• Povey (9/5): Cala Bona never fails to impress. - The Hotel Sur is a great budget hotel, entertainment is great, staff are great. Room was nice over all. Fridge cold, aircon worked. Whats not to like. The bathroom was too small. The shower door opened barely wide enough for me as I am a big lad. The toilet was right up against the sink making it difficult to use unless it was a t a 45 degree angle. If it wasnt for the sea view, we would have asked to be moved.

• Christelle (8/5): Agréable séjour - L hôtel est bien situé dans la ville, ce qui permet de flâner à pieds le soir. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas appétissants. Les quantités y sont mais la qualité pas vraiment.

Würde dem Hotel nicht nur 2 sondern 3 Sterne geben. Wir waren davor in einem 3 Sterne Hotel, das um einiges schlechter war als dieses. Abends eher laut aber ab ca. 1:00Uhr friedlich - Vorhänge lassen Licht durch, was morgens etwas störend ist aber alles in alles doch ein sehr gutes Hotel.

• Kate (3/5): - This property was noisey as it had a sports bar below and neighbors balconies. The room had the bare minimum. Fridge did not work adequately. Shower pressure was low. Cala Bona does not have much to do, the beach has dirty sand. There is no parking nearby, however there is a public free car park 10 min walk away. Staff were helpful when asked for recommendations.

Hadden om half 7 op de dag van vertrek een ontbijt klaar staan. Veel lawaai vd bar die onder het hotel zat met elke avond live muziek. Lawaai van gasten die laat naar de kamer gingen.

• Romina (10/5): Hotel Sur - Friendly helpful reception team . Clean room with decent balcony overlooking the street and down to the sea . Used the gym every morning . I liked it feeling lively downstairs with music and Kareoke. It finished by 11ish and slept really well here , but I would say bring some ear plugs if you like to go to sleep before 11 . I would have liked somewhere to hang wet clothes on the balcony , rather than just draping over chairs to dry things .

• Julie (5/5): - L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la mer et de tout le nécessaire (supermarché, restaurants, etc). Le personnel était gentil et l’espace piscine est agréable. Le lit n’était pas très confortable, les équipements dans la salle de bain ne sont pas au niveau d’un hôtel à ce prix là. C’est très mal insonorisé, il est donc impossible de dormir passé 8h car nous entendons les femmes de ménages pendant plusieurs heures (chaises qui bougent, aspirateur etc). Un peu embêtant lorsque l’on est en vacances et que l’on souhaite se reposer. Le petit déjeuner était infâme, nous avons eu du mal à trouver quelques aliments qui était mangeables. Les aliments sont en majorité de très basse qualité avec un goût mauvais (bacon reconstitué, café infâme, beurre sans goût, œufs caoutchouteux, saucisses donnant l’impression qu’il s’agit d’os broyés…).
• Thomas (6/5): Chemische en steriel hotel. - Personeel was vriendelijk. Als je van een toeristenoord houd dan ben je hier goed. Voor ons wat het niet de locatie die ons het meest aansprak. Zwembad was lekker. Kamer was klein, met chloor gereinigd. Duurde lang voordat die geur eruit was. Hotel is gedateerd en lokatie is heeeel toeristisch. De twee losse bedden zijn niet ideaal voor stellen die graag samen slapen. Er zijn zeker mooiere plekken te vinden op Mallorca.

• Daria (10/5): - Дуже привітний персонал. Повноцінне харчування. На вечерю подають різноманітні страви, також традиційні. Єдине, у вартість вечері не входять напої, треба замовляти окремо. Поруч багато магазинів, пляжі, є де зняти готівку, автобусна зупинка, прокат. Але на місцевому пляжі ми не проводили час, бо багато людей і вода не така чиста як на Каньямель. До речі, з аеропорту ходить прямий автобус А42, тож не треба думати про таксі.
• Sofia (9/5): - La ubicación, la piscina, el ambiente tranquilo. - los horarios de la piscina podrían ser un poco más grandes - el hotel trabaja con transporte directo hacia un zoológico y también publicita un zoomarino. Estas empresas lucran con la vida enjaulada de centos de animales que merecen vivir en libertad en sus habitats naturales. Es urgente dejar de apoyar la explotación de estos animales!
• teresa (10/5): Adorei e volto! - Apesar de não ter grande design, tem tudo o que é necessário: um bom pequeno almoço, boas camas, piscina a uma óptima temperatura e óptima localização. A senhora loira que costuma estar à recepção é super atenciosa e prestável! E o recepcionista da noite também! Boa equipa! Só acho que o isolamento para o barulho poderia ser melhor, mas é a única coisa que tenho a dizer.
• Lucia (5/5): Spirito di adattamento x avere una bella vacanza - Posizione vicino al centro e a cala Millor. Intrattenimento serale anche se indirizzato solo x clienti inglesi . Staff gentile e disponibile. Struttura datata. Palestra con attrezzi arrugginiti in uno scantinato. Piscina con erba sintetica non proprio la massima igiene. Camera piccola priva di armadio e bagno privo di finestra con vasca con tenda. La domenica non fanno pulizie e non cambiano asciugamani. Ogni giorno tiravano su il lenzuolo e basta e trovavamo molti capelli.pulizia e riordino da rivedere. Cibo indirizzato solo x clientela inglese e la sera le bevande pure acqua a pagamento. La spiaggia vicina e' incomparabile con quelle di cala Millor. Black out una sera e senza acqua .rimasta insaponata nella vasca x più di 20 minuti e se non fosse scesa mia figlia non si sarebbero neanche preoccupati di vedere se tutto ok nei vari piani. Muri sottili si sente pure quando tossisce il vicino di camera. Sul terrazzo neanche uno stendino o filo x stendere asciugamani che possono volare di sotto .

