• Jenettt (8/5): Went for st Patrick’s wk, Monday to Thursday, and was smack bang in the middle of the strip, close to the beach and had - Very central, had everything we needed, wasn’t too nosey to say where it was based, especially if you closed the kitchen door. The only other suggestion would be to fit a new pvc door there for the noise. The kettle could of done with being a little bigger, and extra towels but other than that it was perfect for what we needed

• Roberto (2/5): - Estaba limpio, era lo que más me gustó Lo que menos, que no tuviese aire, como no tenía abríamos la ventanas, que por el día ni con eso se refrescaba, por la noche fue peor, porque si abríamos, había tanto ruido de los bares y la gente gritando que no se podía estar. No dormí dos noches y a la tercera me fui porque no podía más dejé 4 días sin disfrutar. Las camas son de muelles y colchones viejos, se me clavaban los muelles, el ventilador del salón estaba roto. El ventilador de pie que hay tiene mucha mierda. Está escaso de utensilios de cocina y la sartenes sucias. La cocina era una vieja y no se ven los números de los mandos, hay que averiguar cómo se enciende, un fogón no funciona. Espero que resuelva los inconvenientes ya que se le veía buena persona por teléfono.

• Derek (10/5): Great apartment and will definitely book again in the future - Great location central to all the main bars and clubs. It is slightly noisy but didn’t bother us at all because we were out every night. The host was superb as well helpful and they were straightforward with there instructions about where to pick keys up from before arriving. Nothing as I knew where the apartment was and just what we needed it for

A pesar de que avisamos al dueño de nuestra hora de llegada prevista (entre las 4 y las 5) cuando llegamos el apartamento no estaba preparado, ni habían realizado la limpieza de los anteriores usuarios, y vinieron a limpiar a las 8 de la tarde.

• Lagf (9/5): Excellent location, just two blocks from the beach (a 5-minute walk) - Excellent location, just two blocks from the beach (a 5-minute walk). Located on the bar street. Spacious and with a large balcony. I enjoyed staying in this apartment. Overall, my rating is high (9 out of 10). However, there are a few things to consider before booking that I wish I'd known before going: small kitchen and bathroom supplies are in short supply or non-existent (for example, there was only one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights and 4 people), which means you'll have to buy more. The location is very good, but it's also very noisy. This wasn't a problem for me; I wanted to stay in that area, and it was worth it. However, if you're someone who can't tolerate nighttime noise, this location could be a problem. Finally, there's the issue of air conditioning, which isn't available in this apartment, which isn't pleasant on very hot days. In any case, the value for money and the location would make me book this apartment again. Many thanks to the host.

• David (1/5): NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE - there is building work going on underneath the apartment , they should make you aware before booking . also the room was broken into and money stolen , no forced entry, a key was used ....never ever again
• Paul (6/5): Pleasant stay. - Location is brilliant. Stayed in this building before, this one faces directly onto the main bars. Although it didn’t bother us, it can be quite noisy until around 4am No big deal but did have to go buy a hairdryer, left it at the property. Hopefully it stays for the next guests.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they are on hand if needed and message to check in on if you need anything. Plenty of room and great balcony. Loads of hangers which lots of properties don’t provide. Communal areas very clean and well maintained The only thing I would say is we were only given a small towel each so if visiting for more than a few days, bring your own
• Richard (8/5): Kitchen looked well equipped but didn’t use any of it.would defo stay again - Location spot on if you’re out till very very late nights.not the place for piece/quiet. Nice guy turned up with 2 sets of keys and a safe key at no extra charge. Very clean apt. Kept room on till 6pm at €30 on leaving day. Had to buy a kettle on arrival €12 ( no big shakes ) as one in kitchen US just to have a brew in morning.. outside noise all hours but didn’t bother us would others I guess.

• Steven (4/5): Let down - Location was OK Very noisy at night because windows had to be left open because of heat with only 2 fans to cool. Apartment wasn't ready on arrival even when instructions of arrival time was approved. Under sink in kitchen old paint tins and industrial cleaning products could have been easily accessed by a young child

• Ryan (7/5): Perfect location for the strip - The location and the wrap around balcony were really good. Beds were comfortable enough to get your head down. The price was very good and the pool was alright. We were charged €30 for checking in at 10pm and wasn't made aware of this in advance. The floors should have been cleaner, our feet and socks were filthy. No aircon either but really needs it. Had to have window and doors open and got lots of mosquito bites. Would benefit from a new shower head on the rainfall shower.

• Neil (8/5): Good Location for a Short Break in Benidorm - Ideal location 5 minutes from the beach and right amongst all the bars and restaurants with a big wrap around balcony - the apartment was clean with quite a modern bathroom and for what we wanted it made the ideal base for a few days in Benidorm. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with a refresh - there was no kettle or ironing board, no big deal but would of been nice to have.

• Wendy (7/5): Great for those that like foam parties and sticky vicky - Fantastic balcony and the location is super central if you want to be where the "nightlife" is, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 singles in each plus a sofa bed so lots of room. Idiots buzz the buzzer at all hours of the night, the noise lasts all night till 5am, there is no aircon and there are no baking trays or wine glasses, plenty of pint glasses though.

I understand how difficult it is to rid the self-catering apartment of these buggers where there is always food being consumed The noise from the bars below is relentless impossible to sleep another issue beyond the landlord's control
