• Robert (9/5): Good location - Location. It’s within walking distance to all majors Rome central, and on the bus or metro. It’s a 10 minutes walk to train terminal. The surrounding is full of good to excellent restaurants and pizzerias. Most of them are catering to office personnel so the price ranges are affordable for very good food.

Stayed here on two separate nights, there’s a massive difference between rooms. Room #2 is like a shoebox, room #1 is twice the size - same price.
• Maria Victoria (10/5): Alojamiento excelente en Roma - Me alojé en **Stay Home (Roma)** y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente: hay varias líneas de bus a pocos pasos (como las 75, 62 y 492) que conectan fácilmente con los principales puntos de la ciudad. Incluso caminando es muy accesible: unos 20 minutos hasta la Fontana di Trevi y alrededor de 15 minutos hasta Termini. Elisa, la anfitriona, fue excepcionalmente amable y atenta. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente durante la estancia y respondió de inmediato, solucionándolo con mucha rapidez y eficacia. El alojamiento es totalmente recomendable. La habitación es de buen tamaño, todo está nuevo, bien cuidado y perfectamente funcional. Está muy bien equipado y resulta muy cómodo para una estancia en Roma. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería a elegirlo en un próximo viaje.

• Nicole (9/5): Tolle moderne saubere und zentrale Unterkunft - Sehr schöne moderne & saubere Unterkunft. Elisa ist ein super Host. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir durften unsere Rucksäcke nach check out noch in der Unterkunft lassen um Rom noch etwas zu erkunden. Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Bahnhof nur ca. 10 Minuten und in die Innenstadt und Trevi Brunnen ca. 15 Minuten. Würden die Unterkunft immer weiterempfohlen und selbst wiederkommen.

• Alberto (7/5): Soggiorno comodo e piacevole - Il quartiere é molto bello, comodo e sicuro. La stanza é ristrutturata, é comoda, spaziosa, ma ha alcuni difetti da sistemare. Lo staff é stato molto presente, disponibile e gentile. Ci sono degli aspetti da migliorare per fare un passo in piú. Nel lato sinistro del letto le prese elettriche non funzionavano, il televisore funzionava male, non c’era il bidet e il box doccia era un po’ guasto.

• Jessica (8/5): Der Aufenthalt in Rom war sehr angenehm und kurzweilig. - Das Zimmer hatte alles Nötige was man brauchte. Das Personal war via Chat immer erreichbar auf booking.com und konnte uns bei Fragen weiterhelfen. Das Airbnb hat eine sehr gute Lage für Rom. Der Aufzug ist typisch italienisch gebaut und etwas älter. Wir sind lieber Treppen gelaufen. Aber es sind sehr viele Treppen… Wenn jemand morgens aus dem Zimmer ist oder spät abends zurückgekommen ist, hat man alles gehört (hellhörig).

Klimatyzacja działa i można grzać lub chłodzić według potrzeb. Mało było papieru ale faktycznie jak napisaliśmy rano że prosimy o więcej to wieczorem dostaliśmy. Pokój ma sporą wilgotność mimo wietrzenia.

Consiglierei il self check-in completo, sarebbe comodo una serratura a codice(random) per quelli che arrivano tardi per via dei voli.

• chris (9/5): Fijn en schoon op goede locatie in Rome - Locatie en schoon . Wij bleven 4 nachten en tussendoor is er niet schoon gemaakt. Het was fijn geweest als ze een keer de prullenbakken hadden geleegd. We kregen op verzoek wel schone handdoeken en werd toiletpapier bijgevuld. Anders had ik een 10 gegeven. Dank je wel Elisa en echtgenoot.

• Giulia (3/5): Da migliorare qualcosa - La posizione centrale della struttura e la pulizia della camera. La stanza era piccolissima, quasi come un ripostiglio, e il bagno minuscolo. Sono arrivata alle 17:30 e la camera si trovava all'interno di un palazzo. Per fortuna c’era il portinaio, molto gentile, che mi ha aiutato. Altrimenti, nessuno mi avrebbe aperto la porta in tempi brevi per sistemarmi. Al numero della struttura non rispondeva nessuno, e riuscivo a contattare la struttura solo tramite messaggistica su Booking, ma i tempi di risposta non erano affatto rapidi. Per fortuna, il portinaio aveva il numero privato dei gestori. 105 euro per una stanza così piccola e per la mancanza di accoglienza mi sembrano davvero esagerati, considerando anche che ero sola e che il pernottamento non includeva la colazione.

• Lauren (4/5): - Great location Dirty - asked for bed to be cleaned once as it was covered in yellow stains and hair. Then when it was replaced there was still stains under the bed sheet. The whole room needs a good paint. No wall without scuff and scrape marks - very untidy and unwelcoming
