The bottom one sags in the middle and the top one is very hard. We were woken up at dawn because of the light. No dishwashing liquid...

• Hina (10/5): - 落ち着いた地区にあり、船着き場からすぐだったので大きな荷物があっても大丈夫でした。お部屋はモダンで清潔で、不便なところはありませんでした。セルフチェックインも簡単で、チェックイン方法やアクセス情報も分かりやすく連絡いただきました。 洗濯機があれば嬉しかったです。でも、徒歩15分くらいのところにあるコインランドリーを利用できたので問題はありませんでした。

• LIDIA (4/5): ESTANCIA MEJORABLE - UBICACIÓN MUY BUENA - La ubicación. Desde el barrio de Dorsoduro se llega enseguida al centro y de por sí, es un barrio con cosas para ver, con mucha vida y mucho ambiente. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado. Creo que la ropa de la casa (sábanas y toallas) necesitan una renovación. Sabanas y un edredón .... ¿en junio y en Venecia con más de 30 ºC). El equipamento y utensilios de la cocina era escaso y pobre.
• Savela (4/5): - Ubicación es buena y las habitaciones son grandes con dos camas separadas Las sabanas y toallas son muy viejas y de color gris por tantos lavados,incluso las sabanas parecen sintéticas me picaban todo el cuerpo, ojo, No tenían shampoo y solo dos geles muy pequeñitos

• Martin (9/5): Perfekte Wahl für ein kurzer oder langer Besuch - sehr ruhige und grosse Wohnung im Zentrum von Venedig, mit gutem Anschluss zur Bootbus-Haltestelle Accademia (Linie 1 und Linie 2). Badezimmer ist ganz neu. Als Anregung: man könnte Regenschirme für die Gäste zur Verfügung stellen und auch ein Gästebuch mit einer Karte von Venedig, wo man praktische Info‘s für den Aufenthalt bekommt (Bäckerei, Supermarkt, usw.)
• Maria Graça Sousa B. (9/5): Uma belíssima estadia em Veneza - De tudo. Éramos dois casais em que um ficou no sofá cama ( muito confortável). Uma localização excelente. Anfitrião deu-nos as indicações todas necessárias para chegarmos ao apartamento. Nada a apontar.

• Selena (8/5): Nice stay but could use some improvement - The location and very friendly, helpful staff and owner. Bathroom had no ventilation and windows didn't have a net, so there were a few insects (mosquitoes, moths and fruit flies) and spider webs in the bedroom and bathroom mini hallway. Towels looked very old
• Gaja (9/5): Cute place - A cute little flat with a big bedroom and a pull out couch which is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Bedroom has windows wich directly overlook the canal. Everything is modern and sleek. We checked in later then what was written and we got great instructions how to do it. Quite expensive, host only replying in the late evening.
• Beatrice (8/5): Very good - Quiet location but close to restaurants, shopping, and alilaguna boat station if taking the boat from/to the airport. No outstanding exterior views but not really an issue as we spent the majority of our days and evenings exploring Venice.

The floor, especially under the dining table, was not very clean.

• Zuzana (9/5): Nice location, would definitely come back - Perfect location, silent, easy to reach from vaporeto, close to the bridge through the main canal. You will be able to spot gondola just in front of your window, it is just above one of the canals. Walking distance to San Marco Piazza. Bathroom extremely clean. Apartment is very spacious. You can also sit outside - the terrace is shared with the other apartment. Better decoration would add more coziness to the apartment

• Jane (7/5): Great position - - Nic House was very clean. Our bedroom overlooked a canal and singing gondoliers kept passing which was lovely. The apartment is in a relatively calm part of Venice and the location is very beautiful. The apartment was pretty Spartan. The kitchen/lounge/diner furniture wise had a table and 4 chairs and one uncomfortable sofa. It was not a place you’d want to stay and relax in - which was was fine as in a beautiful city to explore. The a/c and tv didn’t work - maybe flat batteries in the remote. It was functional but not particularly homely or welcoming.

• Adam (8/5): Apartment fully met our expectations for the price bracket we were looking at. - Location was fantastic, down a nice quiet street, but with shops, cafe's and typical Venice hustle and bustle only a couple of streets away. Air conditioning in the apartment was really good, meaning we had a nice cool apartment to come back to after being out and doing a lot of walking. Host was very responsive via message, and as our flight landed in Venice quite early, they were also able to accommodate our request to store luggage before check in without issue.

Apartment was secure with a nice courtyard to enjoy some evening drinks if you stay in. It was also had great aircon which was well needed in the heatwave of Venice in July. none

Very large dining area , comfy beds , in the kitchen everything you need to, patio in front of entrance very nice 👍 Air con didn’t work or maybe it was just us didn’t know how to do it:)
