Keys were left with security for us Unit needs a little love, all lounge lights done work, needs a new shower head as lt leaks more sideways, remote for TV don't work. Would of been nice to have a hairdryer. Unnecessary old dishwasher on,patio that should be removed.
• Felicia (7/5): It was fair,did not spend lot of time inside and requested an early check in which the host agreed - The location is good Previous guests i think they were smoking in there ,smell was still there and having sinuses something triggered them. Hanging bedding inside wardrobes not tidy.

• Manikum (1/5): - Nothing The apartment was double booked. I arrived at the accommodation to find it already occupied. The owner had no idea that I had even paid for this

Dirty Linen on bed, 1 dirty blanket for 4 occupants. Linen drying inside cupboards which were left open. Room TVs do not work as TVs, merely as monitors, which was not communicated. AC in 1 room does not work. Blinds on door leading to balcony from the room in such poor condition. No privacy if people are standing in the balcony. Dirty cup with moulded liquid left in cupboard. Mismatched crockery, chipped and in poor condition. Not sure what free toiletries are included, we didn't have any. Hard sugar and empty coffee and tea container.1 shower head does not work properly. • Hannerie (7/5): Good. - It was quiet and spacious The property needs some maintenance. Wifi was not working, shower head and taps need attention. Some cupboard doors need to be fixed. However it was safe and spacious. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable

• Michele (3/5): Lovely apartment but the ROACHES must be exterminated!! - The location was nearer to shopping and eating places. The property was quiet and the apartment was beautifully arranged. There were 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The furniture was very appropriate and lovely. The apartment also came with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had roaches. It made me sick. I could not eat in the apartment during our stay. The roaches were present every day despite buying spray to get rid of them. After the 3 days I was sick.

• Subhash (4/5): Good but host needs to be available to contact. - Beautiful and spacious Fridge was not working. Was unable to contact host when checking in and guard did not know what to do. Made us wait outside on the road at midnight.

• Siphiwe (10/5): - The apartment is located in a very quiet location, which we loved. The apartment was found to be clean and spacious. The host was easily reachable and willing to assist. The beds were comfy, we loved that both bedrooms have en-suites. We really enjoyed our stay The 3 things we did not like were: 1: The couch in the pictures here was not what we found there; the one we found was small and not so comfortable. 2: The outdoor (balcony) furniture was not pleasing at all. The chairs are worn out, i almost fell while trying to sit on it, that's something the host needs to attend to and provide decent outdoor furniture. 3: the pool was not clean, so we could not swim (but there i do understand it's not the host's fault but the property's responsibility to keep the pool clean.

There was human hair everywhere. TVs were not working, wifi was not working. Poor communication with the management, they don’t respond to queries.

Her replies were unfriendly on the app. The apartment was not clean, it did not smell fresh, the bathroom walls were damp and had blackened from wetness . It was almost like someone lives there full time. In the morning when I tried opening windows I found they were already opened, a strange guy walked past the window on the garden which is right next to the bedroom, I found the main bedroom door unlocked with no key abs the sliding open. We slept like that. This was not communicated to us. The host accommodated my late checkout request and I can appreciate that.
