• GELSON (10/5): Localização e atendimento do anfitrião - Localização excelente, com bares e restaurantes próximos. Grande parte das atrações pode se fazer a pé. Apartamento amplo e completo, contando com um pátio para uso dos hospedes, Anfitrião muito atencioso. O hóspede deve saber da dificuldade de estacionamento. E que normalmente deve pagar para deixar em um estacionamento privado e coberto, mais próximo a um custo elevado. Em menos de 24 horas, paguei 18 euros. Na rua também pode-se pagar para deixar o veículo, entretanto há muita dificuldade em encontrar vagas.

Der er en stor, privat og skyggefuld gårdhave. Vi havde tre overnatninger og nød opholdet i skønne Jerez og giver lejligheden og byen vores varmeste anbefalinger.
• Peter and Angela (10/5): Beautiful, quiet, comfortable apartment in a great location - We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The person who met us was very friendly and answered all of our questions. It was lovely and quiet, and you look out on the internal courtyard with orange trees while eating breakfast. The location was very convenient, easy walking to all the main areas. Lots of great restaurants right near by. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Jerez. nothing really

• MARIA DEL ROSARIO (10/5): Excepcional - El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, dentro de un edificio precioso, muy limpio, detalle de dejar agua en el frigorífico . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana. Y el anfitrión facilita el acceso y lo que sea necesario. Tan sólo indicar que, siendo mujer, hay secador, pero es de los que son tipo fijos y tarda muchísimo en secar el pelo.

• Lancashire Lad (2) (9/5): Elegant and comfortable apartment - It’s a beautiful property and the apartment is furnished very attractively. We had the one with the patio (for our sole use) - it was really nice having your breakfast under the orange tree. The only drawback is that there isn’t much natural light - the windows look out onto indoor courtyards. But the lighting in the apartment is good. Personally I really liked the quality and elegance of the place - I wouldn’t let the lack of natural light put you off

Even though the apartment was located in the busy city center of Jerez, it offered a unique escape to a peaceful oasis of silence and comfort. I would definitely return to this place the next time I’m visiting Jerez. -

• Lynne (10/5): Jerez Palace House - Jerez Palace House is a true gem of a place to stay in Jerez. The apartments are in a traditional house with a beautiful entrance, cool marble floors and high ceilings. Rooms are generous in size and tastefully decorated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable after a long day sightseeing. Javier, the owner, is very helpful and friendly and responds quickly to any queries you may have. We visited a couple of the traditional tabancos that he recommended and they really added to our holiday experience. Nothing at all

• salvatorecausa (9/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Jerez - Host molto cordiale e reattivo; appartamento arredato con gusto; Spazi ampi e vivibile anche il cortiletto comune esterno; materasso bello duro come piace a me con cuscino dello spessore giusto; location centralissima e comoda a tutto Tv senza canali in lingua diversa dallo spagnolo, questo è un pò un limite; isolamento acustico non esaltante anche se la strada antistante non è ad alto traffico; molto difficile parcheggiare in strada e parcheggio interrato più vicino é piuttosto costoso

• Ricardo (9/5): Apartamento confortable - El apartamento estaba muy bien, todo muy nuevo y perfecto. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección, la cama muy cómoda, baño muy completo, con todo lo necesario y más. Sin olores extraños. Céntrico total si quieres visitar la ciudad de Jerez, su alcázar, la catedral, el mercado de abastos, bodegas todo a 5-10 minutos. Aparcamiento en un parking muy cercano escasos 5 minutos andando, se llama APK2 , plaza del Arenal precio ajustado 7,80€ al día. Olvídate de aparcar en la calle, es todo zona azul de la Ora y muy muy escaso, estando tan céntrico las calles de alrededor son peatonales y donde se puede aparcar como he mencionado no hay muchas plazas. Por decir algo es la luz natural, todas sus ventanas dan a un patio interior y al ser un bajo no llega mucha luz. Tengo que reconocer que el patio estaba muy bien cuidado, azulejos en suelo y con plantas y naranjos. La verdad es que si no vas a estar haciendo vida en el apartamento la luz no te importa nada.

Very communicative host, the place itself is beautiful. Nicely decorated, high quality furniture and appliances. Great bathroom and shower, comfortable beds and it smelled great inside. What more can I say, I would happily live here. The only complaint would be that people slam the large iron gate in the front instead of closing it quietly. It can be disruptive in the morning. I think a sign posted to ask people to gently close the gate would be a good idea.

Beautiful and great location! - The apartment is very clean, quiet, modern, secure, and architecturally beautiful with high ceilings and beautiful windows in a historically beautiful building. The mattresses are very comfortable. The host is very helpful and eager to make everything perfect. He was always available via text to answer any question. Check in and out times were flexible. The location is central and close to the city center.
