• Tatiani (10/5): - We couldn´t have asked for a better location! Very quiet at night for sleeping but surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars and not very touristic! Evan was very welcoming and kind, gave us great local recommendations on where to go and NOT to go :) The room apartment is completely new/renovated and very comfortable. Nothing that would make not come back again, but the shower, which only has a half glass screen, was quite easy for water to splash and make the bathroom floor wet. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location. - Location was fantastic and apartment was comfortable but very small Unfortunately the elevator was broken when we arrived and we had to carry 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks up 6 flights of stairs. The host was unable to be there but was very very apologetic.

• Robyn (10/5): I highly recommend this property - The host couldn’t do enough to make sure my stay went well and went out of his way to find an extra nights accommodation when needed due to circumstances. The room was modern, meticulously clean, well situated, bed was so comfortable and it felt like coming home! Nothing to dislike!

Nos espero hasta altas horas de la noche para hacer el check in y darnos los detalles del apartamento. Nos dio ayuda adicional con las maletas sin esperar nada a cambio. • Sofia (9/5): Top Appartment - Das Beste an dem Appartment ist die Lage. Drumherum gibt es viele Restaurants oder Cafes zum Brunchen bzw. verweilen und die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Ich habe dem Host vorab ab auf Whatsapp geschrieben und er hat mir auch viele Tipps geschickt wo man gut Essen gehen kann etc. Der Host generell war total lieb und wir konnten unsere Koffer früher abgeben als der Check-in war. Das Appartment ist super schön, modern und sauber mit Kochniesche. Am Besten hat mir die Regendusche gefallen im Badezimmer, auch wenn dieses etwas klein war für 2 Personen. Die Klimaanlage hat auch gut funktioniert und das Bett war ein Traum. Wir würden wieder buchen! :) Hab absolut nichts auszusetzen.

We arrived pretty late, but He had no problem with it, also we checked out late, and He helped us storing our stuff until we needed to leave. Also He recommended nice nearby places to get to, and prepared the accomodation with everything we might needed, even got cold water on arrival.

• Teresa (9/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Athens … with a super comfortable bed and a fabulous host! - Excellent facilities. Warm welcome from Evan. Lovely little touches throughout .. slippers, toothbrush, lovely toiletries, coffee machine, water, individualised information regarding where to eat, what to see, etc. There are building works in the building which in no way impacted upon our stay … but just to be aware.

• Andrew (9/5): Great spot for Athens - Amazing Evan (the host), made sure everything was right there upon our very late arrival and physically attended our check in with explanations. He was very attentive to our requests and very responsive over the WhatsApp. The location of the apartment could not be better with literally 10 min walking to main central shopping area - Ermou Str, 20 min from the world famous Acropolis and Parthenon, between the two central metro stations of Syntagma and Monesteraki. Really everything you need to travel light and carefree. Evan was so great that he even booked us a restaurant for which we struggled to get a table ourselves!! Nothing! As a matter of advice - would love to see either bigger disposal bins or just rubbish disposal every once in a while.

The apartment was well-kept and clean, and the cozy decor made it a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped.The owner of the apartment was friendly and responsive to our needs, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. It's an excellent option for travelers who prefer the comforts of an apartment while exploring the city.

The building is safe (code to enter) the area is amazing (best breakfast, brunch and cocktail neighborhood in Athens) just a few steps away from Syntagma (7 min on foot). I loved the marble finishes in the bathroom, the Grown Alchemist beauty products, and the fact that the host made sure nothing was missing. Even an umbrella just in case...
