• Ann-Kristin (3/5): - Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. In der Kaffeemaschine waren noch Kapseln der vorherigen Mieter. Die Matratzen waren zu klein für die Bettgröße. In der Küche fehlten Essteller für zwei Personen. Die Gardinen waren an einer Seite schon abgerissen.
• Rebecca (6/5): - Kontaklose Schlüsselübergabe Der Kühlschrank lief die ganze Nacht ununterbrochen. Es gab kein Klopapier und das Appartement war nicht wirklich sauber. Auch die Handtücher waren dreckig.
• Endija (4/5): Please treat your guests with more respect - The location was personally very convenient for me, as I was doing a Praktikum nearby. The instructions from LuxApartment via messages were also very clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. 1.First of all, the apartment did not smell fresh, although I understand this can be subjective. However, despite the apartment supposedly being non-smoking, the first thing I noticed when entering was a strong old cigarette smell. Later, I even found an ashtray on the windowsill. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and it gave me headaches during my stay. 2. The apartment was also not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust, which triggered my allergies and forced me to take antihistamines throughout the stay. The IKEA throws, bedside table, floor around the bed, and even the kitchen cupboards had crumbs and hair on them. 3. Another stressful point was that my entrance and key code were not sent 24 hours before arrival as expected, but only on the morning of my arrival. Since I was already traveling to Ehrang, this caused unnecessary anxiety because I was unsure whether my stay was actually guaranteed. 4. Additionally, I was surprised to read in the arrival message that using the stove and oven would be charged separately. I honestly found that unreasonable. 5. To avoid extra costs from cooking, I bought fresh produce instead- but unfortunately the fridge seemed to malfunction and froze all of my food. 6.What shocked me aswell was that there was apparently no option to dispose of rubbish at all. Guests are not allowed to use the building’s bins, which meant I had to take my rubbish away with me myself. I travel a lot and have stayed in many accommodations across Europe, but I have honestly never experienced a place that felt this poorly maintained. There were even dead mosquitoes left on the walls, hanging dust from the ceilings and walls, and a stained blanket.
• Phatpitchaya (9/5): Big property in quiet area - Very quiet area and not far from supermarket Very big room, one big bed room, one kitchen room with living room and bad room. We were stay there for three person. They have everything what you need. Recommend it!
• Ouke (7/5): Voor 1 nacht was dit een fijn verblijf. - Fijn onderhouden en schoon appartement, prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoekje aan Trier. Het servies was niet genoeg voor 3 personen. We misten borden en bestek.
• Peter (7/5): Modern and clean but sterile appartement in quiet location - Super-modern and spacious studio. Quiet location. Bike storage in basement (with narrow and steep stairs). Communication with host un-personal by auto/pre-generated email. Door code was announced to be delivered 24h prior to check-in time but only arrived a few hours before, which was a bit worrying. Über-designed window blinds don't keep heat out. Fortunately windows can be opened. A ridiculous 10 Euro fee for using the stove was announced after booking. Due to the very limited kitchenware, it is anyway hardly feasible to use it, which we did not.

• Camilo (8/5): Todo muy bien, salvo que el wifi no funciona y para mi era indispensable. - la ubicacion estaba bien, la limpieza y la tranquilidad era muy buena que el internet no funcionaba en la habitación, el alcance de la red wifi del apartamento no llegaba a la habitación y los datos móviles tampoco funcionaban dentro de la habitación, creo que el anfitrión debería preocuparse mas por esta situación, porque se la comunique y no hubo una respuesta sensata ni busca otro medio para solucionarlo.

Mijn vrouw kwam uit de douche en foor het lopen vanuit de badkamer naar de slaapkamer waren haar voeten gewoon zwart, en dit os niet overdreven, we hebben dit ook aangegeven aan de verhuurder net zo als schone handdoeken bij het huren van 3x overnachtingen is toch niet overdreven, het ligt ook in een zwaar achterstallige gedeelte waar je savonds beter noet op straat kunt komen

• Ten Caat (8/5): Tevreden - Was schoon en netjes. Viel niet tegen maar er kunnen meer haakjes in de douche om handdoeken op te hangen oid. En de lokatie is niet echt in trier. Was nog wel een kwartier rijden.
