Ganz nah zum Strand und dem schönsten Teil der Promenade, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, nah zum Busbahnhof (super für Ausflüge) Super Aufteilung der Wohnung für Familien, für uns auch sehr praktisch: Aufzug und Waschmaschine /
- Gabriele (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Es sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, zur Promenade, zum Marktplatz. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und fast durchgehend ein schattiges Eckchen. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat eine angenehme Größe und lädt zur Abkühlung ein. Toll ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ein Kleinwagen ist hier allerdings von Vorteil. Die Tür vom großen Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse und die Außenjalousie des kleinen Schlafzimmers könnten mal repariert werden.

- Sarah (10/5): - Perfect 2 bed, comfy apartment for our family of 4 (Teenagers of 19 & 15). Spacious and Airy with a great location. 4 minutes walk to the lovely Pine Walk Beach and beautiful front of Porta Pollensa. We stayed in a particularly Hot week ( late 30's) and the Air Conditioning was super efficient and kept us cool. Beds were comfortable with nice Linen and good Pillows. The host was very accommodating and easy to converse with and very kindly let us have a later checkout time as our flight wasnt until the evening. Thank you Marlena. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Only one bath towel and one hand towel per person provided, so I would advise future tenants to bring their own if they need more. Marlena did promise to drop off some more but that never happened.

- Sarah (9/5): Family holiday - Lovely apartment, the photos don't do it justice. Fantastic location, close to everything but still quiet (ideal when traveling with a 4 year old). We also really appreciated the extras (tea, coffee, water, etc) as it's great not to have to stay completely from scratch on arrival. The parking space was a bonus, however it is a bit tight to get in and out of the carpark so for the sake of our hire car deposit we decided to park in some of the plentiful free on street parking after a day or two. Not something that can be helped, obviously, but just something to be aware of, particularly in the height of summer when alternative parking is less available.

We had a car and loved the secure underground car parking. Bed was so comfortable, shower pressure brilliant. The property was equipped with everything needed for a stay. No air conditioning in the bedroom, or possibly we didn’t know how to work it, maybe some instructions would be of assistance. Also some instructions how to work the TV. There were 2 remotes, could only get Spanish channels??

Beautiful views from the property and roof terrace is lovely - also very clean inside the flat! Air Con was broken when it was very hot weather but Marlena did provide alternatives inc fans and a portable unit so that helped quite a lot ( suppose it was August in Spain so guess it can be really hot!)
