Our internal policy establishes a ban on smoking in the hotel's rooms and interior common areas, with a corresponding financial penalty for noncompliance, given that smoking in these areas represents a real and direct harm to the establishment (special cleaning, deodorization, temporary loss of room availability, complaints from other guests, etc.).
We would like to emphasize that this measure, in addition to being contemplated within our establishment's internal policy, is also protected by current Spanish regulations. In fact, the following applies:
Law 28/2005, of December 26, on health measures against smoking, establishes in its Article 7, section t) the prohibition of smoking in hotels, hostels, and similar establishments, except in rooms expressly designated for smoking in accordance with the law.
Article 19 of the same law classifies smoking in prohibited areas as an infraction, and Article 20 establishes financial penalties ranging from 30 to 600 euros for these behaviors.
Therefore, we understand that smoking in our hotel's rooms and common areas is not only a breach of contract, but also a legal violation under Spanish law.
Consequently, we request that Booking.com consider smoking in unauthorized areas "compensable damage" within the platform, so that properties can pass on the costs arising from this breach to the responsible guest, as is the case with other material damages.
We are convinced that this measure would not only protect the legitimate interests of accommodations but would also strengthen customer confidence, aligning with current legal and health regulations in Spain.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

E’ OBBLIGATORIO AVERE CARTA DI CREDITO (NON PREPAGATA). è infatti possibile prenotare nella struttura ma solo un paio di giorni prima del tuo arrivo (quindi ad intero importo addebitato e non più rimborsabile) ti fanno sapere che se non inserisci i dati di carta di credito e consenti blocco caparra di 150 euro non ti verranno forniti i codici di accesso. tale condizione non è specificata all atto della prenotazione ma solo in basso nelle condizioni dopo una marea di indicazioni scritte in inglese e dunque non facilmente deducibile dal consumatore in barba alle condizioni di trasparenza obbligatorie previste dal codice di consumo. arrivati la stanza è non insonorizzata. zona non centrale rispetto al centro storico turistico. la doccia perdeva molta acqua da allagare il bagno. ma quando l ho fatto notare la gentilissima host non solo non ha mostrato alcun interesse per il problema ma ha addirittura ben pensato coi suoi modi sgarbati e poco professionali di lamentarsi per aver lasciato in un angolo posizionate in piedi e in modo ordinato 2 bottigliette perché non c era il cestino (nascosto dietro il letto in basso) e per aver sporcato con mascara (non waterproof cioè lavabile) l asciugamano arrivando addirittura a minacciare di addebitarlo. si ignora che sporcare un asciugamano dopo essersi lavati rientra nell’uso normale di una struttura ricettiva. ricorderei alla signora che ritirare due bottigliette e lavare asciugamani ogni due giorni non è un atto di cortesia ma un servizio profumatamente da me pagato. in sostanza se non volete farvi rovinare la vacanza da rimproveri eccessivi ed essere minacciati di addebitarvi il costo del lavandino se per caso lo sporcate con il dentifricio CAMBIATE STRUTTURA.

Podes ir y volver caminado tranquila a cualquier hora. Muy lindo. Solo una pequeña cosa, la puerta de entrada no cierra muy bien, hay que acompañarla con fuerza si o si, sino queda abierta y te avisan que te cobran si algo pasa, eso me pareció extraño.

- Robertas (4/5): Great location but the overall stay felt quite disappointing. - It was in a great location in a recently gentrified area. 1) There was a very strong mold smell in the room, which seemed to be covered up with an intense sweet air freshener rather than properly solved. 2) The walls and doors between the rooms and corridor were extremely thin, so you could hear every footstep and noise from other guests. 3) The rules were also extremely strict and it felt like being under constant surveillance rather than staying in accommodation. The hosts sent many messages and even called us with warnings and instructions, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere before arrival. We were told that without providing credit card details for a €150 deposit we would not receive the access code. I already have paid for a stay, so I felt very uneasy entering my card details through an external link they sent instead of Booking platform. Although the deposit was refunded, they still may have my card details which is concerning.

- Louisa (9/5): - Der Checkin war top erklärt und auch sonst war das Personal absolut wunderbar von allen Seiten, auch wenn wir physisch nur das Cleaning Staff gesehen haben, haben wir via Whatsapp immer schnelle und höfliche Antworten bekommen.Die Lage ist ausserdem perfekt, alles war tiptop sauber und wir haben uns durch die Kameras auch sicher gefühlt. Die Kommentare zur Klimaanlage verstehen wir nicht, bei uns war sie prima und auch die eine Bettdecke hat für zwei Personen gereicht, auch wenn man hier sicherlich noch nach einer zweiten fragen hätte können :) in den drei Nächten fanden wir es auch nie stickig trotz dessen dass es kein Fenster gab. Seinen Papier/Plastikmüll kann man dort wegschmeißen. Auch sonst das Konzept und die Aufteilung waren super. Auch der Handtuchtrockner war genial Also alles in allem einfach super, wir kommen wieder! ein zweiter Mülleimer außerhalb vom Badezimmer wäre noch komfortabler gewesen Die Hellhörigkeit, von Zimmer zu Zimmer und auch innerhalb des Zimmers - man hört jedes Geräusch aus dem Badezimmer, da die Schiebetür nicht dicht ist. Allgemein sind die Betten recht klein, aber es hat gepasst :)

