• Daria (10/5): - Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko :). Bardzo dobry kontakt z przemiłą właścicielką. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. Polecam ! Brakowało tylko czajnika na wodę.

• Alison (10/5): - We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was clean and had all facilities needed. The host was lovely and always on hand if you needed anything. Fast responses. With walking distance of the main town and local amenities round the corner.

• Lili (2/5): We left half way through our stay. - TV, Wi-Fi, large open area (might have been a beauty business previously, as the only door in the flat was to the bathroom). It was extremely difficult to get in once we arrived at the property because the lock was temperamental and it took multiple attempts to unlock the door to enter. Then, once inside, the key did not work to move the deadbolt back into lock position. We contacted Alison with our concern because we felt vulnerable with the absence of a functional deadbolt and she assured us there was no need for concern. Nevertheless, whenever we were in the flat, we placed a chair under the doorknob to keep it from being opened. The shower worked well but was extremely small and difficult to bathe in. The worst problem, however, was cigarette smoke that interfered seriously with sleep and was extremely annoying during the day. Mostly pedestrians walking by the window smoking, and also from people waiting to get into the post office across the street, there was no way to avoid it. Air circulation was extremely limited with one window in the living room, and another almost hidden in the back with broken screen and ripped blinds. From the rear window we also experienced cigarette smoke from construction workers next door.
• Midzor (6/5): - The apartment is spacious. The apartment has everything you need The bed in the living room is uncomfortable. Sleeping pillows are thin and uncomfortable. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and it really bothered us. There is also noise in the street, neighbors and garbage collectors will wake him up.
• Łukasz (1/5): Dramat,nie wynajmujcie tego! - Jedynie nawet dobra lokalizacja, blisko pieszo do ważniejszych lokalizacji Brud,śmierdzące poduszki,wszędzie włosy,kurz,brudne zakrzywione ściany,brudne naczynia w szafkach,jedynie lodówka i łazienka były czyste.Najgorsze były jednak poduszki. Ton właścicielki zmienił się po złożeniu zażalenia,chciała abyśmy czekali na sprzątaczkę, ale mieliśmy ograniczony czas,żeby z nią tam siedzieć,byla bardzo niemiła i kazała nam szukać innego lokim,proponując połowę zwrotu.Absolutnie miejsce obrzydliwe,zniszczone i śmierdzące, wynajem tego pomieszczenia, bo chyba zostało to przerobione na mieszkanie..to kpina. Właścicielka jeszcze upominała się o depozyt,który nie wiem co miałby zmienić w tej sytuacji. Nigdy więcej.Ludzie nie wynajmujecie tego! Okropne wyjście z pokoju odrazu na chodnik, zacinający się zamek w drzwiach. Aha i okno!jest tam ciemno i jedno okno przez które przechodnie zaglądają,rolety rozwalone...sama jak to piszę,to się sobie dziwię,że wytrzymałam tam 3 nice,dobrze że bylismy bez dzieci.Warto wspomnieć o brudnej kanapie i odcinkach rąk na suficie nad łóżkiem...skandal.Dodam,że zdjęcia są piękne, pewnie po jakimś remoncie sprzed x lat

• Salim (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! L’appartement est magnifique, très confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est excellent et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons totalement cet endroit !

• Aljoša (1/5): Not recommending it because of the owner and her way of not nagotiating with us. She is in Madrid and we were in Alicant - The location - there was everywhere Tourists go home/Tourists not welcome graffiti and stickers. While we didnt care much for that, we had an experience at this apartment that somebody followed us when we were not in it, and glued our door lock, and we could not enter at night, at around 22.30.. The locksmith came, but we could not lock the door, we needed to move out and the owner of the apartment has said that we should stay and that we should not go (even though in that neighborhood door could not be locked). I have sent her videos and she did not believe me, she still has not refunded 2 x nights of our stay there even though we did not feel safe and somebody tried to get in, or tried to scare the tourists which was us.

• Banks (1/5): A nightmare from start to finish. Misleading listing, rude host, zero support. - Only the location. I arrived to find the AC completely dead in 32°C heat, a ceiling panel hanging loose directly above the bed, damp and mould on the walls, and stains. The cutlery & fridge was dirty, there was no kettle or toaster, even though both were listed when I booked. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because I didn’t feel safe under the ceiling. The listing was completely misleading. The bedroom window opens into an abandoned, smelly building. The other faces a road. Neither had blinds, so I had to choose between unbearable heat or no privacy. I messaged the host, Alison, about the AC and she told me to buy a fan and she’d reimburse me, but she was unclear about whether the AC would be fixed during my stay. I had also asked in advance if there was a sandwich press. She promised to bring one from another property, then said her cleaner would drop it off that afternoon. I stayed in and waited. No one came. When I messaged her, she got defensive and said, “I never told you to wait,” and told me to “just go out and do whatever.” That should’ve been the first red flag. At that point, I told her the listing was misleading and I wanted to leave and be refunded for the last two nights. Her tone changed immediately. She became sarcastic rude and hostile, accused me of “breaking in” and “trying to stay for free,” She stopped replying in English, and sent messages like, “Even the translator is broken from how much you’re messaging.” She literally told me to stop complaining and just go to the beach. As if that made any of this okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The listing was inaccurate, and frankly overpriced. The apartment wasn’t in acceptable condition, and the host was shockingly hostile. Booking.com sent me to Holidu, and Holidu said it was “up to the host,” so I spent most of my trip chasing support while the host was sarcastic and mocking me. This stay caused me more stress than it was ever worth. DONT BOOK HERE

• Grażyna (10/5): everything was amazing! We spent great time there! - We had an amazing time staying in this apartment! It had everything we needed – an oven, a washing machine, Netflix – and it was just a short walk to the city center. If we ever visit Alicante again, we will definitely choose this apartment once more. Highly recommended!

• Elena (7/5): Good - The apartment is clean. There is no parking. It is parked on the street where you can find a place! The apartment is located on the ground floor, it is noisy, it does not have a balcony, the window overlooks the sidewalk. The apartment is located next to another uninhabited unsanitary house.
• Sulolam (10/5): The stay at Alison's apartment was wonderful! - Everything is perfect and the location makes it easy to access key parts of Alicante. Alison was also available to answer every question that we had. There can be a little bit of noise from the people passing by, because the apartment is right next to the street.
