Mazzarino (8/5): ubicacion excelente - ubicacion , si te queres alijar en palermo no vas a conseguir mejor ubicacion que esta casa el patio interno muy lindo la cocina muy bien tambien la verdad la primera habitación que me dieron tenia el baño afuera y la mía decía con baño privado después al otro dia me pasaron a otra habitación las instalaciones son muy buenas ,, pero hay que aclarar que la cocina esta en un piso superior y algunas habitaciones tiene baño afuera no se si es política de la casa pero un tv no vendría nada mal

Renata (10/5): Perfeita! - Ficar na Casa Alma foi uma experiência formidável. A casa é enorme, muito bonita e limpa, tem uma localização excelente, mas o ponto alto foi o atendimento da host Lis, extremamente disponível, atenciosa e educada. Adorei a estadia, voltaria mais vezes com certeza. Um ponto importante é que tem muuitas escadas, então para alguém que tem mobilidade reduzida pode ser uma questão.
Pierolivo (10/5): - La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda, tiene ropa de cama y tollas blancas. Eramos 8 adultos, bebé y una niña. Esta muy bien ubicada, sin dudas volveríamos a elegir este lugar. Tanto Lis como Abril fueron muy amable. No duden en reservar, ideal para familias.

Joohee (10/5): - 침대가 편안했어요. 화장실이 많아서 편리했어요. 다같이 모여 식사할 수 있는 공간이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 인덕션과 세탁기까지 갖추어진다면 완벽한 숙소가 될 거 같아요. 길가의 소음이 좀 있지만 활발한 로컬 분위기를 즐긴다면 크게 신경쓰이지 않아요.

Florencia (10/5): Excelente casa para grupos numerosos - La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, los baños en perfecto estado, incluso mejor que lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Los sommiers y ropa de cama estaban nuevos. Muy buena disposición para viajes de grupos numerosos. La recepción fue muy cordial y atenta. Podrían poner cortinas más oscuras en las habitaciones para que no pase la luz por la mañana.

Susan (4/5): Not all it was made out to be... - The hostess, Lis, was very responsive after our initial meeting on arrival. She sent over extra blankets and a blow drier when asked. She also extended our check out to 11:00am. On arrival, we opened the front door and saw that we had to carry our luggage up about 3 flights of stairs. There were 8 of us and about 14 suitcases of various sizes. Our hostess came shortly after arrival and told me we had to pay for the stay with cash. I had advised her prior to arrival I would pay with the same credit card I had use to confirm the booking. She said she had told me we could pay with Argentinian pesos or US dollars. I said "may" pay is not "must" pay. She explained that they would incur other fees and taxes if I paid with a credit card that I would have pay if I used my card. I told her I would not pay for her expenses. The confirmation and Booking.com policy states that credit cards are acceptable. I had to go with the hostess some blocks away so that a restaurant could process the charge. I checked my bank the next day and saw that I was charged $162.49 usd above the confirmed price of $2,337.64. While the location itself was convenient to restaurants and shops, it was right on top of a restaurant, which was loud into the night with music and people talking and equipment running, especially in one of the en suite rooms. There were no blow driers in any of the rooms/bathrooms, but they did bring us one when asked. There was no full kitchen as listed in the description. There was a room with a fridge, microwave, countertop toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and kettle. There were pots but nothing to cook on. No stove or oven or even a portable cooktop. There was a roll of paper towels and dish soap, but not much else. The shower curtain in room 3 was dirty as were the rugs in the room and bath. The description of the place says there are two living rooms. There was one small sofa by a bedroom, but nothing else. There was no outdoor dining area as described. There was a dining room with tables and chairs inside. There's no garden as described. There's no 24 hour front desk.

Esteban Luis (10/5): - Excelente ubicación! La recepción y atención muy buena. Nosotros alquilamos todas las habitaciones porque éramos un grupo grande de amigos y fue una muy buena experiencia! Si bien lo aclara perfectamente, hay que saber que el ingreso a la casa y el acceso a la cocina son por escaleras.
Camila (8/5): Very good - The apt was in a perfect location and we loved the garden in the middle of the apartment. The rooms were big, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The windows didn’t have blackout so we woke up with the sun. Some of the sheets were dirty when we arrived. The stairs could make it difficult for guests with disabilities.
