• Rebekka (6/5): Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, wenn man über die Kleinigkeiten hinwegsieht, was wir getan haben. - Der Komplex ist wirklich sehr schick. Der Pool und die Außenbereiche sind auch sehr hübsch. Das Bett ist bequem und es ist toll dass man einen Balkon hat. Man konnte sehr einfach ein und aus Checken. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Es wirkt alles sehr schick und hochwertig, aber wenn man genauer schaut sieht man den Schimmel im Bad oder die modrigen Ecken an der Zimmerdecke. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer stinkt extrem und wir hatten kein warmes Wasser.

• KATSIARYNA (9/5): Комфортные апартаменты для длительного проживания - Второй раз останавливаюсь в данных апартаментах. Локация отличная, 2 станции метро от Букин Битанга, рядом торговый центр и местный рынок. Кровать удобная, интернет работал хорошо, вид из окна шикарный. Предоставляют полотенца, шампунь/гель для душа. В номере также есть фен и утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка и стиральная машина. Все работало. Не работал телевизор (но мне он бы и не нужен), также не работала розетка возле кровати. Вообще розеток мало. Есть кухня, но очень плохие Сковорода и кастрюля, посуды не много, хотя мне одной хватало. Также были сломаны двери шкафа. Еще из минусов то, что отсутствовали средства для уборки, только метла и пылесос: ни чистящих средств, ни тряпок/прлотенец. Так как в номере не убирали, то хорошо бы, чтобы это все было

• Matthias (10/5): - Die Continew Residence liegt sehr zentral. Man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten bei der (sehr modernen) U-Bahn-Station Cochrane - von dort ist man dann schnell in der innersten Stadt. Das Einkaufszentrum MyTown befindet sich direkt gegenüber dieser U-Bahn-Station. Es gibt dort viele tolle Läden und einen Supermarkt, sodass man das Essen, das man in der Continew Residence zubereiten möchte, nicht lange schleppen muss. Die Einrichtung in den Apartments ist modern, der Swimmingpool ist ein Traum - groß, sauber und mit tollem Blick auf das Stadtzentrum. Auch der Pudu-Markt ist gleich um die Ecke. Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Atiqul (4/5): - Unit is nice, comfy Whatever numbers of days you stay there they will not clean the house, not change the bedsheets, nothing. If you want cleaning need to pay extra charges. Serviceed apartment should have the cleaning service as the people come and stay in serviced apartments have other works, don't have enough time to clean the house themselves.
• Myron (6/5): - The key did not work until they told me after 35 minutes waiting at the door, that the tap was not working and to use the key under a hidden cover. They also said there was no luggage storage there. In fact there are huge luggage storage facilities there! Caused me to go elsewhere for my early arrival. Window blind was also not available for 50% of the patio doors. Their online chat was slow to respond and poor at instructions.
• Melanie (4/5): - Der Selbst check-in war super. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, bei jeder Bewegung hat es sehr laute Geräusche gemacht. Wodurch die andere Person dann auch wach wurde. Die Moschee ist nicht zu überhören. Das Bad war sehr schimmelig, hinter der Tür an der Tür war Schimmel, auch im Waschbecken - Schimmel. Wir waren 3 Nächte und würden es nicht empfehlen.

The pool unfortunately was quite dirty and mucky, really dark and foggy, quite scary to swim there, I didnt swim more than once to try it out. 😅 Also there are only two shops across the main road which you must cross to get food and they are small and expensive. About 10 minutes walk there is a big shopping mall, that was good. Gym was good.

• Tjell (9/5): Sehr schönes Zimmer mit großen Fenstern und Ausblick, Samsung SmartTV, gym und vielen Terrassenim Gebäude und Sauber und - Sehr geräumiges und helles Zimmer aufgrund der großen fenster. Schön eingerichtet. Großer Samsung Smart TV. Gemütliches Bett mit vielen Kissen. Das Gebäude bietet einen sehr großen Pool, ein gym und viele Aussichtspunkte mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Sauber und putzmöglichleiten sind auch vorhanden. Schöne Aussicht auch vom privaten Balkon. Sehr laute Umgebung, da das Gebäude direkt an einer Moschee und Autobahn gelegen ist. Nachts ist die Moschee auch sehr laut für ein paar Minuten. Wenig bis kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen.

