• Takeya (8/5): Pretty good stay for a large group and families - Beautifully decorated and timely service and assistance received from manager. location is a little far from Miami Beach and other places we wanted to visit but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

• Xenia (6/5): - Buena locacion INFORMACION ENGAÑOSA Quedamos extremadamente insatisfechos con nuestra estadía en MIAMI GEM debido a información engañosa en el anuncio. La propiedad se anuncia como apta para 8 adultos, pero en realidad solo es adecuada para 6 adultos y quizá un niño; definitivamente no para 8 adultos de manera cómoda. Debido a que no había suficientes camas adecuadas, el septimo y octavo adultos tenian que dormir en el sofá de la sala lo cual no fue apropiado ni cómodo. Una de las habitaciones se anunciaba con una cama doble y una cama individual, pero al llegar encontramos que solo había dos camas individuales, lo que cambió completamente nuestra organización para dormir. Además, el sofá cama anunciado para 2 personas es muy pequeño y solo puede acomodar a un adulto de manera muy incómoda. Para empeorar la situación, no había cobijas ni ropa de cama adecuada para el sofá cama. Cuando preguntamos a la anfitriona dónde encontrar sábanas y cobijas, nos indicó que estaban en un cajón. Sin embargo, en dicho cajón solo había 1 par de sábanas, no cobijas. Al volver a preguntar, nos dijo que eso era todo lo que tenían y que si queríamos una cobija para el sofá cama tendríamos que comprarla nosotros mismos. Esto es completamente inaceptable, especialmente considerando que la propiedad se anuncia y se paga como alojamiento para 8 personas. La cocina también está mal equipada para un grupo de este tamaño. La mayoría de la cristalería y los platos solo alcanzan para 4 a 6 personas, no para 8. No había suficientes platos grandes, lo que nos obligó a comer en platos pequeños, haciendo la experiencia de las comidas incómoda y frustrante. En general, el anuncio es inexacto y engañoso, y la falta de camas adecuadas, utensilios de cocina y apoyo por parte de la anfitriona hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy decepcionante. No recomiendo este lugar para grupos que esperan la capacidad anunciada.

• Mariano (9/5): Alojamiento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario y de fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad. - El apartamento disponía de todo lo necesario y tenía la amplitud necesaria para las siete personas que viajábamos, en especial la cocina, que contaba con todo lo necesario para satisfacer nuestras necesidades, desayuno y cena rápida, además de los electrodomésticos acordes con el nivel del alojamiento. En especial se agradecía contar con agua fresca dispensada por el refrigerador. Contar con parking gratuito y la cercanía con el centro de Miami, facilita la movilidad. El aparato de aire acondicionado está ubicado en una habitación que se abre al salón y que, en las horas nocturnas, se hace muy molesto, al menos los primeros días.

We all loved having our own rooms and the aesthetic look! It was especially entertaining to have our music play from the fridge!! The manager just next door was beyond accommodating and we so appreciated our complimentary special treats!

Really good location, well decorated, has everything you need to make your stay pleasant The kids just loved their room! Didn’t want to leave the house :) I liked everything!

We let them know grill was out of gas—they had a pet emergency, which I completely understood, so we just bought a replacement can of propane. Second issue was neither of the window latches worked in the master bedroom. Never received a response on this.

• Brittany (7/5): Lovely - I enjoyed the location, it felt nice and safe. The home decor was lovely and the amount of space was perfect for 4 women. We all felt comfortable. The host was also very lovely when interacting with her. I saw a disclosure while booking about not being able to control bugs since we live in Florida but I wasn’t expecting the amount present. In the kitchen, guest bathroom, and one of the guest rooms - there were a lot of ants. My sister is allergic to ants so this made her really uncomfortable. Also my guests shared that the drainage in the guest bathroom wasn’t working properly in the shower which also was a negative for them. I suggest actually exploring where the ants are coming in from because this could be fixed if the property was sealed better. Trust me, I lived in a Florida apartment with the same issue and once they came and sealed the property better- the issue became nonexistent. Hopefully this feedback is helpful!

Back garden could do with some work. Only enough crockery for 5 when we were a party of 6. Could do with some lamps in bedrooms 2 and 3.

The host (Brenda) is very welcoming and makes sure that her guests are comfortable in her property. We were a group of 6 and we had a perfectly comfortable stay. Parking space is enough even for a seven seater vehicle. There’s nothing about this property that we did not like!

The hostess was nice, she replied to all my messages when needed and helped us a lot by doing a late check-in, due to some last-minute issues with our previously booked hotel. The place was really beautiful, clean and equipped for what we needed, there are supermarkets nearby.

It was adorable, and we all had space, especially dealing with a group of girls. We loved the two-shower option, which saved us time in the long run of getting ready. The location was far from food options, and we had to doordash some of our meals. After all, we didn't have a rental up here because we knew we would be drinking and didn't want to put ourselves or others at risk. The location was perfect for when we had to leave the fairgrounds cause it was so close

Amazing host and facilities. mirrors everywhere, backyard, aesthtics are top notch, communication top level. WASHER AND DRYER WITH SOAP?? The only regret we had was not staying longer, highly suggest this stay and we will be back 100% nothing was less than exceptional
