Fuimos en marzo y la piscina ni el bar estaban en funcionamiento… pero en plena temporada debe estar mucho mejor ! La verdad que un finde perfecto ! El camino para llegar del pueblo al retiro esta sin luz … lo que con niños da un poco de miedo …
- Liane (2/5): Schade ! Die Fotos sind so vielversprechend - Die beiden Damen bei denen wir eingecheckt haben waren sehr freundlich. Eine der beiden bot uns am Morgen bei unserer Abreise noch Kaffee an aber wir waren von der Nacht so durchgefroren, dass wir uns ein Bistro zum Aufwärmen suchten Leider war es nicht möglich zu heizen obwohl es draußen Ende November sehr kalt war. Restaurant geschlossen ( okay Nachsaison - Restaurant stand allerdings in unserer Buchung ), Frühstück auch nicht. Die schönen Fotos hatten leider nichts mit unserem "Gartenhäuschen gemeinsam. Ziemlich verwohnt und abgenutzt. Im Nachbarhaus bellte fast die ganze Nacht ein Hund und Müllabfuhr nachts war auch eine "Überraschung" !! SCHADE, denn die Lage ist sehr schön ! Kein Passwort - kein WLAN. Die Fotos möchte ich dann doch nicht veröffentlichen aber bitte beschreibt dieses Häuschen korrekter
- Martin (1/5): No repetiría - Buenos días, Nos ponemos en contacto con ustedes para presentar una reclamación formal relativa a nuestra estancia en el alojamiento reservado para la noche de Nochevieja, ya que la experiencia fue claramente insatisfactoria y no conforme con los servicios mínimos que se anuncian y se esperan de este tipo de alojamiento. A escasos cinco minutos de la medianoche, el diferencial eléctrico del alojamiento saltó, provocando continuos cortes de suministro durante toda la noche. Esta situación afectó directamente a la celebración de la entrada del año, que se vio retrasada y deslucida debido a la falta de luz. Como consecuencia de estos fallos eléctricos, nos encontramos durante horas sin calefacción, en un alojamiento donde la temperatura interior llegó a ser cercana a los 2 °C. La situación empeoró notablemente cuando, alrededor de las 04:00 de la madrugada, el suministro eléctrico se interrumpió por completo, no restableciéndose hasta aproximadamente las 11:00 de la mañana del día siguiente. Además, durante la estancia, el personal del alojamiento accedió en repetidas ocasiones a la cabaña sin previo aviso, lo que supuso una clara falta de privacidad. En varias de estas entradas, la puerta quedó abierta, agravando aún más la situación térmica del alojamiento, ya de por sí sin calefacción. Como resultado de todo lo anterior, la estancia fue extremadamente incómoda, pasamos la noche con frío intenso y varios de los ocupantes vieron su descanso seriamente afectado. De hecho, dos personas se vieron obligadas a abandonar el alojamiento y regresar a su domicilio al no poder dormir debido a las condiciones. Asimismo, tras la estancia, varios de nosotros regresamos con problemas de salud, incluyendo un catarro fuerte derivado de la exposición prolongada al frío. Consideramos que el alojamiento no nos proporcionó los servicios básicos esenciales —electricidad, calefacción, confort y privacidad—, incumpliendo así las condiciones mínimas que motivaron la reserva.

Tuve que dormir con 2 edredones encima para aguantar el frío Falta de calefacción Tenía aire acondicionado pero no podía poner en marcha la bomba de calor al no tener mando. Lo encontré buscando una habitación para una persona y era un bungaló para 6

- Vane (10/5): Muy agradable - Nos recibieron muy bien con muy poquita antelación, ya que habíamos tenido un problema con otro alojamiento y conseguimos encontrar este lugar para entrar enseguida. El trato fue muy bueno, la mujer que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento y muy agradable. El lugar es súper tranquilo y en plena naturaleza. El bungalow tenía todo como ofrecían en la web, las camas y almohadas me parecieron cómodas y dormimos muy bien. Sin duda, repetiremos. Sólo estuvimos una noche, pero en esa noche no hay nada que no nos gustara.

- Verdú (7/5): Un sitio tranquilo para descansar y recargarte en plena naturaleza - Cabañas grandes de madera con sabanas, mantas, almohadas, toallas. Gel de baño, papel higienico. Los colchones nuevos y limpios muy comodos. La cocina con 8 vasos, 8 juegos de cubiertos y sus 8 platos Llanos y ondos. Una cazuela grande con tapa y una sarten. Aire acondicionado. Piscina comunitaria abierta de 8 a 00 . Bar restaurante con dj y a 10 minutos andando del pueblo. La gerente Eli nos hizo sentir muy comodas. Con una fuente de agua de manantial. Un sitio para recargar pilas bastante tranquilo. Volveremos! A la cocina le falta cafetera y spatula cazo etc. Pequeños toques como un secador en el baño. Mas mesas y sillas . Cuerdas para tender la ropa . Supongo que pocos defectos podemos sacar ya que hemos disfrutado mucho la experiencia. Si los dueños invirtieran mas dinero en reformar las instalaciones seria una experiencia De 10 por decir algo. Muchas gracias igualmente
- Núñez Romero (1/5): - La experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Lo venden como un lugar para descansar en plena naturaleza, pero la realidad es muy distinta. El entorno está descuidado y sucio, con colillas por el suelo y sensación de abandono. Lo presentan como un espacio de relax, pero la música a volumen altísimo estuvo sonando todo el día, incluso hasta las 2 de la madrugada, lo que hizo imposible descansar. Además, la imagen que proyectan es engañosa: te hacen creer que es un lugar creado por un tal "Juan de Dios", cuando en realidad ni existe, es un personaje inventado por una IA. Prometen un entorno rural y ecológico, pero en la práctica es un camping cutre y poco cuidado. Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, contacto real con la naturaleza y un entorno limpio, este no es el sitio.