• Dmitry (7/5): - Ну как вам сказать... Мы здесь были во второй раз, потому что в первый раз это было что-то нереально, невозможно прекрасное. В тот раз у нас была квартира с одной спальней на 30 каком-то этаже, с панорамными окнами на весь Куала-Лумпур, с огромной гостиной и это было настолько невероятно круто, что я спал и видел как вернусь. Взяли в этот раз квартиру уже с двумя спальнями, ну думаю, вообще будет умереть не встать. Приехали. Ключи кстати получить вообще не проблема в любое время, все инструкции высылаются сразу в чате на букинге. Ну так вот, открываем дверь, а там хрущевка. С маленькими непонятными комнатами, гостиная как пенал, белый свет как в школе, узкие окна, откуда конечно видно город, но если встать и подойти и так и стоять. То есть по факту всё есть, но разочарование было страшное. И район хороший, рядом метро, Икеа и ТЦ, и дом нормальный, но мой вам совет - сразу уточняйте какой будет этаж. Насколько я понял, чем выше тем лучше. Вот квартира как у меня была - такую не берите. А другую - берите.

• Romauli (1/5): Bad experience, surcharge at payment and bad cleanliness - Be aware! An additional surcharge of 40%+ added at payment. No clear indication of the added cost during the booking. When I messaged the host I was informed that this is their standard procedure. I only received cold and automated messages and with no support offered. I also contacted booking.com and they confirmed that these type of charges should be advertised clearly on the booking page. On arrival at the accomodation the cleanliness was poor. Bathroom looked like it only had a quick wipe. Dirty/stained shower screen, hairs in the sink and water around the toilet. There were hairs in the bed and the dining chairs are stained and close to falling apart. This standard of cleaning is absurd seeing you do pay an 60 MYR cleaning fee on top of the room price. I did not message the host about this as our earlier correspondence was not helpful at all. The location is fine. Still quite a walk to any of the MRT stations. The area itself is not really attractive besides the mall and a few restaurants. For the total price of the room your better off someplace else.

Excellent customer service as well, there was a minor problem that was totally out of their hands & they handled it so well and were very proactive about it. You can get a grab easily to anywhere, short walk to MyTown Mall as well. Would recommend and we are staying again when we go back to KL!

The deco is nice, simple and the unit is quite spacious. 16th floor, Pretty quiet no disturbance at night. Location is good, easy to get grab, just 5 minutes to TRX. Definitely would come back. No mirror in the room. Had to rely on mirror in the bathroom to get ready.

The studio is fantastic, clean, and with all the amenities that I needed for the stay, especially the washing machine and kettle in the studio. The pool is great when you need to cool off and relax. • Ya (9/5): Superb - The room includes everything you need for a remote working trip! The service team is very helpful when the power when off once during my stay. The guardian in the building is responsible. Facilities are also well maintained including the pool and the gym. The traffic in the area is tricky — to cross the main road, you often have to wait about 2 minutes just for a 10second window to cross. So it's not so easy to walk to the MRT stations. The area also doesn't seem safe in the night time.

Room was cleaned but dust was accumulating fast. Maybe the bedding material is poor quality. Wouldnt reccommend for anyone with a dust allergy. Noticed some stains in the towels provided. So we requested for new towels and it was provided. Helpful staff, easy process, definitely an amazing deal for the money spent.

It is hard to comnunicate wirh them. We ask for another towel becsuse our washing mashine was leaking. • Hae-jin (9/5): Superb - 1) My room on the 38th floor was decorated nicely, and the management staff were always quick to respond to any requests or queries I made 2) MRT Cochrane station is within walking distance 3) There's an NSK Grocer's within walking distance, for your grocery shopping needs 4) Also within walking distance are: IKEA; and MyTown Shopping Center, with various shops like Mr. DIY, Watson's, Guardian, and tons of eateries and dessert shops. MyTown Shopping Center also has Village Grocer (but it's a bit pricier) [5) There was a cute guy in the gym who hit on me a number of times, but my stay ended before we could further explore the spark/attraction. A classic missed connection, alas ;-)] 1) From a Korean customer's perspective, the overall cleanliness of my room when I first arrived was not satisfactory. Plus, the pillowcases and duvet covers had a strong, overpowering scent that was so unbearable I had to ask housekeeping to change them for me 2) Compared to my previous condo in KL, the MRT station was a bit farther away here, and involved several road crossings, which was a bit inconvenient. But after a while, you get used to walking the distance and making the road crossings... 3) The gym needs to be stocked with more sets of weights. Because during peak hours people had to wait in line to use weights. 4) I'd also like to suggest creating a separate group exercise room where people can do their cardio or yoga routines. Right now, it's hard to do any floor exercises in the gym, because the floor in the weight training area is made of a black, sooty material that rubs off on your clothes and shoes, and the regular floor area in the gym is made of a hard material that isn't ideal to work out on, as it does not cushion the physical impact on one's feet and bones.
