• Sam (8/5): Great location, very clean apartment but it needs a bit of work - Excellent location, very clean apartment, nice host. Right opposite a mini supermarket so can buy eggs and milk etc quickly. Nice restaurants near by too. Bathroom wall cracked, some lights didnt work, the window vent was taped up in both rooms. Sinks and other bits looked worn out. Overall the apartment needs some attention and refurbishment but it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it didnt look as good as the pictures.

The outdoor view was charming, and the location was conveniently located near attractions while still being peacefully serene, which we greatly appreciated. My partner and I fully recommend this property and would consider staying here again if we return to Rome. None

Personnel très accueillant de plus très facile de récupérer les clés. L’appartement est à 10 min du tram et pas très loin de la gare donc très facile d’y accéder. Matelas un peu dur.

• Rowy (10/5): Highly recommend this accommodation and in this location. - Location and it was beautifully clean and spacious. Only criticism was bed quite hard and pillows uncomfortable. Also electric jug doesn’t seem to be working but we just used the kettle on gas stove. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Location really can't be better than this!! Only a few steps from the heart of Trastevere. Kitchen was well equipped and the sofabed was comfortable enough. Rosa the manager was very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. She proactively informed us about the plumbing issue which unfortunately wasn't really resolved after 5 days and multiple efforts coming in the apartment while we were out. Heating wasn't on the first 2 nights, had to text Rosa to turn it on. The sewer smell in the bathroom and thus apartment during our stay. The curtain in the living room which wasn't closing properly.

It was clean and you could find anything you want: hairdryer, coffee machine(we bought extra capsules and made our own coffee), iron, laundry dryer etc. The instructions fot the apartment accessibility were clear and easy. • Антон (3/5): If the air conditioner is not replaced, this apartment is not suitable for a summer holiday. - The apartments are very conveniently located in the Trastevere area, close to a huge number of restaurants, coffee shops and not very far from the center. Opposite, across the road you will find a mini market that works until late, though the prices in it are not adequate. The supermarket is 30 minutes walk away, as well as the nearest bus stop. The keys were in a box, 5 minutes from the entrance to the apartment, and according to the instructions, it was not difficult to pick them up. The apartment is on the 5th floor, a very neat and clean entrance, the house has an elevator, which is important for travelers with luggage. The apartment is very clean 10 out of 10. These are two rooms - a spacious hall and a bedroom + kitchen. There is a coffee machine with LAVAZZA capsules. Large bathroom with shower. Refrigerator with freezer. There are necessary utensils and kitchen utensils. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I do not recommend choosing this apartment in the summer. During our stay in Rome, the temperature during the day was 39 degrees. When booking, the first thing I paid attention to was the presence of air conditioning. And the apartment had it. But it does not perform its functions. This is cheating. The old floor-standing air conditioner is small and weak, it is not able to cool the bedroom, not to mention the entire apartment. From its work you will only get noise, but not coolness. If you are going to travel in hot weather, look for other options. The apartment does not have a washing machine and a dishwasher. When checking in you will be asked to send a photo of your passport and also a photo of you with your passport in your hand, which in my opinion is unnecessary.

No proper air con only fans which didn’t cool enough, so the apartment was too hot. Key had to be picked up from a separate location around the corner. minor inconvenience for us but could be a problem for others, if travelling with a lot of luggage in the heat etc. The espresso coffee machine plug doesn’t fit the socket (prongs too big) so adapter is needed. No washing machine even though stated on booking.com that there is one

Trastevere is a great location for a stay in Rome with a walking distance to most attractions and a beautiful natural park to the west. Housing is in a calmer sidestreet so departing and coming back is much less hectic than in busier areas, yet Trastevere's nightlife and restaurants are just around the corner. Plus for a minimarket being super close, opposite of the front door.

No directions for anything, so I had to contact the management when problems came up. So several times I had to contact the manager for directions on things I didn’t know how to operate.

• Simercita (9/5): Superb - The property itself exceeded our expectations - it was so spacious for couples. We didn't even make use of the living room. We had access to kitchen, which was important for our travel as we were in Rome for the marathon and we needed to cook meals for dinner and breakfast before marathon. Bathroom was good. There was elevator access which was a must for after the marathon. Location was good, although about 30min walk to Colosseum but it was fine for us as we love walking. A lot of restaurants and cafes near the property. Easy enough to get key access although there was a bit of miscommunication but it was alright. None.
