• Peter (7/5): - Super Lage, Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bei niedrigen Temperaturen reicht die Decke nicht aus. Dafür ist sie zu kühl. Der Kühlschrank brummt ziemlich in der Nacht.

• Marina (10/5): Lindo apartamento y muy buena ubicación - Propiedad con parking privado. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos y cómodos. La cocina contaba con varias cosas para cocinar. Muy buena ubicación para recorrer a pie (hay q subir/bajar varios escalones para llegar al centro histórico) Lo único q habría q mejorar es q había hormigas.
• Miguel (7/5): - Apartamento espacioso con ventanas hacia dos lados que viene bien para ventilar y refrescar. Aparcamiento privado al lado. Está justo antes de la zona de tráfico restringido. Recomendable si vienes en coche de alquiler. No puedo puntuarlo mejor porque el colchón no nos dejó descansar bien.

• Vasco Miguel (10/5): - O facto de ter estacionamento gratuito é, sem dúvida, uma grande mais-valia num local onde TODO o estacionamento é pago. A 10 minutos a pé (e bom caminho) do centro da cidade velha, é uma excelente opção. Limpo, asseado, espaçoso, moderno e com cozinha funcional, valeu!

• Burkhard (9/5): - Sauber, ruhig Gute Lage - ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Pile Tor (Altstadt), zurück etwas länger (bergauf) Sehr schöner Weg mit alten Mauern und Gärten. Eigener kostenloser Parkplatz (die Parkgebühren in Dubrovnik sind horrend und fangen bei 25€ / Tag an)
• Aleksandra (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, w apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne. Jedyny minus to prośba by zostawić na dwie godziny bagaże. Do 10 musieliśmy się wymeldować, co też zrobiliśmy i było to dla mnie oczywiste, jedynie poprosiłam o możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na dwie godziny, bo mieliśmy zamówiony transport na lotnisko o 12 i dostaliśmy informację, że nie jest to możliwe. Szkoda, bo myśleliśmy, że będziemy mogli jeszcze się przejść po starówce przed wylotem, co jednak z bagażami było trochę karkołomne..

• Achim Sn (9/5): Gute Unterkunft - Gute Wohnung mit Parkplatz. War sehr angenehm. Es sind nur 15 Minuten zum Strand, aber alles dubrovniktypisch nur mit Treppensteigen.
• Raquel (9/5): Recomendable - El apartamento tiene el espacio suficiente para dos personas y todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. La cama era cómoda. La cocina contaba con todo lo básico (echamos en falta unas servilletas o papel de cocina). El baño estaba limpio. Tiene plaza de parking justo al lado, algo imprescindible en Dubrovnik. Está ubicado en la parte alta de la ciudad antigua, a unos 15-20minutos caminando. Esto es algo que hay que “sufrir” en general en esta ciudad si se quiere un alojamiento más económico y con parking. Algo a tener en cuenta es que el apartamento en el que nos alojamos está en una primera planta sin ascensor (aunque hay algún apartamento en planta baja)

• Jakub (9/5): Superb - Great place, clean and quiet. Parking spot was needed and perfect for me. It is a 10 min walk from Old Town and there are a lot of steps to take. However, I needed a parking spot for my car and there are no cars allowed in Old Town. So something has to be compromised.

• Jelena (10/5): Loved it! - First of all the location is great, it is 15 mins from city centre, even with all those stairs, but there is also a bus station that is right around the corner. Also if you are with a car there’s a parking space and it is not hard to find, and you don’t have to go throughout all those narrow streets. Everything was really clean, the bed is good, the kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. The bathroom is new and very clean, it has enough place to hang towels. We really liked it here. The only issue that someone has mentioned is that shower leaks a little bit and the water doesn’t go to the main bathroom drain, but we realized it immediately and if you are careful a little bit it is not that big of an issue. Also this be aware of the stairs if you are on first or second floor, they are very narrow at it is not so easy if you have huge suitcases.

• Gabrielle (10/5): A hidden gem! - Amazing location, close enough to walk by quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Facilities were better than we expected, had a wide range of kitchen utensils and everything you needed! The decor was clean, modern and fresh and we instantly felt at home. Maria was a fantastic host with excellent communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat! The style of the shower meant the bathroom flooded quite easily, but could be an easy fix with the seal on the shower door. Not a huge problem!
