• Maria Fernanda (7/5): Hotel bom, localização ótima, bairro ruim. - Hotel limpo, funcionários cordiais. A localização é excelente. Perto do centro, dá para ir a pé sem problema algum. Entretanto, preciso ressaltar que a região está complicada pelo tipo de comércio, sujeira, barulho e gangues que andam por lá. Não é um problema do hotel. Na minha opinião, o hotel é vítima do descontrole que a região se tornou. Eu levei um susto.
• Zapf (4/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit Liebe gemacht. Zimmer sind an sich in Ordnung wenn sie sauber wären. Föhn war kaputt und Dusche so festgestellt, dass man nur lauwarm und mit geringem Strahl duschen konnte ( wahrscheinlich um zu sparen) Richtig schrecklich ist das Umfeld. Als Frau allein muss man sich abends wirklich fürchten und ist dankbar, wenn man sein Zimmer erreicht hat. Das Rotlichtmilieu unterhält einen dann auch noch die ganze Nacht, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Würde es nie wieder buchen.
• Alptekin (7/5): Konforlu ama semti iyi değil - Banyo akılcı tasarımı sayesinde çok geniş, oda da konforlu. Sokak gürültülü olsada oda sessiz. İyi bir perde sayesinde dışarının cıvıltılı ışıklı hayatı içeri sızmıyor. Bulunduğu semt çok iyi değil, ama güvenlik anlamında bir sorun yaşamadık

• Kathrin (7/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer modern und schön. Neben einem Bett steht ein Metalltisch mit Tableaut der scheppert furchtbar und ist fast nicht nutzbar. War in mehreren Zimmern so. Ein bisschen mehr Ablagefläche wäre nicht schlecht.

• Igor (7/5): - The hotel is quite good, the room is clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed. The breakfast was also good, but only if you are staying for 1 or 2 days, as there was not much diversity in the meals. Inside the room there is only a very small table for work which fits only a laptop. There was not much convenience for long working. It seems like the hotel in the city downtown didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. People were sleeping on the streets, and suspicious young people gathered every evening for loud discussion.

• MARÍA ASUNCIÓN (7/5): Céntrico y cómodo, muy bien comunicado. Ojo con el ambiente por la noche. - Pedí toallas extra y las había. La cama era cómoda y la habitación era espaciosa. La ubicación es muy céntrica, al lado de la Hauptbahnhof, de Karlsplatz Stachus y de Sendlinger Tor. El desayuno es variado, con opciones para veganos. En el baño solo había gel de ducha y gel de manos, nada más, y la botella de agua de cortesía solo fue la primera noche, no la renovaron. Las almohadas eran normales tirando a incómodas. Debido a que está al lado de la estación, la calle es extremadamente ruidosa, con un ambiente que no invita a salir por la noche.

Although the location is central. The road it is on is very dodgy. As soon as you step out of the hotel. There are druggies, beggars and unsavoury characters. I guess a downside of being in a central location

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location is only about a 10-minute walk from the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy, which made the overall experience more pleasant. On the downside, the area didn’t feel very pleasant. There was also a lot of noise from outside, which made it hard to sleep and caused us to wake up several times during the night.

• Cornelia (8/5): Vor allem aufgrund seiner Lage und wegen des feinen Frühstücks empfehlenswert! - Toll gestaltete Zimmer und super Lage - das Frühstück war außerdem wirklich fein mit vielen frischen Zutaten! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr desinteressiert, wir mussten beim Einchecken wirklich lange warten, da der Tresen unbesetzt war und der Mitarbeiter einfach lange Zeit nicht auftauchte. Zudem wurden keinerlei Infos zu München wie ein Stadtplan oder Ähnliches angeboten. Das kenne ich von anderen Stadthotels anders!
