• KHADDOUJ (2/5): unique avantage : emplacement exceptionnel - L'emplacement de l'hotel est excellent, c'est le seul avantage de cet hotel. Malheureusement, l'hygiène et le service à la réception laisse à désirer. On n'avit pas de réseau wifi dans l'étage et la télé par conséquence ne marchait pas, on nous a promis une réduction de 20% sur le prix total mais après notre retour cela fait plus de 15 jours, le personnel ne répond pas au tél et personne n'a voulu répondre à nos nombreux emails. Même la caution de 100 dollars que l'hotel a exigé lors de notre arrivée ne nous a pas été remboursée, est-ce normal?

• Yadhira Solange (7/5): Regular - Lo cerca que estaba del centro de manhatam Bueno principalmente al llegar el cuarto que nos dieron tenia ruido por una maquina que había en el techo, cuando pedí solución a recepción al inicio las señoritas que hablaban español no querían ayudarnos me indicaban que no tenían cuartos disponibles la verdad que su forma de hablarnos no me parecía cordial, luego tuve que bajar a recepción y me ayudo un joven que hablaba ingles y nos cambio de habitación. Después el tema de la TV nunca funciono me indicaron que tenían problemas con el wifi y que luego me descontarían el 20% por las noches de mi estadía aun estoy esperando que lo hagan ya que pague con mi tarjeta de crédito. En general deberían mejorar el servicio y la calidad de atención con los huéspedes.
• Deborah (3/5): Over $300 a night for a bad room! - Front desk staff were nice. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the frame crunched and squeaked with every turn. TV did not work and though I requested service, no one came. Lamp was also broken. I heard every door shut and every conversation from people passing by as if they were in my room.

• Ana Laura (5/5): Tem um bom custo benefício, mas pelo valor poderia ser melhor! - Pontos fortes: localização ótima, perto do metrô (10 min andando), farmácia CVS na esquina, perto de vários restaurantes. Receberam minhas compras da Amazon certinho, e guardam as malas no check in e check out. O pior de tudo: o Wi-Fi simplesmente não funciona nos quartos, e isso foi MUITO chato! Não resolveram em UMA SEMANA que me hospedei lá! Não compraram com essa oferta!! Sujo, mesa de cabeceira muito empoeirada, no primeiro dia tinha muito cabelo no box do chuveiro!

Room was dirty … i walked barefoot after shower and i had to clean my feet again before i left for dinner. No cops in room. Tv wasn’t working. Very loud from outside. Dirty pillows. I had to wait till actual 4pm check in time to be able to bet the rook because nothing was ready clean an available. And after i got my room it wasn’t ready ready.. there was dirty pillows on bed and dirty rug in bathroom left.

• victoria (9/5): - its my second stay here and my flight was delayed but my daughter was arriving early on, i wrote them an email and they allowed her in, also my card could not authorise the entire amount they agreed to split into half ; the real help came into keeping our luggage for almost 8 hours as we were taking a mid night station i salute them for that nothing

• Diego Alejandro (6/5): Buena ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena, estás a 15 minutos caminando de Time Square, al frente de una estación de bus y a 10 minutos de estación de metro. La primera noche nos dejaron en habitaciones ruidosas y separadas sabiendo que habíamos reservado una sola habitación con dos camas dobles, en esas habitaciones se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y del personal del hotel que transitaba todo el tiempo, por lo cual, al día siguiente solicitamos el cambio a lo que habíamos reservado. El Wifi no sirvió ningún día durante la estadía.

• Debora (8/5): Fantastica e comoda permanenza a NY city! Consigliato - L’hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima. Perfetta per spostarsi a piedi e con la metro. Facilmente raggiungibili le attrazioni principali. Camera doppia con letto king size comodissimo. Il personale è stato gentile e accogliente. Ottimo servizio di pulizia: la camera è stata pulita ogni giorno con annesso cambio di asciugamani. Camera e bagno ampi e spaziosi. Unica nota negativa, la finestra della camera affacciava sul corridoio interno della struttura. Assente vista sullo skyline ( che probabilmente era visibile da altre stanze ai piani più alti)
• Melissa (1/5): It was awful worst than what I was leaving from and completely disappointing - Nothing It was filthy there was staff hair left in the bathroom and shower, there was black residue on the sheets, the pillows were not covered fully, the heating and cooling system was extremely hot or cold, the tv was in someone else’s French account and did not work, I asked for the linens to be changed and he threw everything on the floor then put stained sheets on the bed, it was gross the towel bar was broken and dangerous just put aside the sink and I had to go out to get btled water with a lot of sketchy homeless camped out everywhere. There was a large group of minors sneaking in and out of a room on the opposite side of the square 3rd floor and heavy smoking and partying. It was extremely gross and there was a picture of a blindfolded woman smoking which was not so tasteful considering the surrounding and I’m allergic

• Gankhuyag (5/5): It was not as I expected - I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not have a wardrobe or closet to hang and store my clothes, which was very inconvenient. There was also no kettle, water boiler, or even cups for drinks. The room had two windows, but they faced directly into the inner yard where other people could easily see inside. Because of this, I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, which was very annoying. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work properly. I was unable to connect to it during my stay. The TV also did not work. Overall, the room lacked basic amenities and comfort.

