• Suruthi (4/5): - It’s not an apartment - it’s like a hotel and there’s other people staying too. No privacy at all! The kitchen was very dirty and the bins were so full it was taking up half the space and left a very nasty smell when we came in. The Tv remote also wasn’t working!

• Ulrika (7/5): Okej boende nära kommunikationer. - Nära till tunnelbana och buss. Matbutiker i närheten. Eget kök. Inte så ”privat” som vi hade trott. En trappa upp i huset fanns ytterligare rum uthyrda (de hade dock eget badrum och fick inte använda ”vårat” kök. Badrummet som tillhörde våra rum var även tvättrum. Väldigt varmt på rummen. Det fanns bordsfläktar som hjälpte lite.
• Laetitia (6/5): Belle chambre mais bruyante et difficile à ventiler - L'entrée et les escaliers sont bien entretenus. La moquette au sol amortit les bruits de pas. La chambre est de taille agréable, propre et bien décorée. Le mobilier est moderne et conforme aux photos. Il y a un ventilateur, un petit frigo, des machines à café/thé et aussi suffisamment de rangements. Le lit est fait et nous avons trouvé 4 essuies/serviettes dans la garde-robes ainsi que des oreillers supplémentaires. La petite salle d'eau attribuée à notre chambre est lumineuse et propre. Dans l'armoire, il restait des échantillons laissés par d'anciens clients. Le système de boîte à clés est pratique. L'emplacement nous a convenu car c'est proche de nombreux restaurants/snacks et d'un énorme centre commercial. Il y a aussi une grande station de bus et métros à proximité. Bruit et chaleur : La seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment, zone où il y a plusieurs gros systèmes de ventilations des restaurants de la rue. Il y a donc beaucoup de bruit en permanence. Comme il n'y a pas d'autre moyen d'aérer la chambre, nous avons eu très chaud debut juillet et avons été indisposés par le bruit. Sanitaires : Plusieurs chambres du bâtiment (dont la nôtre) ont bien une salle de bain privée mais il faut passer par le couloir pour y aller. Cela engendre des claquements de portes plus fréquents qu'ailleurs. Stress : Pour le check out, nous avions reçu un message disant que si le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée était ouvert, nous pouvions y laisser les clés (ce que nous avons fait). 2h plus tard, nous avons reçu un autre message nous signalant que les clés n'avait pas été remises dans la boîte à clés et qu'un serrurier avant dû faire sauter le verrou. 50£ seraient donc saisies en supplément. L'histoire s'est réglée mais nous avons eu peur d'être pris au piège par cette arnaque.

The bed was a bit too soft for my back issues, but that's really more of a me thing! The rest of the furniture was great and very supportive.

• Berg (9/5): Good value, comfortable and perfect for QPR home football matches. - Room and facilities were excellent and clean.. bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was fine but outside the room so I had leave the room to use the bathroom. For half my stay the room next door was vacant so my room was super quiet. And the bathroom was for my exclusive use. The other room must have had an internal bathroom.. communication with the host was by email but it was prompt and direct. There was the possibility to call but neither of us initiated this. Dinner (not breakfast) was offered but not available. When there were occupants next door there was some noise although the neighbours were very considerate and noise was kept to an absolute minimum.. The TV wasn't connected to an aerial although this would have created noise for the neighbours. The room is on the top floor so there a bit of a climb up two double flights of s stairs. But once inside it s wasn't too hard

• Bruna (1/5): Terrible. - We stayed at this accommodation in London for 7 days, expecting a good place to rest after long days exploring the city. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. First, the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our reservation was not provided. Instead, the owner offered to compensate us with dinners at his restaurant, mainly pizzas. While we accepted this arrangement and informed him that we are vegetarians, we only managed to have pizza once due to the restaurant being closed or the pizza chef unavailable on other occasions. The only vegetarian options on the menu during other visits were potatoes with cheese and bread, which were far from adequate. The bathroom situation was equally disappointing. Although our reservation stated that a private bathroom was included, it turned out to be outside the room and shared with others. On multiple occasions, we returned to find the toilet seat up and dirty, suggesting it had been used by others. Despite bringing this to their attention, no action was taken. Additionally, when we requested fresh towels, not all were replaced, leaving us with fewer than we initially had. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room and facilities were subpar. The overall state of the accommodation felt neglected and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the area where the property is located appeared unsafe, adding to our discomfort. The most frustrating part of our stay was the lack of resolution for these issues. On the first night, we requested to be moved to a room with a private bathroom and even filed a complaint with Booking.com, but nothing was done. We were left without any clear answers or support throughout our stay. In summary, our experience at this accommodation was disappointing. The combination of false advertising, poor cleanliness, lack of vegetarian meal options, and unresponsiveness to complaints made our stay highly unpleasant.
• Aleksejs (5/5): Passable - Room itself was quite good and clean, I liked it. Bathroom was convenient as well. 1. There is no reception and all communication is remote. 2. Location is too noisy. There were multiple police sirens during the night and people were loudly speaking outside. Also during the middle of night someone tried to break into the room. Later, during the day, I received message from the Hotel that someone complained I was not sleeping for the whole night and disturbing other guests, which was not true, but quite the opposite. I was sleeping, I do not smoke, do not drink and did not have any guests. Hotel informed me that they will cancel my registration if this "will happen again". I felt offended by such communication style and unfriendly approach.

