• Harvey (10/5): Like it, will stay again, kinda a little hidden gem! - Nice and handy to airport, great food, nice clean rooms and a good price, third time there, always enjoy! The only thing I can say, if your a light sleeper, trucks on hwy start early, can be a little noisy, but does not bother me.

• Paul (8/5): The host was a wonderful lady. - The lady who owned the property was wonderful we arrived late at night and the restaurant was closed so she took it upon herself to deliver some fruit cookies and Chinese bread to our room . Which we greatly appreciated she was wonderful. We also had a nice conversation with her the next morning prior to leaving. We were there for one night on our monthlong journey in Belize.
• Mary S. (9/5): A great stay! Clean rooms, nice restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. - The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again. Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.
• Maurice (8/5): Overall... WOW!!! - Rooms are small, very clean and functional. Good showers. The gardens are exceptional, peaceful, beautiful. Joyce and staff went WAY beyond to make our stay comfortable and earn a WOW!!! Close to the road makes it convenient but a little noisy.

• Kerri (10/5): Incredibly clean and wonderful owners and staff - The owners and staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and very accommodating when we needed extra pillows, coffee, etc. We chose this location for a one night stop after flying all day. It allowed us to get a wonderful meal in the restaurant and a great night’s sleep before traveling to western Belize the following day.
• Johnny (10/5): Beautiful and Peaceful! - This place is amazing, it has a Chinese restaurant and the food is great! The place is very safe they close the main gate at night. I love the gardens and the lights at night. The owner is very professional and friendly.

• Thomas (10/5): Peaceful stay with great hospitality at a great value - Run by an incredibly friendly and helpful family - they went out of their way to help open up the restaurant when we arrived and again for breakfast the next day. While there isn't much in the immediate vicinity, they have done a great job with the garden on the property and it feels like a properly tranquil retreat. Would recommend to others and will stop by again if we are ever back in Belize! n/a
• Jana (9/5): Superb - It‘s perfectly located near the airport and other attractions. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant on the property was very very good. Joyce and her staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would recommend this place to anybody. The bathroom and corners of the room could have been cleaner, seemed like the last cleaning was done a while ago. But the bed and towels were very clean. There was no fridge in the room.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Nice little spot on the way into central Belize. - We liked the gardens and ponds, the on-site restaurant, the value, the AC, and the comfortable beds. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful. It was a very convenient location on the way to the zoo and the Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (which had 2 excellent restaurants next door). The in-room desk wasn't really set up to do any work, and there was no fridge or microwave to provide options for breakfast or leftovers.

• Vanessa (8/5): We were out options to stay. Flight was cancelled and we were stuck . I found this place on booking.com and it worked fo - The property was nicely maintained. There was a restaurant on site which was also convenient.
