• Mark (9/5): Wonderful stay in a boss suburb of Melbourne - Fantastic property, great service from Abby and a superb location - 5 min walk into St Kilda to catch the tram or enjoy the vibe of the area - plenty of bars and restaurants. Terrace was a real plus point too Nothing.

• Guy (1/5): poor - Unhappy with check in process, i complained about key collection process made me feel uncomfortable and seemed like a scam, but was told never before had such complaints been made, would not advise key location upfront after payment, had to wait after arriving before being told where it was, comms sent through whatsapp rather then through app, all seemed too strange. Key was not even a key, just a plastic fob.

• Nick (5/5): Ok but would not book again due to the issues above - Location was good for the purpose of our stay Apartment Front Door security was not reassuring as the door was not very secure compared to standard doors Dishes were dirty Homeless outside was not very appealing
• Arthur (5/5): Mediocre at best. - I enjoyed the location and the bedrooms The dishes were dirty, and assuming paying $200 for cleaning would include dishes. The washer is a 2 in 1 and doesn't dry properly, this means the machine will never dry your clothes and you will have damp shirts. The 'balcony' is a terrace as you are on the bottom floor in the entrance way. The instructions are quite lengthy however are understandable. This is an Airbnb not a traditional hotel.
• Andrew (9/5): Really happy with the stay overall. Will look at staying again next time in town for work! - Apartment was lovely, it was as described. Keys were a little tricky to find. There where a few lights out, that needed replacing.
• Carla (10/5): I would def recommend this apartment to anyone. Is close enough to trams and short walk to ast Kilda. - Open planned, modern and had everything you needed to start your stay. All the basics were provided which was excellent. Love the bright and open space, the outdoor balcony - everything was excellent The only thing we would consider is to leave the window keys for guests to use. Consider changing the glass door in the shower of the master bedroom - as it’s facing wrong direction and difficult to use

• Kuldeep (10/5): Amazing responsiveness from host and well maintained property - Well maintained and presented for Guests. Gas heaters in every room were pretty good. Two bathrooms makes life lot easier. Everything was just perfect as you are home and don’t miss any part in stay. Location very convenient to plenty of ammenities close by and walking distance to St Kilda beach. Restaurant just outside the main gate in same building.

• Danielle (8/5): Excellent stay. Highly recommended. - Excellent location, super comfortable beds and easy check in Everything was brilliant. Only negative was the dishwasher not working otherwise perfect.
• Lu (7/5): Good for short stay - The location is close to a beach. There are two bathrooms. The shower was not hot at one of the nights we stayed. Told it to the owner, but they didn't tell us why or say sorry about it. This bnb only provides limited shampoo and shower gel. We had to bring our own. No toasts provided.

• Sanj (7/5): Prime location and closer to the beach and restaurants - Prime location and very closer to the St Kilda beach. Good communication from the property manager. The remote for the garage was misplaced by the previous guest and we had to street park most of the time and it was a hassle.