Nunca antes me hospedé en un hotel con tantas condiciones antes de llegar. MUY ESTRESANTE. Te llenan el WhatsApp de muchos mensajes previo a tu llegada, demasiada contaminación visual. 9 días más tarde me hicieron la devolución del depósito o garantía, me pareció una eternidad, a propósito hay 1000 hoteles buenos en Booking sin dejar depósito por daños. Nunca me atreví a prepararme un café en la cocina o siquiera sentarme en el salón, por temor a estropiar algo y luego me cobrasen el depósito de los 150 euros x daños. La persona encargada del WhatsApp se limita a contestar de manera cortante y te envía el link del hotel para que leas condiciones. Sinceramente el nombre del hotel lo tiene bien puesto. Le pondría "Niño malo"

Estaba en una que estaba al lado de un patio interior abierto y se colaba el frío por debajo de la puerta y la calefacción no llegaba a calentar toda la habitación. La cama era muy dura y si eres una persona que mide más de 1.85 los pies se te saldrán fuera. Por el resto bien, el personal amable y atento. La ubicación muy buena también, cerca de la estación de tren.

La cama no tenia sabanas puestas y nos tapamos con una colcha fina azul. La tele es enana. La luz de la cama la tienes a la altura de la cabeza. Al no tener luz la habitación es algo agobiante. No salia agua caliente de la ducha, solo templada. Al ser la cocina compartida si eres pudoroso no invita a desayunar mientras lo hace a la vez gente que no conoces de nada.

Vetro doccia troppo corto (il bagno si allaga facilmente), pareti sottili e conseguente scarsa privacy, assenza di sedie o piani d’appoggio. Problema principale il letto a castello. Abbiamo dormito regolarmente uno sopra e uno sotto per tutto il soggiorno; solo l’ultima notte, notando un’instabilità semplicemente sedendoci per togliere le scarpe, ci siamo spostati entrambi sopra per pura precauzione. Dopo il check-out la struttura ci ha contattati sostenendo che il letto inferiore fosse rotto e comunicando la trattenuta della caparra, il tutto con toni maleducati, insinuazioni prive di riscontri e totale assenza di disponibilità al confronto, nonostante l’invio di foto scattate prima della partenza (peraltro differenti da quelle fornite dalla struttura). Consiglio ai futuri ospiti di documentare sempre tutto con fotografie, prima e dopo il soggiorno, anche gli aspetti più banali o meno intuitivi (come le doghe sotto il letto). Quanto alla struttura, ricordare che “è un ostello” non esonera un host dalle responsabilità di una gestione corretta: il soggiorno è pagato, non regalato, e rispetto, professionalità ed educazione dovrebbero rappresentare la base minima del rapporto con il cliente, non un’eccezione.

- Dorina (8/5): - Jó helyen, modern es letisztult kornyezet fogadott! Foglalasi hiba miatt(ahova azt irtak, hogy ketszemelyes ágy, az valojaban egy emeletes ágy volt!) kicsit kellemetlenul ereztuk magunkat, de probaltunk tullepni ezen. A foglalasunk novemberi honap végén volt így az idojaras kicsit hideg volt es a szobank az vekony gipszkarton falakkal volt, ami brutal le tudott hulni, igy szinte folyamatosan mennie kellett a klímának amíg a szálláson tartózkodtunk.

- Iήsͥⱥnͣeͫ (10/5): Perfecto - 10/10- La ubicación es increíble (tenéis al lado a 5 min una estación de metro: Amado Granell - Montolivet). El sitio súper limpio, valoramos mucho eso y nos encantó. Muy bien equipado y todo muy bien explicado. Muuuuuy recomendado, es un sitio muy acogedor. nada a destacar, todo fue de lo mas agradable

- Emil Christer (6/5): - Läget och rent och fräscht. Man borde tala om i beskrivningen att: Rum EJ har fönster, obemannat och med massa regler som kommer efter man bokat och ej kan avboka.
- Mariel (7/5): - Nette kamer, mooi ingericht met airco en grote badkamer. Goede bedden. De gezamelijke keuken is handig voor een kopje koffie of thee of om je ontbijt klaar te maken. Er zijn voldoende winkels in de buurt. Goed contact met de host, snelle antwoorden en eenvoudige checkin informatie. Er was ons van tevoren gezegd dat er geen ramen in de kamers zaten. Daarom hebben we omgeboekt naar een kamer met een raam.

- Werner (7/5): Prima - Prima locatie in hippe wijk. Dichtbij het oude centrum. Vlakbij goede bakker en restaurants. Goede, schone badkamer. Kleine kamer. Stapelbed. Trapje is smal. Er op klimmen gaat nog wel, maar er af is een atletische oefening. Onderste trede te hoog zodat je te hard op de stenen vloer neerkomt
- Helen Nakary (10/5): Experiencia maravillosa - Todo se veía en tan perfectas condiciones como en las fotografías, la atención del personal excelente. Nos encantó que la habitación 5 que fue la asignada tenía ventana hacia la calle, ideal para mi que en sitios muy cerrados me da como claustrofobia. Quedamos bastante satisfechos, muchas gracias. todo estuvo perfecto, ninguna queja al respecto.

- Joël (6/5): - De centrale ligging in de stad De overreglementering en de stroefheid waarmee ze toegepast wordt. Hoewel alles via Booking.com werd geregeld, heb ik hemel en aarde moeten bewegen om toegang te krijgen omdat ik even niet in staat was om een onlinedocument in te vullen. Dat is alles behalve klantvriendelijk.
