• Maya (10/5): Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a wonderful location - The apartment owner, Alessandro, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment. The apartment is wonderful, very cozy and beautiful. Instructions are provided for any questions you may have, which was very convenient and lovely. Everything in the apartment was thought out down to the smallest detail: it has everything you need to feel at home. Great location: the Duomo is a 20-minute walk away. There is an excellent supermarket, coffee shops and a wonderful bookstore nearby. The stay in the apartment was very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend it to everyone! Everything was perfect!

• Chirkov (10/5): Value for money apartments - Value for money apartments - not very big but cozy. Not in the very center but easy to get. Really clean. And really quiet. Cafe, supermarket - everything just near. No problem to communicate with owner - he is always in messenger. Very easy to check in and out - you just take / put keys in the box. Especially thanks for letting us left our baggage after checking out))) Really small kitchen. Just one dish for the meal))

• Philip (10/5): Great Location, Perfect Host. - The apartment was excellent and had everything I needed for a short stay in Firenze. Easily reachable on the T2 tram from the main train station (4 stops) when you are carrying luggage but easily walkable into the centre otherwise. Alessandro’s communication for the check in procedure and throughout my stay was first class with very quick responses on WhatsApp. As I was arriving 3 hours before the check in time I had arranged with Alessandro to drop off my suitcase pick up the keys and I could then return when the apartment was fully cleaned. As I arrived though the cleaning had been finished which was fantastic as I was able to occupy the apartment early. The apartment itself was in a quiet neighbourhood was very secure and was mostly protected from the fierce Firenze heat though there are air con units in both the living area and the bedroom as it did touch 36 degrees whilst I was there. There are some restaurants and takeaways nearby and also a well stocked supermarket about 300m away. I would have no hesitation in using these apartments again.
• George (8/5): Perfect for exploring Florence - Conveniently located near to airport tram stop, and also for buses into the centre and other destinations. A twenty minute walk into the centre. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Good facilities nearby, including a large well stocked supermarket and an excellent restaurant - Perseus. The apartment had a comfortable bed in a large bedroom with plenty of storage space The kitchen facilities were adequate but there was no microwave. The host Alessandro, was friendly, thoughtful and helpful The seating area was rather limited. Otherwise ok.

• Samantha (10/5): very central location and lovely host - very comfortable, clean and everything you need with a lovely host. It was in an awesome location so a very easy 10minute walk to the train station and all the attractions. all the windows looked into someone's backyard so we couldn't have any natural light coming in. We were hardly there so it was ok
• Varun (6/5): Satisfactory stay but value does not match the asking price - The bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. The flat is fairly standard but did not meet my expectations given the high price I paid (140 eur per night) The location is OK but there is a lot of construction work going around. The kitchenette is very small with very limited equipment for lunch or dinner. The bathroom shower is prone to clogging.
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, nice modern facilities, good sized apartment with two balconies, the one from the bedroom looks out to quite a noisy road though so recommend ear plugs if you are not a heavy sleeper. About a 15minute walk to the Duomo from there, the large swimming pool opposite the football stadium is a 10minute walk away and a good idea in July.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Great location, very clean and quite big flat with very easy access to the city centre by bus. As I enjoy walking it took me literally 25 minutes to get there on foot! Proximity to a big supermarket, a bakery is literally across the road. A host is very responsive, honest and helpful. In other words, a really pleasant place to stay :)

• Monta (10/5): A great place to stay and enjoy Florence - We loved everything about this place. It's quite spacious and clean. Got everything we needed in the kitchen. And we enjoyed the location. It takes about 25 - 30 minute walk from the apartment to Arno river, so everything is so easy to reach. We never used any transportation, but there are bus stops close to the apartment and so is supermarket. Alessandro was a great host and helped out if something was unclear. Overall - we truly enjoyed our stay! The bed could've been a little more comfortable, but it might just be our preference, since we're not fans of softer mattresses. Since there's an oven in the kitchen - would've loved that there was some baking paper in the kitchen. But those are really my preferences and did not really affect our stay.
• Maudie66 (10/5): Nine night stay (incl. over Easter 2024) - Our host Alessandro was excellent with all communications both prior and during our eight night stay. The apartment is a great space for two people with everything you need. Excellent supermarket within 200 metres, coffee shops within metres and a bus stop next door. We always walked to the centre (Duomo area) which took us about 15mins. Was nice to escape the crowds and get back to the apartment and local life at the end of the day. Was so appreciative of Alessandro's quick communication and little surprise in the fridge on arrival 🙂 Nothing. Everything was great.

• Christopher (10/5): Good new furnished apartment in a good location. - Very clean, new and modern furnishings, hotel level of interior quality, full range of kitchen utensils and items for a good self catering holiday. The owner was very helpful with information and details on collecting keys and any other issues. The Esselunga supermarket is 3mins walk away and is one of the best supermarkets in central Florence. To walk to Duomo it takes me about 30minutes. The road outside is quite busy during the day and is a bus route, and the bedroom looks over the street, so it's not quiet and peaceful if you need silence to sleep, but it is entertaining to sit on balcony and watch Italian life going on outside!

• Špela (10/5): Very clean and close to the center - The owner is very helpful (he was even asking where we will park when we arrive, to see if we need any help) and met us at the door when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all the amenities you might need for a more extended stay too. It's located about 10 minutes from the center on foot in a street that doesn't have too much noise in the evening.