There's a bar across the road which was really good, everything is within walking distance. The access instructions were really clear and the room itself was really clean and perfect for what we needed. N/a
• Brittany (9/5): Amazing, convenient stay in London - Very comfortable bed, beautiful room looks just like the photos, steps away from a Westfield with tons of food, cafes and shopping options plus connected to the central Tube line and the circle line is also nearby. Very easy to get around and responsive hosts which I really appreciate as a solo female traveler. Overall great stay. Honestly nothing not to like except the lack of a lift but I knew that going in. Just a heads up if that’s a deal breaker for you. Maybe ask to be on a lower floor if possible.

• Cocomizu (10/5): Very comfortable stay - The nearest metro station is only a 3-minute walk away. Rooms are very spacious for London. The system is a unique one, with meals available between midday and evening at the owner's restaurant. It was a system of choosing from a fixed menu, with one other drink option. Meals can be taken away and eaten in the room. The TV in the room can also watch Netflix, amazon & etc. Bathrooms were shared and there were two in the building. One was shower only. Another had a large bathtub. As it is located downtown, I was a little nervous when I was approached by a drunk when I entered the building. It is not a terribly safe place, but be careful when entering and leaving late at night.

The shared kitchen with a large fridge and bread toaster can be a bonus if you plan a longer stay. There was also a very small fridge in the room. It was renovated recently and smelled good and the carpet on the stairs was nice. There are also one washing and two drying machines available in the toilet. Soap, toilet paper, soluble coffee, a few towels, overall clean and safe. Nice lights buiilt in the sealing, large TV. This is not a hotel room with a private bathroom as you may think, it is just one room in a town house with 3 other rooWe liked the room design and USB-A sockets next to the bed. The shared kitchen with a large fridge and bread toaster can be a bonus if you plan a longer stay. There was also a very small fridge in the room. It was renovated recently and smelled good and the carpet on the stairs was nice. There are also one washing and two drying machines available in the toilet. Soap, toilet paper, soluble coffee, a few towels, overall clean and safe. Nice lights buiilt in the sealing, large TV.ms, and with a separate bathroom. The bathroom by the stairs on the lower floor. This was not clear from the description and we could not cancel afterwards. We were told it is still private but the fact is any of the 4 rooms had access to it The window mechanism was broken in the bathroom so it could not close and it was a bit cold in the morning. Not a lot of facilities in the room, just a kettle and some soluble coffee. Location a bit far from center/Hyde park and neighborhood not so nice but ok. A bit noisy in the morning, as the window was towards the street, although not on the busiest road. Overall a good option for one night if you don't mind the separate toilet, but at 100GBP per night we thought it was a bit too expensive and we will certainly look for something else next time.

• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, being close to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to answer my questions. Company offers several accommodation options, and although we tried both the central and the more remote location, we actually preferred the latter. Overall, great service.
• Jane (5/5): Good location but some issues need addressing. - It was a comfortable, warm room. The bathroom was not safe and freezing as the window was jammed, fully open. Couldn’t possibly have a bath/shower in there, due to how cold it was and the possibility of being seen from outside flats, as there were no blinds up either. Also, we were supposed to get an evening meal and couldn’t, although I’d even been down to purchase something earlier and was told that, as long as we were there before 10pm, we could get our food. We came back at 9.20pm but they’d already closed and nothing had been left for us. We’d purposely not eaten and then had to go and get something from the chicken take away, a little further down.

