• Melodie (4/5): - The location was a good mid-point between all the tourist attractions in rome. The listing photos made the loft seem full of light…when we got there the apartment is actually extremely dark not like the photos at all. We had trouble multiple times opening all 3 doors it takes to enter the building through the app and code because the process is super finicky. If you loose signal which is bound to happen in this area then you cant even open any of the doors. Sometimes it would take us 30-40minutes just to be able to open the doors and then youre left standing outside. The apartment is self did not look very clean and had a very pungent smell. The smell from the upstairs bathroom was so horrendous we couldnt even use it. The AC unit also leaked puddles of water and we contacted the host and they told us they couldnt fix it and to use a mop and a bucket that were in a closet….these items where nowhere to be found. After that encounter we just stopped messaging since we realized they would be no help. If you’re wanting to stay here for the pull out sofa bed, dont. It is the thinnest mattress you will find and it’s basically not even one you can sleep on. While this is located right next to shops, you are waken up in the early morning to the sound of bags of trash getting thrown away and there’s musicians that play right outside the window. If you enjoy your sleep, be aware that this location is very nosey. The host had great communication leading up to the stay. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not up to par. We had gotten this location because it had a washer.

Співвідношення ціни, якості та локації найкраще з усіх варіантів, які ми розглядали Довго не могли заселитися, бо в підʼїзді немає зв’язку і доводилось постійно виходити на вулицю дивитися відео інструкції. Двері також не з першого разу вийшло відкрити Найбільший мінус самої квартири був непрацюючий туалет на другому поверсі, який не змивав. Також бронювання було на 3 людини, але шукати постіль, рушники і застеляти диван для третьої людини довелось самим

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Rome, close to all the main sights, beautiful streets, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had a very charming atmosphere. The check-in process through the mobile system was simple and convenient, without any complications. We also appreciated the quietness of the building, considering how central the area is. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and it made our trip to Rome even more enjoyable.

Recomendo. - Acomodação muito bem equipada, 2 banheiros, ótima localização, O acesso digital para o apartamento por vezes não funciona e é preciso tentar mais de uma vez. Se o sinal da internet não estiver bom pode atrapalhar. Recomendo ter bucha e detergente na cozinha senão ficamos dependentes da maquina de lavar loucas. O apartamento fica em cima de um restaurante, o barulho até mais tarde pra quem dorme no sofá cama é inevitável mas gerenciável.
• Ana (1/5): - Tuvimos problemas con los códigos de las tres puertas de acceso, porque al ser interior entre calles, no entraban los datos, por lo que no conectaba la página web que daba los códigos de acceso. Llamamos al teléfono 12 veces y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Nos quedamos desamparados, solos sin que los anfitriones nos ayudarán en nada. Nos dijeron los vecinos que había pasado más veces. Tremendo problema... NO RECOMIENDO ÉSTE ALOJAMIENTO ni a mi peor enemigo. No pudimos ponernos en contacto con el o los anfitriones de ninguna de las maneras. No podíamos entrar al apartamento, porque teníamos que conectarnos a una página web, para que te diera los codigos de acceso y al estar entre calles interior, no entraban los datos al teléfono. Ha sido una experiencia terriblemente mala, al encontrarte totalmente desamparados, con anfitriones inexistentes en un país extranjero. NO RECOMIENDO ÉSTE ALOJAMIENTO ni a mi peor enemigo
• Hugo (7/5): simple - ubicación, En principio no es para nada simple el sistema de llaves, se entiende el esfuerzo por explicar el proceso pero viajo mucho y hay muchas mas alternativas mas simples, por ejemplo si hay un corte de luz en la zona no podrán ingresar, no hay un teléfono donde comunicarse por cualquier emergencia, el edificio no permite tener señal de internet dentro con lo cual si o si necesitas tener WIFI y por fv pongan una clave mas simple tanto para el WIFI como la apertura en caso de no tener internet, gracias
• Valentina (4/5): - Ubicación La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de varios puntos céntricos, lo cual es un aspecto positivo a tener en cuenta. Sin embargo, mi experiencia general no fue la mejor. Uno de los principales inconvenientes fue la falta de flexibilidad en el check-in. Entiendo que el horario sea a partir de las 14:00, pero en otros alojamientos suelen ser un poco más comprensivos y permiten al menos dejar las maletas o ingresar unos minutos antes si el apartamento ya está listo. Aquí no fue posible, incluso aunque estaba vacío y limpio, lo cual me pareció poco considerado. Otro punto negativo fue el sistema de acceso al apartamento, que resulta muy poco práctico: si no tienes buena señal o internet, puedes tardar varios minutos en lograr abrir la puerta. En cuanto a la limpieza y el estado del apartamento, quedé decepcionado: • El baño tenía ropa interior olvidada en los cajones. • Las copas estaban manchadas de labial. • Las sábanas tenían mal olor y parecían usadas. • El agua caliente no funcionaba bien y la bañera de hidromasajes no sirve en la práctica. Además, traté de contactar al anfitrión en tres ocasiones y nunca recibí respuesta, lo cual me parece un punto muy negativo. En conclusión, aunque la ubicación es buena, el alojamiento carece de limpieza adecuada, buena comunicación y flexibilidad en la atención. No repetiría mi estadía.
• Gregory (8/5): Nice place, which I really enjoyed. Location, bathrooms, cleanliness. - Spacious apartment with two bathrooms! Fast, high-speed internet. Big windows facing the street. Great location. Instead of having keys, I had to access using the app on the internet. There was no reception inside, while accessing the 2nd gate, so I felt stranded few times. If your phone is not working or cell phone network in Rome is experiencing issue then you are standing there in front for a long time.
• Sam (7/5): Great property, convenient location in the heart of the city but expect it to be noisy at night. - Central location in the city was excellent. When reporting issues/questions the responses were quick and very good. The property is spacious and interior is a lovely design. Very unique. The central location in the city is very convenient, but the street is very noisy at night. Bars and music are very lively, which is good in a city centre but music doesn’t finish until the early hours. The street cleaners and collecting of rubbish/bottles is good but it starts very early, with only about 3 hours between the two.
• kerri (7/5): Overall good - Property had good location next to the piazza, had all facilities you would need. Bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a good stay just a few minor issues but would stay there again. Toilet upstairs didn’t flush properly. Noise on the streets below remain extremely loud until 3am. The upstairs area and stairs is only tall enough for a person 5ft tall, if taller you will have to crouch over. Weirdly a lack of lighting in the property. A/C is not great but does the job.

