Velkou vyhodou je aj poloha, k plazi blizko, do stareho mesta aj pristavu blizko. Pani ubytovatelka cely cas komunikovala, zaujimala sa, ci nieco nepotrebujeme. Jedno z najlepsich ubytovani, ake sme pocas cestovania zazili. Nemame ziadne vyhrady.
• Sarah (10/5): - Super clean, comfortable furniture throughout, great washing machine & tumble dryer. Top class fridge freezer, oven & hob - all immaculately clean. Lots of attention to detail, dishwasher tabs & washing powder provided, oil, salt etc in the kitchen. We really enjoyed watching Málaga from the large windows in the living area. Very well placed for all the sights in Málaga as well as the harbour. 3 supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Bus stop from the airport is a few minutes walk away. Polina met us & showed us everything in the apartment & we met her & Yanna when we went. Very accommodating about our late departure time. I cannot fault this apartment or the friendliness & efficiency of the owners. We would highly recommend. Nothing
• Manfred (10/5): Absolut perfekt - 11.0 - Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der 7. Etage (Fahrstuhl) eines modernen Gebäudes mit toller Aussicht. Extrem sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten perfekt ausgestattet, z. B. Kaffee- und Kapselmaschine, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, genügend (auch Strand-)Handtücher, Bügeleisen, etc.. Getränke und Süßigkeiten bei Ankunft. Die überaus aufmerksame Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar. Diese Wohnung hat einen außergewöhnlichen Wohlfühlfaktor und ist eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

There was plenty of room and the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed sitting in area in the living room at looking at the view of the ocean. Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Ciprian (10/5): An outstanding apartment from a most considerate host - This was a truly exceptional experience, we were so impressed by Polina's kindness and dedication to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She offered us useful information prior to our arrival and waited for us as we arrived close to midnight. Moreover, she explained to us all there was to know about the appliances, where to find what in the apartment and welcomed us with food in the fridge given our late arrival with children. Polina also kept in touch throughout our stay to satisfy any requests and ensure we have the best experience. The cleanliness of this apartment is exemplary. Both beds are very comfortable and each room has its own AC unit. The kitchen is very well equiped. The apartment was spacious and the living room was also very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient for both the beach and the city centre attractions and restaurants. There is a Carrefour 2 mins walk, a Mercadona 5 minutes walk and a very good bakery close to the Mercadona. A big thank you to Polina and team for her kind hospitality and attention to detail! We will be back for sure! Everything was perfect!

• Sue_k (10/5): Can I give 11 out of 10? Exceptional apartment - What did I like? Everything! The lovely host Polina who was so attentive, the space, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the modern styling and appliances, great air-conditioning, the location, the comfy bed, huge amount of storage, fantastic. The kitchen had everything, plenty of cutlery and crockery. It's the little things that make a big difference, like providing beach towels and a parasol, some water and snacks on arrival, lots of towels, a clothes airer, toilet rolls! The only negative is that people will want to stay here based on this review, and I probably won't be able to rebook it next year!!
• Pam (10/5): Wonderful place, wonderful host, 5 minute walk to the beach, groceries, bakeries and shopping. 15 minute walk to city ce - The property was super clean, very comfortable with everything we needed to feel right at home! There is some construction happening in the building but honestly we went out to explore Malaga every day. The host was so nice she even brought us a gift as a consulation for the construction noise!

The location is very nice and convenient as it’s close to the beach and Malaga’s historic centre, and to a variety of local supermarkets. The host was very kind and very quick to respond. Large enough for the family, two large bedrooms each with its private bathroom. A lovely kitchen. The kitchen was my favourite space! Modern and fully equipped. And my husband's favourite spot was instead the large windows in the living room with its view on to the " plaza de toros";) Very happy for our choice. Will surely return. I liked everything

• Samer (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. i’ve never stayed at a cleaner apartment in all my trips around europe, the house was clean in a way you can’t imagine, the cleanest apartment u can find. staff is very sweet and cooperative. The apartment really feels like home far away from home. If you spill just a small amount of crumbs you find ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a problem as long as you’re careful, we found two or three ants not more than that.
• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - The cleanest location I've stayed in. Public transport to the center and Il Palo right in front of the building. Food stores in the immediate vicinity. The host answers all questions and is willing to help in any problem. 3 minutes to the Malagueta beach. There is nothing I didn't like about this location.

• Andrew (10/5): Love Malaga - Loved the apartment and loved the location. The apartment is 5 mins from the port and 7 from the centre of town. The apartment had everything you could need.From towels for showering and separate beach towels. Air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Hairdryer etc etc. Nothing we could think of that was missing. Loved the host. So attentive and helpful. Always on hand if we needed any help or information about the area. We will definitely use it again when we return.