• Marc A (3/5): I booked based on the name of " Hudson Yards" What a total disappointment ! Keep away! - they had no breakfast , 1- no wifi: was not working for the entire week. it seems management could not care less. staff just kept with laconic answers such as : " someone in the basement is working on it..... " no apologies at all. management was nowhere to be seen, no technical teams on sight.... probably just one basic "handyman" incapable of fixing these kind of issues. I travel a lot and i am sure in Asia this kind of problem would have been solved in less than 30 mns! 2- electrical problems in the room with " loose " outlets and flickering lights 3- heating was not working in my room at all and it was very cold ( especially at night) for 3 days the week i stayed there! 4- at check in i had to wait for 10 mns the ( only) check in clerk to emerge from behind her ( conveniently ) large monitor while i could hear her talking in Spanish to friend or family on " her" important matters. 4-elevator button would not always work..( and they have ....only one elevator) conclusion: this hotel is either to be closed or completely refurbished to standards... but 1st: change the management and retake control of that staff!

• Germán (1/5): Pésimo servicio y experiencia. No lo recomendaría a nadie este hotel - La ubicación Los baños del pasillo de entrada muy sucios y la mayoría no habilitados. En dos días no me fueron a hacer el servicio de limpieza, lo cual no tuve ninguna respuesta por parte del personal de la mesa central. Hablé con la gerente del hotel y se comprometió a devolverme 10 USD por día que no hicieron el servicio de limpieza. En total eran 20 USD que se iban a devolver a mi tarjeta, lo que nunca ocurrió. La contacté en varias ocasiones por correo que ella misma me dio y nunca me contestó. Encuentro una falta de respeto hacia el cliente que no respondan ante estas situaciones, ya que yo cumplí y pagué el total de mi estadía por booking y simplemente no recibí el servicio adecuado. Por favor espero que booking levante esta situación con el hotel, ya que me imagino que su plataforma es para promocionar buenos servicios, en especial hoteles que hagan una estadía cómoda y alegre. Lo cual en este caso, yo no la tuve.
• April (7/5): It was a great location and a comfy hotel room, but they need to fix their Internet problems. - I loved how close it was to the Javits Center. It was clean and cozy. The Internet cut out in the late evening and had not returned by the time I checked out at 10am. I couldn't watch TV. Also I had checked my bag on arrival day before I checked in. I was given a ticket for pickup. When I returned that evening no one was at the luggage room. The woman at the desk told me to just go get my bag. The room was unlocked and no one checked my ticket to make sure it was indeed my bag.

• Melissa (7/5): - Location was fantastic; the hotel was easy to get to and walkable to lots of restaurants/stores/etc. My room was clean, if a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and clean. I did have to switch rooms - my first room's A/C wasn't working, but they moved me to a different one that was thankfully much cooler. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
• Rafael (9/5): Excelente hotel en Midtown - El alojamiento está superbien ubicado. A solo 15 minutos de Times Square. Nos dieron una habitación amplísima en la segunda planta. El baño era muy cómodo y la cama también. Nos hicieron la habitación todos los días y nos cambiaban las toallas diariamente. Lo recomiendo. Por poner un pero. Hubo varios días que no no pusieron champú y gel de baño. Aún así, nosotros llevábamos y no fue un trastorno.

• ferreira (8/5): Amazing service, location, and stay for such a budget friendly price - Amazing budget friendly hotel! I stayed here with my boyfriend and loved the privacy of the rooms and location, housekeeping could've done a little better in keeping the room tidy (don't expect your room re cleaned everyday) but the staff were so kind and helpful, definitely a great hotel to book if you're a first-timer in NYC. Like I said, housekeeping could've put in a little more effort, as it would've been nice to come back to a freshly made bed instead of cleaning up myself. The area is great but definitely beware for the few crazy people you might encounter!

Un hotel en NUEVA YORK tres dias sin wifi es inaceptable. El inodoro hacia ruido constantemente como si corriese agua todo el tiempo, no te dejaba dormir el ruido que hacia. Las toallas las cambiaron todos los dias, el jabon tuve que ir a pedir a recepcion que me lo repongan. La limpieza es nula. Fui a quejarme sobre el wifi y no me dieron ninguna compensacion.