• Stacey (1/5): If you don’t like sleep, this is the hotel for you. - Absolutely nothing It’s so loud at night it’s impossible to sleep. The beds are so lumpy I actually have bruises on my hips from the lumps I had to sleep on!!

Сніданок -є з чого вибрати, достатньо смачно. В барі постійно викидають скляні бутилки, особливо вночі здригається весь готель.

Apart from the room & Breakfast room,no Air Conditioning throughout the rest of the Hotel. This made the General seated areas & reception very uncomfortable. Pool area very small & uninviting. Loud music every evening until 11:45-12:00.

• Nicola (9/5): Lovely Little Hotel and Great Entertainment - Great hotel and a great location. Breakfast was good quality, good variety and plentiful. The room was I expected it to be, on the small side but very clean and comfortable with a fridge. Great air conditioning. Room tip - rooms with pool view get the afternoon sun so if you want to use the balcony from about 2pm it was very hot, the rooms at the front overlooking the street would be cooler but there is music at the bar below until around midnight. We had the evening meal twice as an optional extra for 15 euro each, the steak and mushroom pie was to die for! Only criticism would be that chips was the only potato available. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Entertainment was great, lots of people walking past were just stopping to watch it. We knew about the building work before we went so it was our choice to go. I just stuck my earphones in and listened to music so it didn't really bother me. It was very hot when we went so a little more shade around the pool would be ideal, there are umbrellas but they are fixed and at a fixed height which made them awkward to use. A nice big sail shade would be a great addition if the hotel want suggestions!

• Marharyta (8/5): I definitely don't recommend it with children, but the hotel itself is not bad except for some moments. - The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. For a 2-star hotel, it's good. The cleanliness of the room, the quality of cleaning and clean white towels were for us. The staff is great, friendly and ready to help. Great pool for adults and children. Massage chair, washing machine, gym - it's all there! Wonderful breakfasts and dinners (for an extra charge), we are satisfied with the choice, taste and variety of dishes. For this hotel there is a sufficiently large selection of dishes and good quality products. Air conditioning, mini fridge, balcony - super. As soon as our shuttle brought us to the hotel, I was disappointed in it. The exterior looks terrible, the entrance and the cheap bar next door make the experience very bad. The music from the bar keeps me awake and it's really loud in fact. The next disappointment is the beach, or rather the lack of it (what is there nearby is just rocks and pebbles), the nearest beach (normal!) is 16 minutes and 1 kilometer away. In the heat, it's a lot! There is a playground for children, but it's terrible and unfortunate.
• jose luis (6/5): Normalito - Nos gustó el trato del personal, todos fueron muy amables, la comida ,era de bufet pero variada y muy rica con buen sabor. Y la ubicación también estaba muy bien tenias de todo muy cerca, la playa no era buena aunque estaba cerca , era de piedras. No nos gustó q teníamos media pensión y hubo retraso en el vuelo y cuando llegamos nos dijeron q ya estaba cerrada la cocina y que teníamos q haber avisado cuando la hora prevista de llegada iba a ser sobre las 19:00, era imposible porque fueron problemas en el aeropuerto q no dejaban salir aviones, podían habernos dado un bocadillo simple y llanamente. Cuando llegamos todo estaba limpio , pero luego la limpieza diaria no fue muy buena porque el baño no lo limpiaban nada más q así por encima, las sabanas y las toallas si las cambiaban . Un poco anticuado, necesita reforma, Tenían el bar justo al lado y todos los días había actuaciones y se oía muchísimo, no estaba insonorizado y es más yendo con un niño pequeño nos dieron la habitación q daba al bar, en la piscina ya a las 9 de la mañana tenían todas las tumbonas ocupadas con toallas . Y el armario , un hueco de 90cm. Para 3 personas . Y por último los horarios de las comidas , demasiado pronto a las 8:30 ya cerraban la cena

• Begoña (10/5): Todo perfecto - Bien ubicado, cerca de playas, restaurantes, paseo marítimo. Buen ambiente ya q cada noche en bar habían actuaciones. Estuve hace 8 años y se ha reformado bastante. El aire acondicionado funciona más q bien y se agradece mucho. Las camas separadas y q cada colchón fuera diferente, q al juntarlo se notaba el borde y molestaba. Puedes coger desayuno buffet pero si vas al bar a desayunar no tienen nada para comer.

Балкон з видом на море - супер класно для вечорів 😍 Не сподобалася гучна музика до півночі внизу у барі. Прям дуже гучна. Засинати дитині було складно. Вести бесіду дорослим теж не дуже зручно.

• Lauhdom (10/5): Estancia de 10 - Hotel familiar, estancia agradable, muy tranquilo, y sobre todo trato espectacular y cercano del personal (trabajadores y propietarios). La mano de Juan (cocinero) con la comida, todo riquísimo. Destacar la simpatía y la calidad humana de David (camarero de piso) y Cristina (de recepción). Todos ellos nos han hecho tener una estancia de 10! El horario de la cena, adaptado a los extranjeros.
• RUIER (5/5): Too far to go some famous landmarks - The hotel doesn't supply free breakfast. You need to pay 8 Euro for each day. Particulaly, it is too far away from each landmark in Palma. I spent more than 6 hours on transportation everyday which made me really depressed.
