• Wolfgang (10/5): Originelles Appartement für einen erlebnisreichen Sevilla Aufenthalt - Gleich mal vorweg: Eine super nette Gastgeberin die uns mit Freude alles erklärt hat was für unseren Aufenthalt wichtig war und uns diesen erleichtert hat. Auch hat Sie uns völlig unkompliziert und schnell ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und ist überaus originell eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Es war nachts sehr ruhig. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht. Ein Carefour und ein ALDI sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig schnell erreichbar. An der Ecke ist mit dem "Seepferdchen" ein sehr nettes Lokal in dem man gut essen kann. Die Busse in die Innenstadt fahren oft sind schnell erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Urban Flat sehr genossen. Sevilla hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir wollen wieder mal kommen. Es gibt nichts was zu beanstanden gewesen wäre. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
• Svilena (10/5): изключително удобен - Ние бяхме отседнали в апартамента от 05.05 до 09.05.2026 год. Мястото напълно отговаря на снимкомия материал. Много близо е до центъра на града. Същевременно е много близо и до автогарата и жп гарата. Срещу апартамента има и платен паркинг. На пешеходно разстояние е от центъра на града и от гарата. Същевременно е и до автобусни спирки. Мястото е комуникативно, с магазини и кафенета наблизо. Има ресторант до мястото на настаняване, който ни беше препоръчан от домакинята и от който сме много доволни. Апартаментът е чист и тих. Леглата, включително диванът са много удобни. Не се чуват шумове отвън. Разполага с всичко необходимо за няколкодневен престой. Домакинята е много любезна и отзивчива. Препоръчвам мястото и бих се върнала с удоволствие отново. Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса. Относно шума от тръбите, за който се споменава в други отзиви, това е по-скоро като ромолене от време на време, като в никакъв случай не е пречка да се спи или да се почива. Действително се усеща миризма от канала, но за три пълни дни престой я усетихме само на два пъти и то единствено в банята. В самият апартамент не се усеща нищо. Препоръчваме мястото.
• Carmen (10/5): Vacanță reușită - Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, vesel, mobilierul modern, destul de bine dotat în bucătărie și baie, iar doamna Aurora este minunată! De asemenea, comunicarea cu Ana a fost foarte bună. Este aproape de mijloacele de transport cu care poți ajunge în punctele de atracție turistice. Mulțumim pentru ca ne-ați ajutat să avem o ședere frumoasă la Sevilla! Uneori se simte mirosul de canalizare, dar nu ne-a deranjat prea tare.

• Paulina (9/5): - El departamento dispone de todas las amenidades de uso personal deseables (champú, acondicionador, jabón, crema de cuerpo), además se disponía en la cocina de: aceite, sal, condimentos, detergente para lavar la vajilla, pastilla para la lavadora, entre otros. Realmente, un lujo las amenidades.
• JCS (10/5): Perfetto soggiorno in una zona comodissima - Proprietaria assolutamente gentile: nonostante un contrattempo legato al volo, ci ha aspettati fino all’una di notte per permetterci di alloggiare. L’appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e confortevole, situato in una zona tranquilla e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La comunicazione è stata sempre rapida e cortese. In sintesi, un soggiorno perfetto con un’host premurosa e disponibile. Consigliatissimo! Purtroppo c'è un tubo dello scarico dell'acqua all'ingresso che crea non pochi rumori in base agli scarichi dei piani di sopra, sarebbe magari da coprire con del cartongesso.

Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Tout est pensé pour que rien ne manque. Et le petit plus, c est l accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 👌😉

• Ismael (10/5): COMODO Y BONITO APARTAMENTEO - Ubicación muy buena a 15 minutos andando del centro, en un barrio tranquilo y con varios restaurantes y bares cercanos, además de a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren. Es un bajo de una urbanización muy tranquila y totalmente equipado. Nada.

• Mari Carmen (10/5): Maravilloso y bonito - Espacioso, planta baja, limpio, muy bien equipado con cosas de primera necesidad que en otros apartamentos no he visto. Amabilidad y muy buena atención de las anfitrionas. Me gusto mucho. La única pega era la llave de la cancela que no funcionaba bien pero Aurora estuvo atenta en todo momento para solucionarlo.

L’appartement est très bien situé : six minutes de marche de la gare , les transports sont très faciles à trouver. Les restaurants et les bars sont littéralement à la sortie de l’appartement. Aucune raison de chercher loin !

• Karen (10/5): Loved the property, great location and a very comfortable stay. - Attention to detail- not just the funky and functional decor but all the extras that make turn a stay from ok to fabulous. Great sized bathroom where everything was on hand - heated towel rail that work!, awesome shower, including face washers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfy beds, ceiling fans that work even when the light goes off (not always an easy find), double glazed windows and heavy door that reduces outside noise to virtually nothing. Electric shutters that block light and sound. Generously fitted out kitchen - cold water in the fridge, and tea towels!! (Another rarity), kettle, coffee perc, toaster and loads of really nice crockery. Dishwasher and washing machine and even a small clothes line in the bathroom. Hosts Ana and Aurora were delightful to deal with - Aurora met us personally and showed us how everything worked. Close to restaurants, shops, buses and the city centre. Nothing. Everything was fabulous.

• Malch (8/5): Must be great in summer but cool/cold in winter - 15 minutes walk from the railway station and in an area of bars, cafes and restaurants. Fully equipped and very clean throughout. Spacious inside with easy access from the street. In February it could do with much more than just a 1.5kw heater to heat the whole flat/accommodation. Disappointing that on a day of heavy rain, there was a leak of water across the living area which needed regular mopping. On another day of light rain, the leak also needed mopping
