Sandip (6/5): Will not recommend this place to anyone - Location and good value for money The host left no instructions on how to do self check-in. We were left standing outside with no clue on how to get in. We started called booking.com and they also were mia . After spending a harrowing 15-20 minutes trying to call anybody even remotely connected with the stay, the host finally responded and she was able to check us in remotely. We finally checked and was almost on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. We later learned that the actual guy who was supposed to check us in had an accident and had to go to the hospital. I am all sympathy for that guy but given the fact that they are charging us full money, he could have communicated that to somebody to take care of us

Frank è stato di aiuto, ma i problemi restano. 2 consigli per migliorare la situazione: 1 effettuare la pulizia della camera almeno a giorni alternati 2 la colazione non disponibile al bar la domenica mattina, il cestino promesso non è arrivato in tempo utile.

Ryan (7/5): Perfect for short stay as I was only in Naples for 2 days, room was lovely and would stay again! - The bed was very comfortable, the en-suite shower was amazing and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch. The server went down so the app to buzz me in the door couldn't connect so I was locked out - this of course is out of the hosts control and she had someone come and let me in as soon as she could!
Reinhard (3/5): Nie wieder - Die Lage ist schrecklich- laut, der angebliche Meerblick ist in Wirklichkeit ein Blick vom Balkon aus über eine vierspurige Straße mit zusätzlichen 2 Strassenbahnspuren in einen Hafen. Aber kein schöner Yachthafen oder so sondern ein grindiger Industriehafen mit Kränen u. dgl. Wir haben sofort nach der Ankunft beschlossen hier nur eine Nacht zu bleiben um die dreckige, laute, stressige Stadt Napoli ohne jeglichen Charme so schnell wie möglich wieder zu verlassen. In der Unterkunft gab es keinen Kleiderschrank und auch keinen Tisch und keine Stühle. Da kannst du deine Kleidung in der Nacht nur auf den Boden legen. Hierher kommen wir sicher nie wieder

Marika (6/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. - Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Blick aus dem Balkon war schön. Die Ausstattung war auch einzigartig. Auch wenn die Ausstattung einzigartig ist, könnte man ein bisschen in die Instandhaltung investieren. Das obere Teil der Dusche konnte man nicht benutzen, weil das Wasser überall gespritzt hat. Das Wasser beim Waschbecken musste man vorsichtig aufmachen, sonst spritzte es auch überall. Die Toilette war ganz schlimm - es hat immer nach Schimmel gerochen, sodass man sich die Nase immer abdecken musste und schnell wieder raus musste. Für den Preis hätte man zum Frühstück mehr anbieten können als nur ein Cappuccino und ein Croissant.

Ivan Emanuel (9/5): Espectacular - Hermoso departamento, muy bien ambientado, en una zona cerca del puerto y de estación de tren que hace muy fácil la conexión también al aeropuerto. El desayuno en el café fue exquisito y hasta te dejaban insumos para consumir en el departamento. La verdad que nada.. el que critica la zona sepa que es Napoles, es barrio, con gente muy amable y cálida.

Prysznic w pokoju, Brak szafy albo szafki na ubrania. brak stolika. zlew w pokoju. zapach kanalizacji w WC. 5 piętro. otwieranie drzwi przez aplikacje okropnie uciązliwe przy zameldowaniu. na sniadanie trzeba przejsc dobry kawałek. dzielnica straszna, wieczorem bym nie wyszła na pewno.

Ella (7/5): Great place for a one night stay - Only 10 minutes walk from the central train station. Good size for a large single. Great shower. Perfect aircon. Coffee machine. The bed was a little hard. The entrance was a little difficult to find. The keys were stiff so I thought they weren’t working. The method of getting into the property with the virtual key was complicated but they were amazing on WhatsApp to help. At breakfast the voucher states juice with one of the options but I was told in the cafe no, I understand there’s maybe a language barrier but I was particularly looking forward to having a juice.
Kika42 (8/5): Neapol - fajn ubytování, ne příliš přátelské město. - Pokoj jsem hledala na poslední chvilku a tak nebylo moc prostoru na výběr. Dostala jsem přesné instrukce a mohla se ubytovat při pozdním příjezdu, což byla výhoda, protože to umožňovalo jen málo ubytování. Pokoj je maličký, čistý, s malým balkónem. Super servis od ubytovatelky. Přes zprávy poradí a pomůže. Pokoj je úsporný, ale vyřešen efektivně a na přespání je to dostatečné, přesně jako na fotkách. Super umístěná klimatizace, která nefouká na postel a je tichá. Je zde dostatek zásuvek, což oceňujeme. Pravidelný úklid a bezva snídaně v nedalekém bistru. Pod ubytováním možnost občerstvení. Před budovou autobus a tramvaj, nedaleko je nádraží. Ubytování samotné a jeho majitelku mohu určitě doporučit. Děkujeme. Jde hůř nastavit teplota vody a polička s konvicí by chtěla srovnat, není to bezpečné - jen malé drobnosti. Ubytování je v hodně špinavé části města. Okolí je plné bezdomovců a odpadků všude, nemá to co dělat s pokojem, jen konstatování umístění bytu. Byla jsem okradena hned druhý den v Neapoli v metru - to ale nemá naprosto žádnou spojitost s ubytováním !!! - jen na sebe dávejte větší pozor. Bylo to v Itálii pro naši rodinu už podruhé během krátké doby. Po celém světě se nám to neděje a to cestujeme hodně. Také vás zde o víc peněz vždy připraví každý taxikář, doporučenou cenu a taxametr nepoužívají. Dělá to celkově Itálii špatný obraz a je to škoda.

