Nos mandaron a uno que estaba a más de 500 metros. El check in era a las 15:00 horas y recién pudimos ingresar a las 15:30, ya que tenían retraso con la limpieza.

• Andrew (10/5): elegant quite hotel in a nice location - This hotel is in a great location (near a nice park, a grocery store, good restaurants), quiet, elegant in a modern way, and the staff were quite helpful in letting me get into a room several hours early after I arrived early from an international flight. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and I will stay again if I can afford it. For me, it's an expensive hotel, a bit over my normal budget, and the breakfast at 26 Euros was also to pricy to justify buying (though it is a nice breakfast). Also, the in-room coffee/tea provision could be more generous (only 2 instant coffee packs, for instance).
• Marc (8/5): Good place to stay for work or leisure - I stayed there for 1 week while attending a conference and enjoyed it. The room was in good shape, with a sofa, a little table and a fridge. There were lots of well placed power sockets and the WiFi worked well. The AC was simple to configure and worked well. The room was quiet and the staff were friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options and some items changed throughout the week. The hotel is close to the subway station Nestroyplatz and there are many small supermarkets and shops within walking distance. There were no major issues and I was very happy with the experience. The water pressure in the shower was quite low. The fridge was not cooling very well and the bed was a bit hard for my taste. My room was well equipped but somehow lacked a kettle for making hot water. There were no free toiletries such as hand cream or conditioner.

• Golnaz (9/5): My second time stay at this hotel, I would consider a third time too! - I asked for a room with view. But the location of the hotel is in a way that the view could be toward a yard and view to and from other rooms! So we got attic room, with view toward the blue sky! :) There was a tiny balcony too (on the roof!) with absolute privacy if you wanted to have a sunbath! The attic room meant tiny bedroom and low ceiling as well, and I bumped my head twice! But grand otherwise. Location was very convenient to get to trains etc. We had a nice kichenette, with fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and sink. Loads of presses and storage. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. But if you are staying for long, it could become boring as the stuff doesnt change. Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable for our liking! No aircon in the bathroom so it was getting very steamy after every shower

• Costanza (8/5): Very good experience. - The hotel was very clean and provided us with what we needed. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location! If I had to pick, it would be shower logistics: unfortunately the shower handle was not terribly practical. I’m also not a fan of the separate bedding solution, but understand that that’s how things are in Austria.

• Zdenka (9/5): Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und gut erreichbar. - Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar von der Innenstadt: zu Fuss aber auch die U-Bahn-Stationen (U1 und U2) sind in der Nähe. Vom Flughafen haben wir den Airport-Bus zum Morzin-/Schwedenplatz genommen und sind dann mit dem Rollkoffer sogar zu Fuss zum Hotel gegangen.- Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Auf der Rotensterngasse ist nur Einbahnverkehr und wird wenig befahren. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Innenhof. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent, von 6:30-10:30 Uhr. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Lachs. Es hatte auch sehr gute Frucht-Knödel.

• Iris (10/5): - Tolle Lage, U-Bahn, Bus oder auch zu Fuss ist Wienzentrum gut zu erreichen. Kleine Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Zum Geburtstag wurde mir -ohne das ich es erwähnt hatte-, eine kleine Süßigkeit mit Geburtstagskarte auf das Bett gelegt. Tolle Geste, vielen Dank. Servicepersonal superfreundlich. Preisleistung passt hier auch. Ach, und die Betten sind superbequem. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Es gibt nix zu meckern.