• Manuela (6/5): Pleasant - We ordered the room with a breakfast but upon arrival we were informed that there is lunch or dinner. I was replying that we ordered breakfast and lunch/dinner did not fit our plans. They offered to prepare a breakfast sandwich (mashed avocado or cheese - being vegetarians) each morning, which was nice, but without coffee, orange juice a breakfast is not complete ;) and we ordered the room also because of the very good reviews regarding the breakfast. On their day off when the sandwich was not prepared (but we were informed beforehand via the app) we were offered a very nice dinner which we enjoyed a lot. The communication via the booking.com app worked very fine. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a floor below but this was ok. The area around the accommodation was totally ok, a shopping centre nearby and also tube stations and other shops. We did not notice any neighbours. We had the room on the second floor. I did not like the bed, as it was rather small for two people (140 cm - the room would have been big enough for a bigger bed) and also the spring mattress was horrible as I could feel a single spring on my shoulder and hip when lying on the side - a thicker cover would have been nice. Also when the partner moved during the night, I was moved. The surrounding was very loud - even with closed windows, especially in the weekend during the night. Even my partner needed earplugs and he usually has no problems with noise. The bathroom was a bit cold in the morning.
• Vuksanovic (8/5): Very good apartment for longer stays, especially for couples, location is good, breakfast is not included even tough it - The room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed for 7 days stay. Location was good, very close to metro and bus stations, neighbourhood was okay, felt safe. Would definitely recommend it - good value for money. We didn't have breakfast. We found out about it only after asking the owner what can we expect for breakfast, however, he did offer lunch/dinner option. Unfortunately, this wasn't convinient for us as we counted on breakfast, not on lunch or dinner. In the end, owner made us sandwiches almost every night, storing it in the fridge for us to eat the next morning. Nothing special, but still, better than nothing. Recommend it for the future time to explicitly state that breakfast is not included, so that people know what to expect once they arrive.

• Meri (1/5): Bad - I do not recommend staying at this place to anyone.  You are accommodated in the building above the cafe where you can order breakfast with a menu.  Toilets, kitchen and shower are shared outside the room.  Everything in the photos looked quite nice.  The reality cannot be described and that is why I am adding photos.  If the guest has to sleep on the floor rather than on the "bed", that is already very bad.  The mattress is stretched and the bed is an indescribable disaster. The owner should think about himself!

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious halal breakfast served at the restaurant next door. The anticipation of relishing the complimentary breakfast each morning became a delightful routine, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the utensils were all in excellent condition, enhancing the overall convenience of our stay. Additionally, the ability to wash and dry our clothes before checkout added a practical touch to the facilities. In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning. We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, convenient, and hospitable stay. The only drawback was the room is at second-floor, requiring us to navigate stairs with our large and heavy luggage. Despite this inconvenience, everything else about the property exceeded our expectations, making it a great overall experience.

Don't be alarmed with the door, once inside beautifully decorated and everything you need. Breakfast, don't know what to say apart from exceptional. Cannot wait to book again Only criticism is doors are very heavy and can hear when people are slamming, although can live with that
• Craig (8/5): Great location for Shepherd’s Bush empire - Both location & cleanliness were excellent Was not on suite & no lift, when you read the booking.com description you would believe it had on suite & it’s own kitchen. The bathroom & kitchen are shared
• Jessica (10/5): Fantastic stay - Definitely a hotel I want to come back to! When I finished traveling after 24 hrs, I opened the door and gave a sign of relief. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. My room had an electric water kettle. The room was spotless and smelled wonderful. The young lady that cleans does wonderful and she was so kind whenever I interacted with her! I personally don't mind a shared bathroom but that is an item to consider if it is important to you. As standard for England, there are stairs; so be aware if you struggle with stairs. If you get breakfast with your reservation (or even if you don't), the No. 1 restaurant is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! Highly recommend. This recommendation coming from someone who does not like to eat out for breakfast. I fully intend on staying at this location whenever I come back to this area.

• Ravi (3/5): Disappointing. - Location is the only thing nice about the property. The restaurant was nice and the staff there were very caring and courteous. Breakfast was reasonably good but less than wholesome because you were allowed only one dish. Toilet is not attached. Bed was very uncomfortable. Host was incommunicado.

• Adam (9/5): Excellent base for Shepherds Bush. - Great one night stay for work. Location is perfect for accessing Shepherds Bush Market station, and only a few minutes from Shepherds Bush station. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Well lit and well appointed. Amazing breakfast included at the cafe downstairs, really started the day well. Only a small point, would love a bracket on the wall to hold the shower head :)
• Carol (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and breakfast was excellent Although we had a room in quiet location there was too much noise from other rooms on Saturday night . Loud discussions on the landing and door slamming in the early hours. Shower room was clean but very small.
• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable, in a central location just three minutes walk to the O2. Fabulous breakfast choice, cooked to perfection. Shared bathroom just next to the room. Use of kitchen great for self catering.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, this was one of the best rooms I ever had in London! Well decorated and big compared to my used ones. The bath rooms were very comforty and just modernised. The best was the included breakfast in the No1 Coffee & Restaurant. The stuff was very friendly. Although there were no vegan dishes on the menu they created unbelievable vegan options for me like Avocado sandwich or full English Breakfast in vegan. 5 stars from me! -