The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Old town was walking distance as well as the beach. Polina was very attentive and would check with us often. We liked having a washer ánd dryer in the apartment. We recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Malaga. Bed in master bedroom was a bit low but we made it work.
• Srivatsa (10/5): Exceptional - Polina met us at the property. She was warm and kind and gave us great information for a wonderful stay. The apartment is so central to everything. Carrefour a few steps away. Cafe Flora (great breakfast options) ...a panaderia just opposite side of the street with excellent croissants and pastries. A wine shop with fruit and cheese. Yum. And then the VIEW!! And not to mention less than a kilometer to the center of town and the Beach markets and restaurants, Alcazaba, and all the lovely neighborhoods. All together an amazing a great location and well-rounded experience. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Malaga.

• Mayya (10/5): Ideal place - Perfectly located apartment: with a 4 year old child we walked 10-15 minutes to the center through a beautiful park and a few minutes to the beach. The apartment has good soundproofing, comfortable beds and the owners have thought of every little detail, from the shampoo in the bathroom to the spices in the kitchen. Also great views from the windows and perfect cleanliness. We were happy to stay there for a week! Absolutely nothing

It's perfectly located right in the middle between the beach area and the old city center. The view is amazing, and everything you need is within walking distance, including a pharmacy, bike rental, grocery store, and good restaurants. Moreover, the host is very welcoming and makes sure that you have a good time in the apartment.

Absolutely perfect place, has everything you need even for a longer stay and it is in a perfect location—2 min from the beach and 10 min from the old town. • Bartosz (10/5): Best holiday accommodation - The location is perfect - very close to the beach, a short walk from the old city and good food options nearby. The flat itself is very nice and modern and includes all amenities you could need. It was extremely comfortable for 4 adults, including my elderly parents. Also very very quiet despite being on a main road.

Apartment was clean and tidy, had all the facilities we needed and the welcome pack of beers, water and soft drinks when we arrived and tea and coffee facilities already available was a nice touch. There was nothing we could fault and we felt very welcome when we arrived. location so close to where the airport bus concluded its journey made getting to the apartment much easier. The view over the bullring was spectacular.
• Sami (10/5): A Great Holiday in Malaga - Perla de Malagueta is a great place to stay in Malaga! Location near harbor, old town & Alcazaba and Gibralfaro castles is excellent. There are two grocery stores nearby and a lot of restaurants especially at the harbor. Parking near the apartment could be tricky. There are some cheap parking space at the back alley, but you can only pay 2,5 hours at once and area is often full. Parking fine seems to be 90 euros, so don't try your luck skipping the payment! There is an underground parking opposite the apartment, but it is more expensive. The apartment has well-equipped kitchen with dish and laundry washers. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it a good choice for a group of four. Couch can be used as an extra bed. The apartment is spacious and it is fit up with a style. Our favorite was to sit near giant windows and enjoy sunset. Polina is very caring and friendly hostess, she made her best to ensure our stay is succesful. We had a little misunderstanding about check-in time (which is at 4 pm), but we got our baggage to apartment already earlier. Luckily the weather was fine, so we spent the time at harbor waiting for the room to be cleaned. Both bathrooms were quite cold to take a shower, I guess they had no heating at all. But this is only a minor fault to the overall level of the apartment and is not relevant at the summer time.

• Alexey (10/5): Very satisfied! Would visit again! - Sea view (though very partial)🥰! Spacious comfortable apartment with everything you need. Recently refurbished with attention to detail. Very clean, including common areas of the entrance. Excellent location: a stone's throw from the coast, from the fortress, from the city center, as well as from a supermarket, restaurants, shops and beauty salons. Pleasantly surprised by the "minibar". Attentive hostess. In general - very satisfied, would come again, we will recommend to friends. However, there are also disadvantages - a very significant one: information about the availability of parking is not true: in reality - paid parking with a very limited capacity. The apartment is ideal for 2 couples, not for families with kids, etc, as there are bedrooms with double beds. There is no separate space for working on a computer, which is relevant today. Pillows in the bedrooms - none of them make it possible to sleep properly. The coffee maker needs a much larger size. Humid in the small bedroom and bathrooms. Too much communication from the owner. Especially inappropriate was the visit of the repairman during our stay.

• Michael (10/5): We had 7 days in a lovely apartment with many experiences in the city and the surrounding towns - clean and good space. nice with two bathrooms. very close city center. it can be difficult to find a parkingplace at a reasonable price, but we were lucky and found 6 days in a row a cheap place on the road behind the apartment
