• Emily (5/5): Passable - The owners were really friendly, helpful and flexible when meeting me and arranging check in/check out. The location was ideal for the Naples museum, and a breakfast voucher for a coffee and pastry were included at a cafe right opposite the museum. Because several rooms/properties are depicted, I didn't realise the Studio was as basic as it was, but it was clean and had the basics for an overnight stay. Note that the staircase is very steep and there is no fridge or wifi (though these may be available at other rooms)
• Tosun (2/5): Only for low budget travelers - The basic standards were ok - the room was moderate clean, there was hot water, the beds were comfortable. The location is really good. Do not get irritated at the first sight of the street and the building. It is usually the same everywhere in Naples. The first problem arised just at the beginning. We were asked two times for our estimated check in time. It did not help obviously so much - We had to wait more than 45 minutes at the door to get the keys and get in the apartment. The personal came over could not talk English. After communication with translation apps we understood that he did not keys neither and should wait longer. Anyway it was not the only problem. We got the breakfast vouchers but not the information where the breakfast bar is. On the first morning we could not reach anyone to get this information and paid on our own for breakfast. On second day WLAN went off. We did not even try to reach someone to solve the problem. So choose this apartment for your accomodation only if you do not have any expactations and a low travel budget.

• Vaidilė (10/5): Niki home - The host was very helpful. good location, not far from the centre, 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.... 5 min. walk to the coffee with the breakfast voucher. the room had everything you needed, enough towels and air con. The place is safe and clean.
• Lizzy (7/5): Good - The location was great. Room was clean, great to have air con. Entering the accommodation was really easy. WiFi was easy.... breakfast was nice too. There were power cuts so emergency lighting came on in the middle of the night. Tea/coffee facilities would have been good.
• Amir (5/5): Small apartment in an old building near the historic centre. - Apartment near the historic centre of Napoli. We stayed for two nights. We never met the host, and contact was through Whatsapp. He gave us a link to open each of the doors through an app, and we found the keys inside our room. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, and it had a small private bathroom that included soap, shower gel and a hair dryer. The shower worked properly, with hot water running well which apparently isn't always the case in other B&B in Napoli. The apartment includes a small kitchen, but we did not get to use it. The host left us in the room two vouchers for breakfast in a nearby bakery (Esposito) that included coffee or an infusion plus an option of two: croissant or brioche. The place is located at an uphill area, and the apartment is located on the first floor of an old and dilapidated building, without elevator so you have to go up some old, dimly lit stairs. Impossible to reach for persons with mobility problems, and definitely not recommended for families or older people. The apartment is poorly furnished, the room and bathroom are small and the apartment has a minimum of amenities. The breakfast included in the nearby Pasticceria Esposito was poor and of average quality. I definitely expected more for 90 €/night during the off-season in Napoli.