Soffitto camera da letto molto basso - inevitabile picchiare la testa se sei più alto di 1.60 Scale interne molto pericolose Da entrambi i bagni proveniva un odore sgradevole dallo scarico.

• Angela (5/5): Good and bad. - Great location. Clean and comfortable. Lots of storage. Did not realize that the bar down the street would be so loud until 3am. But wait… garbage pickup is at 5am… so if you don’t mind noise or you have a noise machine to drown out the sound you should be ok . The bathroom upstairs was clean but the smell from the bathroom sewage pipe … I’m assuming… was pretty awful. We closed that door and hardly used it to avoid the smell. I don’t think it was just this property as we went to a restaurant in the same street and it had a similar smell by the bathroom. I would suggest some sort of airfilter system.

• Sacco (6/5): The location was excellent and the bed comfortable - The location and the bed was the best part Needs a lot of maintenance, including a new toilet on the main floor. Needs a shower hook in the bathroom upstairs. Everything in the kitchen was dirty so we didn't use anything, the floors were dirty. People in the building constantly buzzing our buzzer between 4 am and 7 am every morning. The host didn't seem too knowledgeable about the apartment, he also didn't even offer to carry up even 1 bag up for my 70 year old mom, which wasn't expected but he could have been more helpful. The key to the inner gate doesn't work well and he argued with us saying it was us not the key when in fact we saw everyone struggling with that lock. It actually works better if you put your hand through the gate and open it from the otherside.

• Melih (7/5): Amazing but loud - The location was amazing, next to all the beautiful historical sights in easy walking distance! We walked everywhehere! The apartment was well equipped, everything that you would need right there! The jacuzzi was very relaxing after a long day of walking around Rome. Also there are multiple shops in close proximity so that if we didn't want to eat out we could do a quick easy shop. The apartment is on a very busy and loud strip. Every night we could hear the music playing until 2am. For people who are looking for the night life this will be amazing however for us personally, it was not something we wanted. Also it was extremely warm during our stay however on arrival we were told we cannot have the air conditioning on due to it being October. This led to us having to open the window at night making it even louder.
