• Ruth (3/5): Ebameeldiv kogemus - Asukoht Öösel segas alt pubist tulnud muusika, lisaks oli väga külm magada (õnneks ööbisin üksi ja sain lisatekki kasutada). Kui kirjutasin, et tagasisidestada lõhkist wc- ust ja jäist vannitoa temperatuuri, siis vastati et oleks võinud sauna sooja panna. Mina kliendina ei teadnud seda, arvasin et sauna saab kasutada vaid lisatasu eest. Vannitoa põrand oli jääkülm ja sauna klaasukse alt tuhises külma õhku aina juurde. Igal juhul ebasõbralik ja -viisakas suhtumine klienditeeninduse poolt-ei soovita kellelegi ja ise enam seda ei ööbimispaika ei kasuta!

• maire (5/5): - Hommikusööki ei söönud, asukoht väga hea. Ei meeldinud kellegi näritud näts, mis oli voodiposti otsas ja see,et radiaatori reguleerimine ei andnud sooja juurde ja sellel päeval oli ruumis nstuke liiga jahe.

• eleHele (8/5): - Kõige hubasem ja stiilsem tuba TäheMaja teiste tubadega võrreldes, olen mitmetes enne olnud. Väga meeldis selle poolest! Koristaja unustas duširuumi koristada või siis hakkas jube kiire tal ja jäi pooleli koristamine. Käteräti kuivatil olid märjad kasutatud rätikud, wc poti prill-laud märg ja kaan üleval, põrand sõna otseses mõttes ujus veest. Vähemalt voodipesu oli uus pandud ja leidus puhtaid rätikuid ka.
• Outi (9/5): - Sauna oli kiva yllätys. Lattialasta vedet luuttuamiseen puuttui. Ohjeet olisi saaneet olla myös englanniksi.
• Kalev (8/5): No vesi rikkus mulje. Muidu mõte ju kena! - Hea asukoht, Minu jaoks on ööbimiskoha visiitkaart dušširuum. Kui sageli ei lähe sealt lihtsalt vesi ära... Vana hea kardin liibus kenasti kehasse ja seekord läks vesi duššinurgast ära küll, aga selgus et põrandale. Ja see ei tundunud esimest korda juhtuvat, sest juba minnes oli tuppa asudes oli väike loik maas ja põrandaplaadid kergelt kobrutamas. Püüdsin väga napi veega toimetada, aga ei aidanud miskit, kõik lainetas. Õnneks veetsin seal ainult ühe öö. Edu!

• Hikari (2/5): Terrible experience - Location, private sauna in the room, could stay with my dog were good. It started raining at night and the leak from a ceiling started, getting terrible and also dropped on the bed so was not able to sleep. Also the communication about this problem with owner was bad, no apologize about this terrible situation.
• Alessandro (6/5): Pleasant - Central position, sauna, comfortable beds. They also give you clean towels and free parking card! I am sorry to say so but the bathroom was quite dirty (especially the shower and the sink), as well as some parts of the bed. Unfortunately, the interior part of some bed linen was full of stain.

• Stephen (8/5): Veryd ecent place for a short stay. - I had a room with a small sauna inside, which was a very nice touch. Some of the walls were of brick which added to th cosy feeling.

• Julia (10/5): I will be recommending this apartment to my friends who want to visit Viljandi - I liked the location of the apartment. There are grocery stores around, and many exciting cafes and restaurants. Very close is the beach, a 15-minute pleasant walk through the beautiful town. And I really liked that the apartment was clean. I didn't really like the mattress cover, it was too soft, but it was easy to remove, and main mattress was a very nice. It was very comfortable to sleep on!

• Andres (10/5): Exceptional - I liked, that there is a sauna, which is absolutelt awesome. Also the location is perfect. I definitely recommend this place. The shower water was running away a little bit slowly, but it was still totally fine.
