea right from the room.
• Tea (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Fantastic hotel. I have been to other hotels as well but Inada turned out to be the best. The double room is very comfortable, bed with very comfortable mattress, clean and with an excellent view. Good breakfast which is served on the second floor, in an environment with a large window overlooking the lake with a wonderful panorama to say the least. Very neat and clean throughout. The interior furnishings fully reflect the style of the building, the hotel offers spectacular views of the sea and lake. At the reception the employees are friendly, professional and attentive. I will definitely return to this hotel soon.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the Albanian delicacies. The room wasn't super clean, we found hairs in the shower from the previous guests.

The hotel looks brand new, the rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony is amazing. The neighbour's pets make your stay more joyful 😍.
