Ben & Fay were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit, making everything from check-in to check-out incredibly smooth. Their quick communication and willingness to assist really stood out. The property itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. It had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The excellent location provided easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Calgary, and having free on-site parking was a significant convenience. Overall, the Edith Green Duplex offers fantastic value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Calgary! Location was far away from city center, but this did not bother me much.

- Rosin (10/5): Exceptional - This place is very cozy and sweet place like home. The communication through booking.com is not the greatest but when texting with them they replied very quickly and we're very helpful.
- Faizan (4/5): hard to communicate and furnace was off - Nice decor and extra sheets and towels Furnace didn't work for 2 days and when communicated, the host gave a very lame excuse. Temperature dropped to 15 degrees and I had to buy 2 space heaters to heat the rooms with kids Communication was impossible because it's only through email. This could have been resolved if we had a person to talk to or a number we could call or text Generally the place was clean but the pillow I got had a very bad BO. I switched it to the extra one which was on

- Tami (9/5): The house was very comfortable for ourselves and our son and his family of 3. Nice having a playground close for the kid - Comfortable for a family. Location made it easy to hop on roads to head west to the mountains and downtown. Amenities provided, like salt and pepper, coffee and tea. Although there was no AC, the fans in each room made the house tolerable in 34 degree weather. In a new construction area so noisy early in the morning and dusty.
