Alan (8/5): A solid 8 out of 10, that could be bumped up with attention to just a few details. - The location was great! Just a 10 minute walk to the Duomo! The apartment was very nice. It appears that significant remodeling has been done fairly recently. The bathrooms are top notch and the beds are nice and firm. The incredible part is the rooftop terrace, with its great views, sitting areas and hot tub! We spent most of our non-sleeping time on that beautiful terrace! I would encourage the owner to consider their guests length of stay when providing towels; one towel per person for a week is inadequate and results in multiple wash days, detracting from our time to enjoy the city. Replacement trash bags would also be helpful. Also, the cheapest toilet paper is not befitting a property of this caliber.
Denise (5/5): Our 2nd time in Florence, the stay here made it mediocre… - There was no breakfast. Location was ok, if there were Taxis available. It was unreal to try and get a taxi in Florence. It was not a good scenario for us, especially with my husband with bad knees. I would not recommend this property. Mainly due to the main property manager, being rude, when I asked questions..also compared to other apartments we have stayed at, it was under whelming, kitchen not well equipped. Microwave in a box on the floor in the kitchen. Hot tub/Jacuzzi was a pain. Wouldn’t keep temperature up, 86 degrees. Not a good temp, There were two other property managers, that went out of their way for us…until we asked that we needed a taxi to the train station. Not a reply…it was a Panic for us. As we needed to catch an early morning train, But, on our own we did manage to get one. And with the 2,000.00 Canadian plus $$, for 4 nights, I say, if everything was much better, I wouldn’t flinch at the price. One day, there was no TV and no internet when we came back from our day…messaged the one Property manager, who did come. But she was not educated on the apartment, and had to call another colleague, who told her that there was a breaker box. VOILA! Not going to recommend this property.
Eduardo (8/5): Very good - Very good Location, nice view from the terrace. Old building very small lift / elevator , space for max 2 people.
Michal (10/5): Goot - Place The administration involved in paying the local tax took me three hours. We had to choose the country from which we arrived 70 times!? It took me 3 hours!?
