Wiadomo, że to nie hotel z wielkim szyldem a prywatny apartament. Dotarłem bez problemu. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie kuchni, lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklep 24/7. Łazienka przy samym pokoju. W okresie w którym przebywałem nie było dużego ruchu. Duży TV w pokoju, listwa zasilajaca z gniazdami USB - nawet zapominając przelotek UK->EU nie było problemu by naładować telefon. -

• Beth (7/5): Very well equipped central London space, good value for money. - Great space, it did have a hairdryer (not listed but fantastic to find!). Also the listing wasn’t explicit that we’d have use of a full kitchen - this is so helpful. Sealant on the shower needs sorting - hole in corner so water leaked out. Stopped with a towel but annoying. Main thing was that as the room was ground floor, I was reluctant to have the windows open at night so it was quite warm. There was a fan but I didn’t want the noise of that either. These wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t travelling with children!

As others have stated, although the advert says "private bathroom" this is not the case and you will be sharing with at least one other room. I'm not saying this is not in the smaller print, but it is not obvious that this is the case. The room next to me got up and had showers at 6am about 1 metre from my head.
• Julie (10/5): Great comfortable stay - I stayed in a small single with lovely shared bathroom, great shower. Very cheap for central London on a quiet road. Comfy bed, well equipped shared kitchen. Clean and greeted by a friendly guy who assured me the deposit would be returned. Google maps missed off Brooke Court so I was a bit lost for a while!

• Lee (8/5): A great stay - Had a 2 night stay in the large family room . Comfortable bed and pillows .... son slept on sofa bed and said was also a comfortable sleep. Really liked the layout and decor .... led lights and ceiling moulding a great touch. Having a TV thats actually able to show anything other than free view was a great touch . ( Amazon Prime , IPlayer . Could have been more but thats all we used ) A first for me I guess the kitchen is for use by the guests ? Though we didn't have a need for this . A stones throw from Chancery Lane tube station and 24 hr off licence/ shop just round the corner . Found the digital locks for doors easy to use , and instructions on their use , clear and concise. For the money , and given its London location , I'd say its a bargain . Would happily stay again Thank you Lee This is just constructive criticism, as already said I'd happily stay again. Maybe a couple of chairs would be handy for when the sofa bed is set up and being slept in .... for watching TV . Though available space may be an issue ? A larger shower screen as bathroom floor gets quite wet . Neither of these are deal breakers though , and nothing more than very minor points

Shared bathroom wasn't made clear at booking - I wouln't have booked this if I'd known the bathroom was shared. Nowhere to hang clothes. Door wouldn't lock which meant I had to take me valuables with me when using the bathroom. Very noisy with window open. Uncontrollable bathroom lighting (I couldn't see to shave).

• Richard (8/5): Unexpectedly cheap and comfortable accomodation, although not en-suite - Clean, comfortable, modern decor with a kitchen area provided. Right in the centre of town near where I was working for a couple of days. Good shower. Fun lighting. This is not really a hotel. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It has no on site staff, just cameras. It is hard to find because the address is confusing. Shared bathroom means getting dressed just to go to the loo, and have to keep entering your room's key code. I recommend that you bring a dressing gown!

I would definitely use again, even the shared bathroom was not an issue, it was shared between 3/4 rooms per floor. Only issue was the creaky door which is quite loud if you need to get up in the night. Also could do without having to put down a £300 deposit each time though.

This is really excessive considering it's basically a hostel with all facilities being shared except from the actual bedrooms. The room was basic and much smaller than the images. The shared bathroom wasn't made clear either which is unsanitary and annoying when there's other groups in the house using it. The colorful lighting was also not there like in the photos. It met our basic needs for one night however I wouldn't stay again.

And not received it and they are now ignoring all my messages please please stay away from this company. I will be taking further legal action now.
• Petar (5/5): Fair - The location is good, the place is fairly spacious. Bath was also big. The wifi was very useful. There is surprisingly nice floor heating. Ignoring the bad soundproofing, I would visit it again as the benefits outnumber the negatives. Although the bathroom is big, the shower cabin is missing a door, and water could spill outside of the shower cabin. The main concern I have is that it's very noisy within the building. Every movement of the neighbors from the other rooms was very audible and loud.

Worth the price but deposit is too high. On the booking site it was £250 but agent told me £300 which was charged on my bank account. This is a shared accommodation. Loads of rooms with other visitors. Toilet/bathroom is also shared on each floor which is abit unsanitary. Booked 3 nights and stayed 1.

It was very dirty I found a used ear bud above my bed and long hairs in my bed Nothing there were key code locks on every door and cameras everywhere it felt like you was staying at a prison. I did not receive my security deposit back after they keep telling me that I have received it!