Kornel (7/5): Worth staying if you don't plan to stay at the room the whole day, only to sightsee. - The room is located near to the train stations, which is a pro. Additionally the room was cleaned everyday. For breakfast a coupon is given everyday after cleaning to a bar in 5mins walk from the apartment. For that you can take something to drink and something to eat. The AC is very good. In the room there is an electric kettle and a fridge, also a small TV with netflix. In the neighborhood many bars and shops located, like eurospin, deco etc. In case of any problems you can reach out via Whatsapp to the woman taking care. Also my request for earlier check in (after 13) was taken into account. The breakfast coupon can be used a single time, so if you take a croissant and a coffee probably you'll be hungry within an hour ;). Additionally in the last day, instead of a coupon a basket with takeaway things was left in the room (I would prefer to eat a normal breakfast instead), or that I'll be asked what I prefer. Additionally the apartment door to the rooms were squeaking loudly, would be nice if somebody would oil them, I was waking up multiple times in the night as other room neighbors were coming in. The bed is a little short, approx. 1,80m in the length, which might be problematic to bigger persons, the mattress was hard as well, for me too hard. The localization... although many shops and train stations nearby, lots of engineers from across the sea live in the streets, so if I would be a single woman traveling, I would take that into the account and choose maybe another district ;). A big big - was the Internet quality, it worked well for a couple of minutes and suddenly the internet speed was decreasing drastically, I had to disconnect and reconnect, then it worked well for another minutes well to become slow once again. Idk why this happened, I run the internet speed and it showed me approx. 70mb/s normally. Maybe some interference in between many 2,4GHz networks nearby, maybe it would be worth to turn on the 5GHz network.

The electric scent diffuser was too strong and disgusting. No place to keep the luggage in a room.

The initial booking was with breakfast but it was not provided instead a goodies basked was kept in room and bread packet and juice was given as replacement which we hardly used. We expected hot coffee and something fresh to eat.

Αντώνης (7/5): Good - Nice decoration. Clean room. The location. It’s 750m away from the nearest metro. Also we couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise from the highway. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, it was sinking when we sit down. Also, the price included breakfast too but when we arrive at the apartment and ask the host she told us that the bar that serves the b&b breakfast is closed so she left us a croissant and juice for breakfast. Sorry but this is not called “breakfast”

The breakfast place is so cute and the people are so friendly.. you have a choice. The digital way of security for the room is cool if you get it correct once.. There’s no door in the shower and it gets really weird.

Vanessza (8/5): A real "urban jungle"! - Lovely design, the smart room idea is a great addition too! We loved the view from the balcony, the location is great: main train station is within 10mins walk, city center within 20 mins, all amenities nearby. There is a little fridge in the room (very useful), daily cleaning and coffee refill was provided. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the bar nearby too! The Easter "hamper" was also a nice touch - thank you! :) Lack of storage, a little wardrobe/few more shelves would make the stay a lot more comfortable! The matress should be replaced, it's okay for a few nights but not very comfortable for a longer stay.

Close at walking distance to the train station but even at 9 pm walking toward the place, I had to go through bunch of criminals, one trying to highjack a car, another selling drugs and I just crossed my fingers till I reached there. if you are a solo-woman, don't book this location.

The place is quite near to the central train station and in walking distance to the city centre and the port, also there are various supermarkets, (not overpriced) cafes & restaurants and other nearby. And there is also possibility to make a good espresso (or tea) directly in the room... There is practically nothing to dislike about the accommodation. It may be a bit noisy and messy around but that probably applies to the entire city of Naples (and definitely much more for many other parts of the city).

The tablet with music and the light option is an excellent detail. The matress is not in the best shape. Please think about moving the sink, the position is not really good and everything gets wet. Rita (7/5): Good - Luna was an extremely attentive host who helped us with anything we asked: she recommended places to visit and was kind enough to print our boat tickets. She made sure everything in the room was in working order. The room had some issues: the sink was quite clogged, and the shower glass did not cover the whole shower, so some water always ended up on the floor by the bed. The breakfast in the nearby café was good but they never gave us everything we asked for, resulting in us having to go and ask multiple times. The area is not very nice but it's safe.

Tom (7/5): Ok accomodation - Nicely refurbished room with cool automatic features Host was very nice and great and easy communication Mould in shower and horrible smell in bathroom (toilet) Sink was partially clogged up Located in a shady and dirty area, including an old building that is not being cleaned. Generally uncomfortable to walk around after dark Breakfast is 5-min walk with a very limited choice
Anna (10/5): Beautiful apartment - It is a “smart” apartment, all is digitized. Access through application. The design is nice. maybe for some the location wouldn’t be the best, for me it was fine. The balcony is with the view to the port and sea - I liked.

Shania (10/5): The best host with attention to detail and cute room! - Luna, the host, was fabulous. She was SO responsive and helpful, with great recommendations! nothing seemed too much to ask :) The room has fun quirks, like music for shower time, (great sonos speaker!) Netflix, and lots of lighting options. entry via the app was awesome - I hate worrying about loosing keys! breakfast is served at a cafe over the road, which was enjoyable to eat at a local spot, but get there early as the pastries go quick! the room is freshly cleaned everyday with soaps all stocked up, which is a 10/10 for me! -It was quite a walk to popular streets, but close to transport so depends on your favour, this was good for us (and to burn off all that pizza!)
